Flutes Escape consta de tres suites privadas de lujo bajo un mismo techo, diseñadas para ser utilizadas individualmente para dos o cuatro personas, o combinadas para satisfacer sus necesidades para acomodar hasta diez personas en un lujo de cinco habitaciones.

Central Suite - Cabernet: consta de dos habitaciones king con baño de lujo (uno con spa), cocina moderna completa, comedor, sala de estar, chimenea, lavandería, balcón enorme con configuración de barbacoa para diez personas, ideal para el entretenimiento.

Cada una de las suites Shiraz y Chardonnay incluye camas tamaño king, sala de estar, TV, nevera, horno microondas, cafetera Nespresso, balcón privado separado con su propia barbacoa Weber y cocina.

Flutes Escape ofrece 3 suites para elegir o se pueden reservar en su totalidad: THE ESCAPE.

UNIDAD 2 - CHARDONNAY
Esta es nuestra suite de 1 dormitorio amueblada con una cama King Size decorada con gusto y tiene capacidad para 2 personas, esta habitación cuenta con un spa. Nevera y microondas también se ofrecen con una barbacoa en el balcón.

UNIDAD 1 - SHIRAZ
Shiraz consta de 2 habitaciones, con 1 habitación amueblada con una cama King Size. La otra habitación tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden unir en una cama King. Shiraz duerme 4. Una pequeña sala de estar con nevera y microondas también se ofrecen con una barbacoa en el balcón.

UNIDAD 3 - CABERNET
La opción de cabernet incluye 2 habitaciones con camas King Size - para 4 personas. Son suites separadas con una suite que incluye una bañera de hidromasaje y 2 baños. Una cocina completa está a su disposición con terrazas al aire libre y una barbacoa.

UNIDAD 1, 2 Y 3 - EL ESCAPE
Todas las 3 suites, 5 habitaciones (5 camas King o 4 Kings y 2 individuales). Capacidad para 10 personas.

Margaret River getaway with extended family

Exceptional and spacious accommodations to cater for our extended families. Clean and luxuriously appointed. A wonderful stay.

Every thing one needs. Privacy and comfort.

A great place for 10 adults aged over 70. Well appointed kitchen. Everyone slept well as the beds are first class and it’s very quiet. The house was warm and well supplied with tea coffee etc.

Private bush setting

The property suited our needs very well. However the floors were dirty made our bare feet dirty. We had a crawling baby who got dirty on the floor. The travel cot seemed to have a missing mattress so we had to make do with a makeshift mattress with towels. A fan in one of the bedrooms was not operating as it should and when we rang Carolyn about this she thought we were incorrect but sent the maintenance man around anyway. He could not attend until the following day and when he tested the fan to change it from winter mode to summer he stopped the fan working altogether and said it was an wiring problem and required replacing. Then when I went to turn lights on in that same area later that day they were not working either. We assumed the fan had tripped the switch so we checked the powerboard and sure enough it had tripped. We fixed the problem and we got the power working again. When we first arrived we had ants and one very large spider in the house but were happy to deal with those ourselves as we knew rain was imminent and we were surrounded by bush. Other than that we enjoyed staying in the house. Thank you

New Year 2022/3

Great location, big rooms and lots of space. We loved the property. However the "small things" that really got under our skin were as follows: 1. Terrible connectivity - cannot watch live stream tv (Kayo, etc) and we spent the entire week hotspotting from my cellphone. If this connectivity issue was noted in the Property Review I'd probably not have booked. The smaller tv in the Shiraz room really does need an upgrade. The larger tv in the main area cannot get normal terrestial tv! 2. Glasses - the house desperately needs some bigger glasses as the only "water" glasses in there are tiny. Seems cheap and simple to solve. 3. Front deck had leaves everywhere - not swept - and the bifolding door on the one side was broken so did not open. 4. Washing machine was broken and was not replaced during our week-long stay. 5. Would be great to have a fan in the main (Shiraz) bedroom as it is either aircon or nothing. Ditto main open plan area. 6. Only nine chairs at dining table but we booked for 10 persons - not sure if a chair was broken or lost before us somehow. 7. A number of the pots do not work on the convection oven - makes it harder to cook using only the few that do! 8. The furniture on the deck is not amenable for 10 persons staying there, all wanting to sit and chat outside at same time! It can seat only 4 - be nice to have a better (more comfortable!) outdoor furniture that can allow for better seating outside. This is intended as constructive feedback to the managers and owners of the property as it does not seem hard to fix these above to make the stay more enjoyable. I was in communication with property managers who were generally helpful but do not understand the connectivity issue as they repeatedly were trying to add bandwidth, which was not the issue.

Fantastic stay

This house was absolutely lovely...very spacious and had everything you need. The tranquility of the bush is amazing. Location is superb.

Friends getaway

Wonderful property that was clean and well appointed. Carolyn and Matt were easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property, we had a fantastic stay.

Immaculate home in stunning location

Perfect getaway for small group. Plenty of room for everyone and really well equiped. Beautiful location in the bush but walkable to Flutes Restaurant and Brookland Valley Cellar Door. 5 star accommodation and facilities.

Very comfortable stay in a great location

Flutes Escape was a lovely comfortable big house that served our extended family very well for a few days stay in Margaret River. Great central location for visiting wineries and beaches.

In need of maintenance

As an exclusive property we were disappointed with the amount of maintenance that needed to be done to the property. Fly wire was ripped sliding door aluminium frames were falling apart, decking needed resealing. Barbecue hadn’t been cleaned but the location was great.

Flutes Escape

We were very impressed with our accommodation. The separate wings worked well as there were four families on our holiday. Rooms were spacious and family area was great for getting together out of the cold weather. Very cosy. Would definitely use this accommodation again.

Stunning Escape

We booked Flutes Escape for our Daughters pre wedding accommodation absolutely Gorgeous location we wanted something very special. Clean and modern apartments we had 10 guests who felt very spoilt in this very luxe accommodation. Plenty of parking out the front of the accommodation. We honestly can not fault anything, Carolyn was fantastic and available when ever we needed to contact her. Highly recommended

A wonderful place

We rented the entire property for a wedding week and it was in the perfect location for Caves Road/Yallingup/Margaret River sorties. Four separate suites gave us all privacy if we needed it, and the common living area was an excellent place to bring us all together. The deck and barbecue extend the large living space yet further although say it was too cold to use when we were visiting. The beds were extremely comfortable and warm and the showers were excellent. Small problems were reported - no hangers, and lack of Wifi - and Carolyn always responded. The Wifi seems to be a WA problem anyway rather than specific to this property!! Would love to return in summer months to make the most of this glorious place.

Absolutely stunning

We stayed here for our daughters wedding. Absolutely perfect! We had two families all with their own living areas plus a 'newly weds suite'. Spotlessly clean, loads of room and perfectly situated between Yallingup and Margaret River. We made some beautiful memories here ?? Plus Carolyn who delt with our bookings was so helpful and lovely.

Luxurious Accommodation

Together with 9 friends we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flutes Escape. The spotlessly clean rooms were very spacious, and beautifully styled. Loved that we could cook a bbq and relax either indoors, or outdoors overlooking the beautiful gardens. Excellent appliances and the well equipped kitchen enhanced our stay. Flutes Escape is about 20km out of Margaret River but an easy drive, and there are lovely walking tracks in the estate. Whilst 2 sitting rooms, spa baths, lovely heater, television & cd players made for a great 4 nights and was the perfect accommodation for a group of 10. Communication at time of booking and since has been excellent, and we thank you for allowing us to make some wonderful memories in your beautiful property. We would highly recommend Flutes Escape.

Amazing retreat for the adult family

We hired out all three chalets for a family celebration. The complex worked out amazingly well, giving each of the four couples enough room to enjoy each others company but also privacy. The meals and lounge area worked out well. Afternoons were spent at the surrounding wineries and breweries. A must for the larger group looking for something special.

Great Stay for our wedding party

Our daughter was married nearby and we booked the entire property. It was large enough to accommodate our 4 families which included 3 little children. We all had our own space when needed but enjoyed breakfast and dinner each evening together in the Cabernet Suite. Carolyn was very accommodating to our needs and always happy to take our calls when we needed her assistance. Great location for the wineries and restaurants.

Best property by far

Rented the entire property for a group of 10. Everyone had their own space and the finishings of this property were simply immaculate. Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen were all beautifully presented and maintained and we couldn't say one bad thing about the place. The actual property is in beautiful bushland, which made the morning walks so peaceful and relaxing. Carolyn was also very accommodating to us and our specific needs. Highly recommended!

Holiday comfort

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this comfortable home. Accommodation of two adjoining Units and main house ideal for a party of ten. Home was very clean and kitchen well equipped.
