Esta cabaña de 3 dormitorios ofrece una ubicación privilegiada frente al mar de calidad y una ubicación conveniente con solo un corto paseo a lo largo del camino frente al mar a las comodidades locales, tiendas, restaurantes / cafeterías, hoteles, clubes, etc.


La sala de estar de planta abierta tiene un salón modular de gamuza más 2 grandes asientos otomanos, televisión de pantalla plana, Foxtel, reproductor de DVD y CD, juegos de mesa y biblioteca de libros.

Grandes puertas correderas dobles abiertas a la terraza frente al mar con toldos de control automático, configuración al aire libre y barbacoa.

Cocina bien equipada con un gran banco de servicio de isla e inclusiones de acero inoxidable de calidad: estufa de gas, horno / parrilla, nevera / congelador, microondas y lavavajillas; más refrigerador adicional debajo de la barra de banco.

Ventiladores de techo en todo. Calefacción de gas (para los meses de invierno) y aire acondicionado por conductos de ciclo inverso en toda la casa para comodidad durante todo el año.

The lake house was just beautiful. Fabulous location straight on the lake front with a walking path to wander around the lake. View from house was lovely. Local IGA, bakery, pizza and RSL all in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Wangi Wangi is lovely

This property is in a gorgeous and generally tranquil location. It’s well equipped with kitchen items and is very comfortable to stay. Walk to shops and club/pub or stay in and enjoy the ambience.

Lovely home on the Lake

Lovely home, fabulous view of the lake, great walking track around the Lake. Loved the visits from the ducks, kookaburras and the rosellas.

Great House perfect Location

Lovely house on the water front, well equipped and maintained. Nice to have a well equipped kitchen and plenty of crockery and glassware. Wangi is a great place to relax, plenty of dinning and shops a short walk away. Looking forward to returning.

The communication was so good and helpful. Thank you. Easy access was another plus. We enjoyed lovely views over the lake as we entered the house. It is next to a perfect walking path alongside the lake. Perfect house for our needs with a huge main area to socialize in, with a real holiday atmosphere.

Our holiday at Wangi Lakehouse on Lake Maquarrie.

Wangi Lakehouse is in a perfect position on the lake close to shops and RSL for a night out, quiet area. We found a few faulty appliances, gas BBQ needs the jets cleaned as food will not not cook evenly, the oven needed a clean and the microwave was hard to get started, just minor things need attending to, that will make things better for future holidaymakers.

Fabulous location

Excellent location. The view as you open the door is just amazing. Location is superb, close to shops, restaurants and clubs. The house has so much to offer, perfect deck to take in the sunset with automatic awnings if needed. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Coffee machine supplied, dishwashing tablets and even washing machine capsules. We had a perfect weekend away. Best Portuguese tarts and pastries available at Vita Patisserie.

Water views

We loved the view of Lake Macquarie and the beautiful walking path right beside the lake. As mentioned in a previous review we found the tedious process of supplying a code to obtain a key for access frustrating. The house was spacious but the cleaning was very average resulting in a very dusty bed frame and poorly cleaned areas in the kitchen. Overall it was disappointing.

Nice holiday stay

We enjoyed our stay - the place was convenient and generally well looked after. Even though the booking was through Stayz, all communication (including payment) involved a separate property manager which was confusing.

Peaceful stay

Spent an extra long weekend here with my husband. Beautiful spot overlooking the lake. The spot was very peaceful. The house was large and well kept and very comfortable. Walking distance to the RSL, Workers Club and shops. Would happily recommend this place to our family and friends.

Beautiful location. Poor cleanliness

First impressions were good, fantastic location, amazing view, modern decor. The house had everything a family could possibly need for a few days away. Unfortunately the property was quiet grotty, we pretty much had to wash plates/cups/up as we went as everything in the cupboards/drawers were dirty. The fridge was dirty, there was hair that didn’t belong to my family in the shower and in the “fresh made” beds. We found a dirty cotton tip with ear wax on the it on a shelf in the bedroom. Ceiling fans were caked with dirt and dust, the bbq was disgusting, like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few months. Floors looked like they’d been quickly vaccummed and surfaced wiped down but not very well. We expected more considering the price we paid and considering we are in the middle of a pandemic where cleanliness is EVERYTHING. The cleanliness just cheapened the experience for us unfortunately. We contacted the property manager Weekenda directly and they offered a 10% discount on any future holidays with them which we declined.
