The house was lovely - spacious, clean and close to the beach. We were very comfortable and had a great time there, especially enjoyed getting the fire going.Our only issues were - the water upstairs was completely cold the whole time, the shower pressure downstairs was not great. Our suggestions are to get better pillows and a shower curtain for downstairs.

A cozy spacious stay for the whole family

Loved our stay. The house is huge with plenty of space for larger group or family to relax without feeling on top of each other. The pillow selection was amazing especially for our picky family who forgot our pillows, a preference to suit everyone. The beds were comfy (Definitely not the usual hard mattress you can get at holiday homes)Well equipped with everything you need although some tomato sauce next time would be a bonus. The fireplace worked beautifully keeping the whole house warm and toasty on the 2 chilly nights we stayed. Would happily stay again perfect base for exploring the region.

Disappointing

We have stayed as a group of four at various Stayz recommendations, this was far the most disappointing, we found it on the grotty side, and for what we paid, linen should have been included. Some bedrooms were in need of bedside tables of some structure. I’ll finish with a picky point being in the Margaret River wine region, it wouldn’t hurt to provide a decent if cheap collection of wine glasses. Also fly screens on all windows would keep insects out after all you shouldn’t have to supply your own bug spray.

Girls get away

As a group of 6 girlfriends wanting a getaway and beachside retreat we had a great time staying here. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and cafes. The house had everything we needed and was quite clean and tidy.

Will definitely want to come back

We are a family of 8. The master bedroom was so huge that we could play games that required running there. The property also provided some boardgames. Location was fantastic. We walked the beach daily. Only 15 mins to Margaret River. Love the rooms with built in robes - so much space. Property was generally clean and the people provided little things that others missed...dishwashing liquid and tablets, extra bin bags.... The outdoor setting was tranquil, I could sit there with a drink and just read or sleep. Enjoyed the stay very much and would definitely want to be back.

Old and worn

The house needs a lot of updates very worn in areas. Kitchen very good. Didn’t like area as it was very isolated and dark as there’s no street lighting very expensive not worth the money to be honest manager was very responsive

Enjoy this quiet secluded holiday villa with easy access to the beach, surfing spots and cafe's. Short drive to all your holiday destinations in the south of WA with magnificent wineries, forest walks or underwater exploration at the end of the Busselton Jetty. Fabulous for a just the two of you or a couple of families.

We really liked Sea Esta

Great location. But it needed some house maintenance; really needed window/door screens, a good clean and heavy gardening jobs. We had a big problem with a Dugite snake but hopefully it has been removed by a snake handler before causing any issues.

Beautiful property, exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. The fireplace was great for the chilly evenings! Perfect place for our dog with enough outdoor space. The location is excellent. The hosts were very prompt at answering queries. We enjoyed our stay at Sea Esta and would definately go back!
