We had a cosy and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient, close to Belmont Forum Shopping Centre, the Belvidere shops, the airport, casino, and central areas. A good affordable place to stay with easy access to everything.

Central Location in a quiet street. Plenty of parking. House is very dated but very comfortable. Yard, unkept but that did not affect my stay. I would stay there again if needed.

The house is quaint and lovely, we had a great stay. There is a big back yard with a lot of sand, so dont expect gardens. That said, we enjoyed the stay and will come back.

Michael was a responsive host and obliging. No top sheet on the beds, only doona & bottom sheet. We requested top sheets which he quickly provided. The property is very tired and is in desperate need of some TLC. Location is good.

Apart from this house being in a good location, it was terrible. It was so dirty and in desperate need of some TLC. The heater in the loungeroom isn't fixed and wants to fall off the step it sits on when you try to light it - so dangerous. The lounges in the picture are not what's in the house and the ones that are there aren't overly comfy. The room with the single bed has no cupboard, chest of drawers or anywhere apart from the floor to put your suitcase or clothes. The other two rooms have a small white cupboard that has one shelf and hanging space. The sheets are threadbare and the elastic has no stretch. We didn't like that mattresses either, but that's a personal taste. Only the master bedroom had a top sheet which wasn't clean. The spare doonas were filthy, one had food spilt on it. The oven has no instructions on how to use it and once you do work it out you have no idea temp it's on as the ring on the dial is missing. I wouldn't call the kitchen well equipped, there wasn't even a pair of scissors! There was one thin tea towel. There was one handtowel in the bathroom. You only get one small towel per person for a 8 night stay. The BBQ is an old kettle type and it's filthy from previous use. The lawns weren't mowed. The neighbours dog howls and barks often. At some point the flight path from the airport changed and the planes flew straight over the house for a couple of days and when you're only 2kms from the airport (in a straight line) they are low and loud at 3am.

It was very comfortable and clean. The room was a good size not too small and parking right outside the door made arrival and departure very easy. The shower had great water pressure, there was a suitcase ledge big enough for two medium sized suitcases and plenty of space and room throughout. Staff were helpful and the Indian Restaurant next to the motel was fantastic - can't recommend either the motel or the restaurant enough.

Perth family visit

The house was perfect for our holiday everything we needed was in the house. While we were there we had a heat wave of 42deg and the air-conditioning was awesome keeping us cool and able to sleep comfortably. Thank you.

We had a mixed experience with this property. The host is very communicative and check-in was easy. The house was surface-clean, bathrooms were well presented with good toiletries, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The location felt safe, was generally quiet, and was convenient to shops and public transport, including a bus to the airport and city train connections. Thanks for these!However, there are several enduring issues that appear in previous reviews over many years.The listing is not accurate. It advertises three queen beds, but in reality there is one queen, three singles, and a trundle. Linen was also inconsistent – only the queen bed had a top sheet. The property needs a proper deep clean. The décor is dated and does not match the “modern” description.The kitchen is not fully equipped (for example, no grater) and there were no instructions for the gas oven. No tea, coffee, or sugar were provided, and any condiments appeared to have been left by previous guests rather than provided by the host. Only one tea towel was supplied. One bedroom has no wardrobe, although there are plenty of hangers.There were ants during our stay, and we bought spray to manage them. The garden is unkempt and not inviting to use. Finally, while the area is quiet, a neighbouring dog cried day and night, which may affect some guests.Overall, the stay was workable and the host responsive, but the listing accuracy and several long-standing issues need attention.

Great property with excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was cleaned and had everything we needed. Every bedroom has air condition which very helpful during the hot and humid days. The owner Michael is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely will come back and stay in this house; we also recommend this house to anyone looking for a house for stay. Good, clean, tidy and value for money.

We liked the closeness to shops, dining etc and that the host provided extra sheets. Beds were comfortable. . We didnt like that the yards were unkept, the house (apart from the lounge) looked as though it had never been updated, quilt covers looked as though they hadnt been changed for a while and the place needed a good scrub.

We had an enjoyable, relaxing time. Close to the airport and the Belmont Forum. Also easy access down to Fremantle. The only drawback was there were just enough items for a family of six. There were no hooks in the bathroom and no spare towels or teatowels. Regards, Peter & family

In line with the runway

The house was clean, the beds were comfy, the aircon worked. The house seems to be very close to the airport and had low flying planes coming in to land very close to the house.The house is old, kitchen basic, bathroom basic. Nothing really wrong, just wasn’t able to sleep much because of the planes coming in to land/taking off every few minutes.

Outside of house and yard was terrible. Understand there hasnt been rain but dead long grass and leaves everywhere. Needs work on outside of house and yard.
