Lovely House, great location

The property was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well located. We had a relaxing time to the sound of the ocean. We are both writers and it was the perfect place to get down to some work, and also to relax when we were ready for a walk along the beach, a short drive to see Milton, Ulladulla or a bit further afield to Batemans Bay. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at Mollymook many time and this is the second time we’ve stayed at this beautiful house. The house is great and in a fantastic location. Sit on the deck and look at the surf or be on the sand in less than a 5 minute walk. We will be back!

Comfortable beautifully maintained seaside gem

This is a very large and well maintained home, very close to beautiful Mollymook Beach. Everything is there for to make a very pleasant stay indeed. (Although the house lacks a wifi system - which is a fairly standard facility these days). Although we only used the upper floor, the rooms in this part of the house are all very large. The lounge area has some very special reclining chairs and lounge. We had some nice meals including a great outing to Cupids Winery. Cool dip and walks by the ocean - excellent unwinding vacation home. We had a great stay and will come again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great place to stay near Mollymook Beach, its a short stroll down the steps up the street. House was clean and comfortable and even better than the photos. Would stay again.

Great House but View Not As Per Photos

Lovely house and very well equipped but a little disappointed as the photos on the website show a lovely clear view to the beach from the house/balcony, which was the reason we chose this house. Photos must have been taken a long time ago as there is absolutely no view of the beach and trees from neighbors are now higher than the balcony so no beach view at all from the balcony or house! On the flip side the house was open, bright and spacious plus the hosts are extremely easy to deal with and very quick to respond to any messages.

The photos on the website were only taken two years ago and we are constantly cutting back as much as we can. We are attending to cutting back again this weekend to regain our view as per the photos. Mollymook Experience

The property was adequately set up for our 3 night stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Only query was 2 bathrooms were advertised and really should be clarified that with shower downstairs there is no toilet

Just to clarify, I have copied and pasted our advertised description of our property: * 2 Queen size bedrooms upstairs * (whole house of 6 bedrooms availabale for larger groups - enquire for price) * Located 200 metres from beautiful Mollymook Beach * Large balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking beach, ocean & lighthouse at southern headland * Spacious living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows to capture the magnificent view * Fully equipped kitchen * Webber bbq * Spa bath, toilet, shower * Large laundry with shower, washer and dryer There is no mention of 2 bathrooms. Comfortable 2 day stay.

The single bathroom with one separate toilet was not ideal for the two couples. However the spacious living area and kitchen were ideal for us.

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday

Fantastic property in spectacular location. All you could want for a family holiday. Was even able to watch the sun rise over the beach. An easy walk to patrolled beaches and Mollymook golf club, and a coffee van around the corner :) Great little supermarket just a two minute drive away. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook for family too. Great communication by owners. Would definitely recommend!

A wonderfully well appointed house in a great location for the area. Clean, tidy and everything you could need... The piece de resistance was the bamboo tongs for the toaster... unbelievable.😀 Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family escape from the big smoke

We all loved our stay here! The location is absolutely perfect and the living space was beyond comfortable. The view from the balcony and lounge room was gorgeous (particularly watching the sun rise with our little human). Sylvia & Garry provided great suggestions of things to do with our little family. Looking forward to going back!

Really great place

I thought for the price the place was great. The views were nice, the place was clean and it had everything the listing advised. I would stay again. The owners were so easy to deal with and really responsive which was great.

Beautiful house in ideal location

We had a fabulous time at this lovely property. The ocean view is gorgeous, and the location is perfect - a minute to the beach and cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. The house was also very comfortable and cozy, which we appreciated since we were visiting in winter. There is a luxurious spa bath which we also enjoyed. We also appreciated having the wifi internet, which was important because we had to take a couple of work meetings over Zoom while we were there - all worked great. The house is very spacious and could easily fit a group. The kitchen was also very well-stocked if you are cooking at home. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout, and the hosts were gracious and responsive. Check-in was super-easy. All-in-all I would highly recommend this place and we would definitely go back.
