Esta lujosa casa de vacaciones está ubicada en la exclusiva comunidad de Windsor at Westside: un destino perfecto para DISNEY WORLD (a 10 minutos), jugar al golf y relajarse y celebrar con familiares y amigos. Cuenta con 4369 sq. Ft. Espacio de vida y está lujosamente amueblado con muebles de línea superior, gran TV de pantalla LED en la sala de estar y TV LED en todas las habitaciones. Televisión por cable y Wi-Fi de alta velocidad a Internet están incluidos. Esta hermosa villa está cerca de la sede del club de lujo.

Hay tres master suites (dos en el 1er piso y uno en el segundo piso). Very Nice House

I was shocked at how nice the house was compared to the reviews that were left about how dirty it was prior to our stay. I was not dirty at all. Does it look like a rental? Yes, but nothing that I would have ever said no to. There were 18 of us in our family and the adults all felt very comfortable staying there with their children. Loved the pool and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances that were needed. If you expect to stay for a week please understand you will need paper products such as toliet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent etc.. There was some there but I would never expect the homeowner to pay for our families use. The host was very responsive but the property manager never to this day has called me back. I left several messages for them to call me back before we arrived due to my concern of previous reviews. I wanted to make sure the house was clean. It was very close to Disney and we love the bedroom setups for each of our children and their children to be together with the jack and jill bathrooms. Definitely would stay again.

Spring break with family

To start off, when I was doing a check of the house when we first arrived in the bedroom that I had the bathroom had the toilet set sealed as though it had been cleaned but when I removed it there was urine stain on toilet set and underneath the toilet. It was obvious it had not been clean for a minute. Very disappointed with that but I did bring Lysol wipes and spray so I quickly took care of that. Another thing was the walls were dirty and needed to be cleaned. I also would suggest that the owners invest in a new mop and mop bucket and a new broom. In my opinion this place was more clean when we left than it was when we arrived. The house is big and spacious and my family had enough room.

Spacious home but could use some TLC

I will begin with telling you what I liked about my stay. This house is very spacious and compared to others of the same size, it is priced well. The kitchen contained a lot of dishes, glasses and cooking items. The pool safety gate was a blessing as was the abundance of outdoor tables and furniture. The clubhouse is phenomenal. It was just a five minute walk from the house. Great pool, waterpark, lazy river, concessions and store. They also had kids activities. Now for the not so great. While this place was "surface clean" except for the floors, this house needs a deep cleaning. Baseboards were filthy, most walls had smudges, gouges or scrapes. The couches downstairs were terribly dingy. We had an issue with a bed that was broken. The property manager was very quick to respond and it was fixed within a day. We found, rather our toddlers found, cigarette butts on the patio. Two of the beds had to be stripped and all bedding rewashed because they were not clean. Also, the pillows are terrible, bring your own if you can. There were several places in the home that we found trash and food - under nightstands. The oven was filthy and stove not much better. We were also given conflicting information on how to handle the trash. The home was not ready at check in time. Our entry was delayed by more than an hour and door code given was wrong. Pool only heated 12 hours if you pay. It never got warm enough to use. No hand towels, dish soap or coffee filters. Bring everything!

Not The Vacation Planned

This rental is not as it is advertised, Newly Renovated or LuxuryThere was supposed to be a grill, but that did not arrive until Saturday, afternoon after several calls to the Property Manager. And, he screamed at me on the phone for calling about it. Unacceptable.Dryer - Broke. Did not Spin - Did not get fixed until Sunday at 5:30pm. Patio Light - Did not work. The patio could not be used after 5:30 for anything because there was no lighting. Faucet in 1st Floor Master Bath is brokeAir Hockey Table - BrokeIce Machine on Counter - Broke and dirtyPool Table is poor condition and stainedDoor Bell - Did not work. Did not know when repairman came to fix the dryer.Towels - There were not enough towels for everyone, especially since there was not way to dry them. No dryer and no hooks to hang towels on. Many of the towels had stains on them, and/or were torn or holes. Many of the bedsheets had stains. Several of the pillows were stained badly.Only one (1) dish towel and two (2) dish rags. They were very dirty. We purchased towels, dish towels, several pillows and four sets of sheets.Most walls were filthy. Scuffed, marked, and just dirty.All baseboards were disgusting. Never cleaned.Bathrooms were not cleaned. Host and property manager were notified within the first hour of arrival and they did not address these issues. I have sent them photos, and they respond by email, but will not provide compensation.DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOUSE!

Great Family Getaway House

I have a large family, 6 adult children with 6 SO’s, 11 grandkids ages 4 months to 17. This house was big enough for us all. The pool and hot tub were nice. There was plenty of space to spread out and plenty of space to cook and dine. There’s a nice club house in the neighborhood that’s close by. Had no issues, so didn’t have much communication with the owners; however, they responded quickly when I did contact them.

Overall very nice.

Only negative thing was we had to burn incents to kill the bad smell in the home once we arrive also bad communication with who ever I spoke to about a missing cable box in one of the rooms. I called twice and e-mail once and spoke to someone about the missing cable box. They said they will call me back and never did. One family member didn’t have cable in their room other than that I would definitely go back.

DO NOT RENT

The minute we walked in we felted uncomfortable the house was not clean, floors filthy and sticky, carpet is DISGUSTING you can tell it’s been like that for years, all the walls around the house are filthy dirty, the bedroom sheets and covers were not cleaned, one of the game tables have loose wires hanging and it doesn’t work. Grill outside is filthy dirty and all the patio furniture. Couch in the living room is filthy and stinks like dog ( they have fleas really bad they were in the refrigerator and we woke up to fleas in our donut box). needless to say after we walked Thur the house my family and I decided we didn’t feel comfortable here so I called the property management and told him about all the problems, he said that he cleaned the whole house the day before but couldn’t get anybody out to clean the carpet before we came but that was clearly a lie. I could get the host to ever call me she kept emailing me. No one ever came out and we did not get any sort of refund. Ann and the property manager are slumlords and VRBO is absolutely no help. Stay far alway from this place

I hesitate to write this but I think it needs said. Cleanliness: there was trash from previous guests under the beds and in the bottom of the trash bins and bed sheets were dirty Washer/dryer: washer didn’t rinse well; dryer took 3 cycles to dry a load of t shirts Pool/Spa: I paid for heat but the pool was cold the entire time; the rule of not turning on the spa until after 9 was not posted and it ran cold the majority of the time. This was reported to the owners directly but no accommodations were made. Property manager: pretty sure one doesn’t exist; the owner showed up long enough to tell us not to turn on the spa jets. I called the property manager but am still waiting on a call back. Location: good location Resort: misleading - sufficient to hold about 4 people in the “game room” Check in was simple Ice maker was dirty Game room: air hockey table wires were hanging below and it did not work; pool table pockets have holes in several Size/Rooms: perfect for our group

We had the absolute best stay at this property this last week. Our group of 19 had plenty of options for sleeping, bathroom choices, space in the kitchen, laundry options, and the pool/chairs outside were perfect for our group. Everything from the initial inquiry, to booking, to our stay was great!

50th Anniversary Special Family Trip

We booked this property because of the size of our group. (21) Accommodations worked well for our family! We have 5 children and 9 grandchildren. I agree with many of the other people who stayed here that its a great property - but needs a little more TLC & upkeep. The issues we had were the pool /spa heater going out on our 2nd day (unable to use it the rest of our stay)which was very disappointing since those were a "must" when we chose a rental. Thankfully there was the resort area -which was very nice. Also, the glass on the front of the stove fell off & shattered. That was never repaired during our stay- even though the management worker said it would be a quick fix. It would also be nice to have clearer communication about provisions. Didn't realize only 2 dish washing tablets & 2 trash bags would be all that was provided, which is fine - but it would be nice to know up front so you could bring a few basics along. S & P etc. I believe we will be reimbursed for most of our pool heating costs - so that seems fair. All in all I would say we had a great vacation and made the best of the situation. Also I would suggest getting some more forks - 6 forks for a place that sleeps 24 is not quite adequate!

Owners were awesome at communicating before our stay and I’m sure they would have been during.

The property management didn’t respond for my call. Instructions say to contact them if you notice any issues and we had several. The house needs a new housekeeper and some TLC.

Do better research on we’re you stay

Someone stole my propane tank from out the front yard and I had to clean the trash can out every day because trash was put in there from other people and not in bags so to keep me from being charged I had to clean it out. On top of me having to clean the house on arrival because it was poorly cleaned . And last but not least I had a dirty ice machine that smelled bad on the kitchen counter that I found out from management that it was broken and should have been put into the trash I was there 6 days and it’s still on the counter and I bet they still have it there also it’s supposed to be gated with security but we were never stop just was able to drive inside

All was good except the spa and pool was not heated...they had to do repairs..i was refunded the amount for heating the pool and spa. However the resort spa was open until 6pm. I would ask the resort to stay open until 9 because everyone goes out all day and then wants to enjoy the resort options..the house had everything needed for my CLAN. Thank you

The property was perfect for our large family. Really enjoyed the space . The house itself could use a good deep cleaning & some minor maintenance. The neighborhood was not quite as secure as we thought. One of our vehicles got broken into. Nothing was taken but Security didn’t really seem interested. It was the same night another vehicle was broken into and guns stolen. Did speak with the management company about this and about some obscene drawings on the ceiling over the pool table. With just a little upkeep and maintenance the would be a spectacular property. I would definitely recommend it for larger groups but with some caveats.

Very nice property but maintenance inside needed more attention. Clogged sinks and door frame needed

Great meeting place; a little disappointed with some of the cleanliness and lack of broom and mop for use to clean. Lack of return calls from management company. - they never returned calls. Dealing with the owner was fabulous. Thank you Ann for helping me out - I would definitely stay there again.

Review of house

Everything was ok. Except the trash can which made it a hassle to accommodate our personal trash to get rid of. Call was made to the number provided to Mel them aware it was not our trash at the bottom of the trash can.

Property was awesome

Our stay was great everyone enjoyed the house and the kids loved the pool area. The house was huge and the kitchen fully stocked with all pots and pans u need for cooking. Property was great and club house in walking distance. Would love to stay again for next vacation.

Poor experience

This house looked great from the outside. However the inside was total different. After asking for a week if I could get early check in due to an early flight I arrived at the property at 1130 on the 10th of July. The cleaning people were having a pool party at the house. About 1230 I received an email stating that we could not do early check in. So at 4 pm when we could get in the house there were lots of issues. The air conditioning was acting up, the oven glass was duct taped to the stove and kept falling off, the house was not clean. For the week they gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher tablets, and 15 towels. The pool people were suppose to clean the pool on Monday however they didn't come until Thursday. The pool filter stopped working and they didn't send anyone out for a day. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The sheets in some of the rooms stunk and were dirty. The back door won't lock. The dryer took 3 hours to dry 9 towels.

A few issues, but great location and very spacious, comfortable, and fun! Great memories!

Overall we had a wonderful time. The house is lovely, spacious, and looks a lot like the photographs. It wasn’t spotless, but the most important areas were clean. My husband and I were very comfortable in the master suite and our bedding smelled fresh and wonderful. Our biggest issue was the pool and hot tub. The hot tub only seemed to heat sporadically, and apparently the pool automatically heats when the spa isn’t being used. The pool was over 90 degrees and unusable to the adults after a hot day in the Florida sun. We contacted the property manager daily the first few days of our trip and were never able to get the hot tub to work consistently. One of the maintenance people told us there was a known problem with the pump that had been causing issues before we got there. We got tired of calling and basically just gave up halfway through our stay. Fortunately our kids didn’t mind the hot pool and had an absolute blast. FYI, even when it works right the hot tub stops heating at 9pm, so if you have plans for the adults to relax in the hot tub after dark and unwind after the kids go to sleep, that’s not going to happen. The resort pool was delightful, very cool and refreshing, and just a short walk away. That place was a hoot! There were people there from all walks of life. It was a place of (mostly harmless) lawlessness. There was a family in a corner just casually eating chicken wings in the pool. Licking greasy fingers and everything. The frozen daiquiris from the bar were great and the bartender had a very heavy hand. Best of all, there was a random duck swimming in the pool, just chilling and floating amongst the crowd like he belonged there. It was hilarious. It’s very crowded though, and there wasn’t a single chair available in the afternoons. I feel a bit compelled to defend the previous person who commented about a possible break-in. I can’t speak to their experience, but I can say for sure that security is very lax. The gate guards barely glanced at us. We discovered another entrance that wasn’t manned at all, and the gate automatically opened when we approached. However, we really didn’t care either way. I never at any point felt unsafe there. We were surrounded by families having fun together. No issues. I can’t give 5 stars, but the problems didn’t ruin our fun. We are a laid-back bunch just looking to relax together, and this house satisfied that objective. Most of the bad reviews seem kind of over-dramatic to me.

3 Generation Family Vacation

We took 23 family members including kids and grandkids. The house was located close to shops and restaurants, also not far from Disney parks. Plenty of room for everyone, especially bathrooms. The game room was nice to have but the pool is where we spent most of our time at the house. The house is in a gated community with a great pool. We had access to a washer and dryer, bbq grill, and full kitchen. The dining area was perfect for large groups. Would stay here again.

Terrible experience

In our opinion, this rental was terrible, was dirty and in disrepair - faucets falling off the hinges, carpet stained throughout, dirt all over banisters, etc. Pool and spa were cold, even after paying an additional large fee to have it heated for the week. On the second day, after returning from the day out, it appeared someone entered the house, left a door open, and took some food. The front window latch was broken and did not lock, so it could be opened easily from the outside. We called the Sheriff and they took an incident report. At that point we had enough and left the property after 2 days into our week long stay as we did not feel safe with our young children in this property. Management and owner had no sympathy and refused to refund any part of our payment. Worst rental experience we have ever had.
