Excellent property

We were a group of 14 people and the house is large, spacious and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen has every utensil, dish or pot you could need. We were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful grounds and house with old school charm

A group of 13 stayed and had a great stay. Very well appointed and comfortable rooms. It was an extremely hot weekend so the tope rooms were very warm but its unusual for Bowral. Most rooms have ensuite and the grounds were stunning to walk around.Cant wait to be back when we can put the log fire on!

Good location and good set up for large family staying together. Building and interiors were lovely and unique. Beds could do with an upgrade and some of the items in the kitchen (coffee mugs were not clean). Host was unresponsive on request for later check out request at the time of booking

Friends annual trip away

Simply Stunning

The carriage house is the perfect location to host your guests for any special occasion. We recently rented this space for our bridal party to stay in before the wedding. It is a beautiful home that is well maintained. The property manager and owner are lovely and great to deal with. We highly recommend The carriage house for any of your future holiday needs.

Short getaway with business partners

The property is absolutely lovely! Its stunning location offers a perfect balance of tranquility while still being conveniently close to amenities. The kitchen was well-stocked, making meal preparation a breeze, and the tasteful, beautiful decor added so much charm to our stay. The beds were warm and incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone had a good night's sleep, and the ample seating easily accommodated our group of seven.One of the highlights was the option to light a fire, which added a cozy ambiance during our cool January weekend. The Perfect Getaway

After searching a number of websites I came across The Carriage House at Bowral and I could not have found a more perfect location. The property is absolutely stunning and provided the ambiance and surrounds the group were hoping to find for their executive retreat. The property is beautifully maintained and the customer service second to none. A local caterer (recommended by the Property Manager) provided all the meals for the team and everyone raved about the outstanding and delicious food. I would highly recommend The Carriage House. Everything from booking the property to checking out went extremely well and I will certainly be looking to book this space again in the future.

The property itself is lovely. However, it really should be advertised as an apartment given its outside space is limited to a first floor balcony - the pictured garden is not included in the rental.The owner whose residence is downstairs (rental property above) was present for the weekend we were there. My children were playing on the lawn (pictured in the images) and she instructed them that they were on her property and they needed to get off. If you would like a weekend in the country, likely you would expect the house to have a garden - this is probably not the house for you.

Beautiful Property & Amazing Management

Our stay at The Carriage House was amazing. The house itself is so beautiful & it was the perfect place for a big group of us. Not far from town but it felt so secluded & we had so much space to have fun over our Christmas & New Years Break. Sara was a delight to deal with. She was easily contactable & helped us with any queries that we had. I will highly recommend this place to any friends & family looking for a holiday spot in the future. Thank you Sara for making our stay the best!

Wonderful property

This is a wonderful, spacious property set on a lush, luxurious estate with rolling greens. The house had a lot of charm. My group had a fabulous time celebrating my birthday. The owners and property managers were a delight to work with. Easy communication. Would hire this place out again.

The perfect getaway!

A wonderful property, a beautiful large space with plenty of en-suite bedrooms and a fantastic real log fire. The grounds are beautiful to roam around and the converted stables were truly something. Sara the property manager was brilliant to deal with. Would love to return!
