Positioned on a secluded bush block surrounded by native trees and visiting wildlife, the home opens into an open-plan living area where a deep blue sectional centres the lounge beside a wood-burning fireplace and expansive windows framing leafy views and natural light. Beyond this space, the converted garage serves as a dedicated games room with plush seating, a large TV and a ping pong table, opening onto a shaded patio for fresh air between matches.

The kitchen is modern and thoughtfully designed, with expansive benchtops, quality appliances and a central island that draws everyone together. The adjoining dining area flows effortlessly outdoors, creating a relaxed setting for open-air entertaining.

Outside, the sparkling swimming pool sets the tone for long summer days, while the beautifully appointed pool house with lounge seating and a bar area offers a relaxed retreat between swims. Nearby, a covered patio with BBQ and generous dining space invites shared meals under the open sky, with an outdoor shower adding ease after time in the pool or at the beach.
