Estudio encantador para 2 - ubicado en una granja costera

Nuestro estudio independiente se encuentra a 20 minutos de Kerikeri en la península de Purerua.
Precioso interior de madera con gran terraza en un entorno tranquilo y fácil de caminar a la playa y el estuario. Este lugar acogedor y cálido tiene un dormitorio en el piso de arriba con una cama king. A nivel del suelo está la sala de estar con baño / ducha separados. Hay una nevera, una placa de cocina eléctrica doble y una cafetera Nespresso.
Relájese en la gran terraza o salga a caminar a una de las dos playas cercanas o practique paddleboard en el estuario. También hay senderos en la granja en la que se encuentra este edificio. Retiro ideal para adultos, no apto para niños.

El estudio está ubicado en un edificio agrícola separado de la casa principal que también está disponible como casa de vacaciones en este sitio, consulte el listado "Homestead with Charm"

A tranquil rural stay

What a pleasure to stay here. Needed to get out of the hussle and bussle that is Auckland and glad to find this gem. Silvia is a great attentive host who gives you the info you need and always at hand while also giving you privacy when on the property. Was running late getting in and she checked in at make sure we werent lost. The place is fresh and new and is among an orchard with horses in the paddock. Kerikeri is a 20min drive for any essential or place to eat out at. Internet connection works perfectly. There is no tv or reception but that just gives you more time to explore the beautiful surroundings that you are in. If you want a beautiful fresh place to just hang and recharge without distractions of technology you cant go wrong here.

Great place, wonderful host!

We stayed in Te Tii for 4 days and had an absolutely awesome time! Silvia is a wonderful and helpful host, the studio is lovely with everything you need, and we loved the beautiful beaches and the quiet and relaxing surroundings. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect for two

Was perfect for me and my partner while we visited family. Clean and tidy. Good size for a couple. Amazing views and a really nice beach that you can walk to.

Nice farm stay to unplug for a few days

We are a couple in our 30s and came to unwind for 4 nights. The contact with Silvia was prompt, helpful and friendly. We had full privacy during our stay. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thete is no reception but wifi was good enough to text and check social media. Streaming videos wasn’t always possible. Location: Be aware, it is pretty remote. If you don’t want to cook for yourself it’s a 20min drive to Kerikeri. Keep that in mind when planning your holiday. The property is only accessible via gravel road. Bedroom: As pictured under the roof, which you reach via steep stairs. The mattress is very firm and you get a choice of pillows. In Summer it can get warm at night even with open windows. The blinds don’t stop sunlight coming in, but provide privacy. As soon as the sun is up, it’s bright inside the studio. Kitchen/Lounge: The kitchen is well equipped. It has no microwave or oven but two very efficient cook tops and a fridge. A big sink and plenty of countertop space!!! A table to eat and arm chairs to lounge in. Bathroom: Very modern with a roomy shower. The water pressure is a little bit lower than at home but had no issues to wash out my long hair. Beach: At low tide you can walk through the muddy and smelly mangroves and cross over a sand bank to Tapuaetahi beach. The beach is beautiful, soft sand, flat and clear water, with some big waves breaking further out. Only residents have access to the beach. You must bring your own shade if you want to stay for longer, no natural shade. You can also go on a walk and reach Taronui Bay if you walk through bush across a lot of rocks to reach it. Nice sandy beach but lots of rocks a sea grass here. We would come back and stay again 🙂

This is a beautiful place. We enjoyed the swimming and the peacefulness of the location.

The process was awesome! especially with the uncertainty re lockdowns and wondering if we could travel. We CC were able to have good communications with the manager if the property.

Wonderful peaceful country haven

We loved eating meals outside in the orchard, hearing the sea, listening to the horses, walking down to the ocean and exploring the local beach. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Peaceful and relaxing farm stay

Peaceful, rural farm stay studio, good size for a couple. Perfect for relaxing weekend or a short getaway. Very private location, short walking distance to a beautiful beach. We thoroughly enjoyed this place and will be back.

Relaxing weekend retreat

The property is located is a fantastic orchard setting just a few minutes walk across farm land to a beautiful beach. The accommodation was perfect, with character and everything you need for a weekend stay. Silvia was the perfect host and very easy to deal with. We will absolutely be back soon.

Abundantly Charming!!

Loved loved loved our stay....private and tranquil, a slice on paradise on earth. Everything you need to relax, unwind and reset. Only regret was not booking our stay for longer! TY Sylvia, we will definitely be back if you will have us :)

Just perfect

It was everything I needed and more. A peaceful, beautiful and relaxing place. Silvia is such a great host and has done an amazing job creating this unique accommodation. The property is surrounded by fruit trees, the sounds of native birds and all-day sun. My days were kept busy by exploring the two beaches nearby, walking around the property and I loved visiting the farm animal in the nearby section. Everything was perfect.

Kerikeri Stay

We found this place perfect. This is a private quiet small place to get away from it all. Set amongst an orchard with a coastal outlook . There is a lovely walk to a tidal lagoon and DOC reserve. Silva is a great person and was forth coming with any information that we wanted. There is WIFI but no phone reception. The unit is made for two with a mezzanine floor bedroom, so if you have issues with stairs be aware. Perfect

Hidden gem

Very cute, brand new cabin on an incredible property! Horses, orchards, beach access - it's the perfect getaway. We were so well looked after, and really didn't want to leave. It's a slice of heaven!
