AFTER BOOKING:

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

The ACO Vacation Home team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

A very horrible experience

This was such a horrible experience. I checked in on Tues.11/23 and each day I was there I called the office to let them know what was going on and I think they got tired of me calling because they stop answering the phone. The internet and cable wasn't working properly and when the cable did come in it was only on 2 TV's out of 10. Each time I called I had long wait times, 3 maintenance came but honestly I don't think they understood enough English to figure out the problem. Manuel said he was going to get batteries for the remote and never came back. Pedro came and tried to fix something but was not successful although he did put it a maintenance call out to have the AC fixed. The door to the pool didn't lock nor did the alarm go off when it was open. There were also missing blinds from the sliding glass door, one of the shades in the dining area was halfway down, a few of the bathrooms wasn't properly clean. I feel like the 5 days I was there it was wasted money. I could've stayed in a hotel and paid less with better results. My daughter is leaving to go to the Navy on 12/8 which means she won't be home for any other holidays and I wanted to make this a special time but it didn't turn out the way I planned. When I spoke with the property management I did let them know that I'm an understanding person but to have someone tell you something and then not fulfill what is being told to you is really aggravating. I also informed them that I was going to report this experience to the BBB to see what can be done about this.

Worst house ever!!!!!!!

This particular property was awful blinds were tore up furniture was dirty we were there for four days three nights with no cable or Internet. We could not watch tv at all. Four out of the 8 rooms didn’t have blankets on the bed. There were no wash clothes in the entire house. They said they don’t supply wash clothes.! I called about 6 times to complain about everything.The whole weekend they keep emailing me saying rest asure they was going to have the cable and Internet working. I advised everyone to never book Aco vacation rentals they are the worst!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience

This property was dirty. There is trash ans maggots all around the house. I contacted the people and nothing was done. I had to contact them to clean the pool. The pool net has a big hole. I spent my whole vacation communicating with these people instead of enjoying my vacation.

Strong, Hard Pass

This home is esthetically pleasing on the outside but inside is less to be desired. Within 30 minutes of being in this home we were disappointed. The carpets are filthy, gross, disgusting, I was uncomfortable waking on the in my bare feet. There are scuff marks on the walls that go beyond simple wear and tear. It could be easily fixed with a paint touch up. The pool was murky and the jets that would have prevented this weren't running. I had to use the extremely tattered pool net to clean the bugs and leaves out of the pool. The pool door handle was broken, they did come and fix it, but then it kept sticking so we couldn't get it open. The pool alarm did not work, we had young children. The pool safety fence needs repair or replacement. A child is not safe in this home. As for the televisions four did not work. The dryer was broken, they did fix it. The Xbox did not work. The grill needs a good cleaning or replacement. I'm quite sure the linens were not freshly cleaned, some of the sheets looked like someone had just gotten out of them. Two towels per bathroom is not suffice. The trash was not picked up from the previous guests, so we had no other choice but to the thrash was overflowing. One toilet was stopped up upon arrival. We repaired it ourselves. The pool area is nice but small. This property is great it just needs to be taken care of. It is priced well. Nevertheless, I will never stay here nor do I recommend it. Overall disappointing.
