Un renovado bungalow de California de tres habitaciones ubicado junto al río / puerto deportivo de Patawalonga y a un corto paseo de todas las maravillosas comodidades que Glenelg y Holdfast Shores tienen para ofrecer.

‘Marina Retreat’ está convenientemente ubicado y renovado en todo. El bungalow consta de 3 dormitorios. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen; El dormitorio dos tiene dos camas individuales y el dormitorio 3 tiene una cama doble. Todas las habitaciones están amuebladas con buen gusto, y se proporciona el forro.

La cocina es amplia, moderna y totalmente equipada con cocina, microondas y lavavajillas. Cuenta con una mesa de comedor y sillas para acomodar a seis. En la apertura de la cocina es un cuarto de sol, ideal para sentarse y relajarse.

El salón es luminoso y moderno y tiene una terraza acristalada en la apertura que da al jardín patio delantero, un retiro tranquilo y encantador para disfrutar de su café de la mañana.

El baño es moderno con ducha, inodoro y lavabo; Todas las toallas están incluidas.

El jardín trasero está pavimentada y césped y contiene una casa sol con lavandería.

Hay aparcamiento en la calle directamente fuera de la casa.

No hay tarifa de limpieza de salida si la propiedad se deja en una condición razonablemente limpia. Si la propiedad se deja en una condición inaceptable, se cobrará una tarifa de $ 60. Glenelg tranvía está a diez minutos a pie; el tranvía está a dos paradas de Morphettville hipódromo y te lleva directamente al centro de la ciudad y el centro de ocio Adelaida.

We loved staying at this property. It has everything you need with a quiet neighbourhood but still so close to all the action of Glenelg. Enough room for kids or a group. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Marina retreat Glenelg

We had everything we needed, nice and clean and great position, our pet dog enjoyed the stay especially walking alongside the river. Within walking distance to the Glenelg cafes restaurants and beach.

A lovely location by the sea

A clean and tidy home with everything you could ask for (great heating/cooling, large kitchen, etc.) close to the sea and Jetty Road. Highly recommended.

Was a beautiful house and had everything

Perfect little house for the weekend. My partner didn’t like the mattress found it hard but other than that it had everything we needed during our stay

Hi Ashley, thank you for your review. I am so pleased you enjoyed the house, but am so sorry about the bed. We have just found out the issue, the bed is a memory foam mattress and it has two sides, but only the one side is for sleeping on and unfortunately when the mattress protector was changed the bed was put back on the bed the wrong side up, I am so sorry this will not happen again and thank you for bringing it to our attention. Great property

We ( a family of four from Sweden)stayed in this great property four weeks. Perfect location with walking distance to lovely Glenelg and the beaches. Newly renovated in a modern and stylish way. Very clean and fresh. Equipped with everything needed and the lovely owners had even put in a Christmas tree for us for the holidays and a Christmas hamper :) We would love to stay here again

Fabulous house well equipped

This lovely house was welcoming, sparkling clean and in a fabulous location right near the marina in Glenelg. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to contact, and had provided extras to make the stay even better. Delightful Marina Retreat

What a beautiful house to spend a leisurely week's holiday. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful home away from home. Everything you could possibly need was thoughtfully provided, the delicious chocolates and local wine on arrival, the great coffee machine and so many other items... all very much appreciated. The house is spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully renovated with all modern bathroom, kitchen and dinning. So many areas to relax, the various living rooms or the outside BBQ and garden areas. It was a pleasure to stay here, thank you Sian and Steve for making us feel so welcome in your "Marina Retreat".

Relaxing getaway home

My fiancé and I stayed with a few others in this home for just over a week. We found it to be a great choice because of its location and recent renovations. It was only 10min from Adelaide Airport, 15min from the city and 15min from the south. The timber finishes gave it a warm feel while the high ceilings gave us freedom to relax. The backyard was perfect for our afternoon dinners and was an extra to this spacious home. Overall I feel this furnished home was definitely a value for money home and definitely will recommend to others.

Week over Christmas

A lot of separated little living spaces make the house very suited to a group which spend time in the house. Well fitted out. The owners have put thought into ensuring that different groups' needs are met. Only thing missing was internet. I guess that is becoming less important with smartphones.
