Luminoso y hermoso condominio en el segundo piso con vista al mar desde la cocina, el comedor, el dormitorio principal y los balcones. Recién pintado y muebles actualizados hace un año. Baño principal recientemente remodelado en 2017 con amplia ducha y tocador. Bar para discapacitados y asiento de ducha también instalados. Pisos remodelados 2016. Ubicado a una cuadra del Hotel Ritz y St. Regis El condominio está cruzando la calle desde la arena en la playa de Salt Creek en el Strand. Nuestra ubicación es ideal con restaurantes y tiendas a poca distancia de este condominio. El condominio también está a 10 minutos de Laguna Beach y 1 hora en bote desde la isla Catalina. Duerme 8 y está equipado con ropa de playa, que incluye: toallas, sillas de playa Tommy Bahama, cofre de hielo, 2 tablas de surf y una sombrilla. Cocina recién reformada. Este fabuloso condominio de playa cuenta con ventiladores de techo, 2 balcones con vista al mar con barbacoa, 3 televisores de pantalla plana con cable, 2 reproductores de DVD, acceso Wifi, una biblioteca de DVD, mini bar con cubitera y accesorios de bar con martini y copas de vino más martini criba vibradora. Esta unidad también está equipada con una lavadora y secadora dentro del condominio. El dormitorio # 1 tiene 2 camas dobles NUEVAS y la principal tiene un Cal King. El salón también tiene un autocar muy grande en forma de L + dos colchones inflables dobles. Las habitaciones están equipadas con muchas almohadas y mantas adicionales. Estacionamiento cubierto reservado disponible con unidad más dos lugares para invitados. LAS TARIFAS VARÍAN DE SEMANA A SEMANA EN VARIAS ÉPOCAS DEL AÑO, especialmente en verano y días festivos. Puede quedarse menos de treinta días y se le cobrará solo por los días que permanezca. Pequeño perro amigable solamente, sin gatos Gracias.

Biggest positive is the place is dog friendly!! Plus the neighbors also have dogs & my boy made friends. Neighbors are kind & friendly. The location is terrific. A 5 minute walk to the Strand above the ocean. We did that at least 4 times every day. The condo faces outward and receives lots of the ocean breeze. We could walk to or drive a few minutes to shopping or delicious food. The space was perfect for the 3 of us. Martica was very available for questions & responded quickly. She was wonderful and yes We are coming back next summer

Nice Property at a Great Location

We spent a month at this condo and enjoyed it very much. We had stayed there 3 years ago and we have booked July and August next year as well so it's clear we really enjoy our time at the condo and the Dana Point/Capistrano area in general.The community of Niguel Terrace is quite large but the folks are quiet and respectful about noise and privacy. You walk a 100 yards and your on the beach -what's not to like?

Location,location, location!

Our 2 month stay at this Niguel Beach Terrace condo exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. Martica was an outstanding host from start to finish, quickly responding to any messages. The kitchen was very well stocked with every necessity and the furnishings were comfortable, especially the reclining leather sofa. The ocean views were wonderful, but the BEST feature was the proximity to the Strands Beach "promenade " , beach, and the conservation bluff trails . This is also a very dog friendly community. We hope to return!

Cool ocean breezes abound

The condo is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Superb location for walking to the beach or town. Kitchen is well equipped. Cool breezes throughout! Martica is a terrific host who is super to work with. She takes care to ensure all is good for her guests.

Lovely property

The property was lovely, but we had to leave to get back to Canada on March 15th because of the Corona Virus. We had paid the rent for the whole month of March. I would really appreciate a partial refund!

Wonderful holiday at a perfect property and location!

My husband and I spent 31/2 months in this beautiful condo, and we were absolutely happy and satisfied with the property. We have rented in Dana Point before, but this property has so far been the best! The place was not only clean and perfectly appointed with everything one would need for a comfortable vacation, but the owner was always attentive, and available for whatever we needed. Wonderful Beach Retreat

I had such a wonderful time during my 30 days in your beautiful beach condo. Everything was clean and very well organized. You were absolutely wonderful to work with and were always on top of everything. You checked in during my month stay to ensure everything was going well and I would definitely recommend your place to my friends and family. Condo stay

I had been planning to write a review and kept forgetting. We stayed May 7-14 2014. We loved everything about the condo, location, and weather was beautiful. I took a chance and planned everything through the internet, and everything worked out as planned. Martica, the owner, was very friendly and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. The pool area was very nice and my 3 & 5 yr old loved it! The only thing that wasn't clearly stated, was the beach was directly across the street. The beach was across the street, however; very long walk and staircase for small kids. Apparently, there is supposed to be an elevator, but was closed during our stay. The view from the Strand and the beach were beautiful though, so it didn't matter much. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool more than going to the beach anyway. Price was very affordable. I was dissapointed to see that the condo is being rented by the month vs the week now.

Best Vacation Ever!

We loved the condo and Dana Point so much that we booked another vacation at this condo again. We vacationed for just over a month at this lovely condo and the entire family of four was so comfortable and loved the area. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and the unit was very spacious and light inside. All the fans worked wonderfully and the kitchen had anything you could possibly need. My family also enjoyed the beach across the street. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. Thanks again and see you next year.

Beautiful Dana Point !

We were very impressed with area and condo. Fantastic beaches,walkways,shopping all within walking distance. We've never stayed in a condo before always rented private homes but this location was perfect ! Very roomy well equipped and maintained. Privacy was not an issue with upper balconies on either side of Bedrooms that were very spacious and were accessible from just about any room. Owner provided very detailed instructions and was prompt in responding. Would recommend for all types of vacationers

Great porpery, awesome owners

Great owner to work with. Condo is lovely. Well-stocked, clean and the larger kitchen makes it seem airy and larger. Top floor location is a plus for ocean breezes and noise level. Back location means less noise, but there is still an ocean view. Patio is great to sit on and enjoy the ocean breezes. Martica was responsive to all of our needs and the deposit was returned within one week. Would reccomend this condo for all. This is the best one we have stayed in to date at this complex. Thanks Martica.

Wonderful stay

We (4 adults) had a great stay at this condo. Everything from the furnishings to the decor to the linens made our vacation a good one. The owners provide everything you will need and there was more than enough space for us. It was so nice not to be cramped into a hotel room with nowhere to sit other than a bed. The location was wonderful and there is nothing better than seeing the ocean each time you look out the window. The unit was quiet, well cared for and comfortable. The owner was always quick to answer any questions I had and it was easy to check in and check out. I highly recommend this condo and hope that we will make it back again some day.

Amazing, perfect vacation!

Well... I am not the type of consumer who usually writes reviews however I felt this one deserved one. Martica (the owner) was incredibly responsive to the many questions I had, regarding her property. Everything we spoke and agreed upon, went smoothly and exactly as planned. This place is very well kept, well decorated, comfotable, clean and at a great location. It is across the street from the beach and it has a pool so our kids had a blast! The sunsets from the balcony were incredible. The furniture, the appliances, the beddings, towels, comforters, kitchen gadgets, basically everything you can possibly think of, is of high quality. We would definitely go back there with our family of 4.

Well located, comfortable and clean!

The condo is quiet and is steps to the beach. It is simply furnished and the unit has good amenities and a well equipped kitchen. My sister and I went there for a long weekend and the owner Martica is so nice and easy to work with and kept in touch with me. I will definitely come back to the property. Patricia & Sue

Great Location

We enjoyed the peaceful setting and central location for our annual trip to Doheny Beach/Laguna Beach. We will be back next year. Quite surroundings for your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the deck. Kitchen has what you need to prepare a great meal. Comfortable beds and nice furnishings. I'd recommend staying here as long as it's not the week of our annual trip. Beach view, not the easiest beach access but worth the extra effort or just make the short drive. Beach toys galore supplied so you don't have to spend the extra money to rent or buy if you don't already have your own. See you next year.

Good family getaway!

Pros: awesome location, very close to the beach; great layout for families with twin beds in one bedroom and king in the master; TV's in both bedrooms made it easy to relax at night and the kids could watch their stuff; reasonably priced and very responsive owner. Cons: not a very well equipped kitchen; could use a thorough cleaning, carpets worn, paint a little dingy. But in fairness, a rental beach condo undoubtedly gets some tough treatment and we did have a very good time. I would give 3 stars for condition of the unit and 5 for location and owner responsiveness so I settled on 4.

Great location and very comfortable condo..

This condo was so clean and comfortable. From the beds to the coach. You could not have asked for a better location. Wonderful beach across the street, and some hiking trails close by. The marina is 5 minutes away and lots of restaurants and shops walking distance from the condo. Laguna was also very close within 10 min, and we enjoyed Disneyland which was a 35 to 40 min drive. Can't wait to come again with the family.

Amazing Vacation Spot

What a great vacation!!! The condo is very relaxing it gives you that spa feeling with the sunshine and ocean breeze coming through all the sliding glass doors and windows, the king size bed in the master suite is heavenly. I cant wait to go back.

Home away from home!

What a wonderful location and condo. The condo was cozy, the perfect size for a family or just a couple like us. It had everything a traveler would want away from home, it was super clean, great beds and beautiful views from the master and balconies. We had a couple of friends visit and they fell in love with the condo and location, so accessible. There are numerous restaurants nearby and the beach is beautiful, super clean water and facilities. The location is great for long walks, numerous activities or just plain relaxation. It is up to you! Dana Point is a great location to visit and this condo made our trip a very special one. Will be back to this vacation spot soon!

Did you know that the St. Regis and the Ritz Carlton's rates start at $449 to $729 per night? Why not get a full condo for half the price with plenty of space and a kitchen? This condo has everything you could need. Newly remodeled and Furniture and beds are very comfortable and just 5 minute walk to the beach.

The condo is in a great location, on beachside of PCH. Has a refreshing pool and Jacuzzi and is Walking distance to beach, stores, and restaurants. Complex is located on a quiet residential street. Safe to walk across to the beach. Lots of beautiful walking trails with incredible ocean views. Harbor and Laguna beach is a 5 to 10 min drive. Free trolley 1/2 block which travels all over the city and as far as Laguna & Newport Beach. You won't be disappointed! Fabulous area.
