Muy espacioso, totalmente amueblado, apartamento de 1 dormitorio lleno de luz está en el Hyde Park Plaza. Recientemente ha sido restaurado con buen gusto y tiene amplias vistas de Hyde Park y el horizonte de la ciudad.
El apartamento se encuentra a poca distancia de la ciudad, Darling Harbour, The Rocks y cerca de todas las comodidades, transporte, tiendas y lugares de interés de la ciudad.

Great views & value

The host was great and able to book us storage in the complex for our bags. The location was within walking distance of all the sights, and you can see the Sydney Tower from the window! Clean property, and supplied with the basics for a stay (dish soap, kitchenware, laundry soap)

Vivid trip

We had an amazing visit for Long weekend and Vivid festival. Accommodation was in great location, and convenient to public transport. Facilities were good, and rooftop spa was great. Only negative was that pillows need to be replaced, but overall, loved it.

We stayed almost a week in Sydney (3 adults). The location of the place is excellent, very near public transportation and across from the park. The street can be quite loud at night and the furniture is pretty worn down. The overview mentioned refurbishing, but I am not sure what has been updated. It's not fancy, but it worked f

Fantastic location, walking distance to inner Sydney, train stations and the Opera House etc. Only issue was that we were only left sheets for the fold out couch, no bedding/blankets/quilt. Furniture was simple and basic, probably needs cleaning/replacing, however as a base this accommodation was fine.

Simple cheap accommodation in excellent location

We stayed in July = winter, but it was warm enough to leave the windows open. This an apartment in a building of serviced apartments. The beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent within walking distance of most things we wanted to see, and a couple of minutes from museum station where you can get a direct train to the airport. If you want 5 star accommodation pay 5 star prices. The price of this apartment was consistent with the simple but adequate kitchen equipment, and we had good communication with the owner. The shower tap was very wobbly and the apartment is in need of some love, but it was more than adequate for our stay. Washing took 36 hours to dry on the airer after coming out the washing machine.

The location was great and we were able to walk most days and when we were exhausted, it was just a quick train ride to get back. The apartment was very big, but it wasn't clean when we checked in (especially the bathroom). The kitchen equipment is very limited and we were left insufficient supplies for 4 people staying for 5 days (ie: two packets of dish soap, 1.5 rolls of toilet paper). We ended up buying dish soap, toilet paper and disinfectant so we could clean the bathroom. The pool was very dirty and we were unable to use the pool for fear of getting sick, but that is no fault of the property owner. The spa was clean, so we did use that.

Location Great, Pictures Not Accurate , Building Run Down

First great location and helpful front desk, thank heavens! Mix up with this unit manager on arrival and he didn't seem to care despite prior arrangements confirmed by email (twice), and repeated phone calls, wasted one day of vacation because of non response and lack of keys at desk to proper unit. Put us in an even more run down unit for the night and then had to wait for hours the next day to relocate. The pictures are outdated. This building is run down including pool (dirty) and spa (nonoperational), hallways and doorways marked and scuffed (as if kicked in), carpets stained. Smells. Pictures of building and unit not at all all accurate. This particular unit, on the positive side has an equipped small kitchen with dishes, stovetop, microwave, fridge, washer, and mattresses that are you good, otherwise all furniture cheap and uncomfortable. Windows very dirty on the inside, so view obscured and curtains sagging. Air conditioner barely operating.

Wir waren bei der Ankunft erst mal richtig geschockt. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern/Beschreibung aus dem FeWo Inserat (wir waren zu fünft und das Zimmer das wir erhalten hatten, war für max. 3 Personen ausgelegt). Als wir uns beschwert hatten kam heraus, dass das eigentliche Zimmer eine Doppelbuchung hatte. Die Agentur hat sich entschuldigt (sie waren auch sehr freundlich) und haben uns für 3 Nächte (wir waren für 5 Nächte in Sydney) ein zweites Zimmer gegeben. D.h. wir mussten 2 Nächte in diesem kleinen Zimmer, das für 3 Personen ausgelegt ist, zu fünft schlafen. Bei der Anfrage bezüglich Preisnachlass, hat sich die Agentur sehr schlecht verhalten, weil sie uns versprochen hatten eine Rückantwort zu geben (Rückantwort zum Thema Preisnachlass), was sie bis heute nicht getan haben. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nicht empfehlen, weil diese Wohnung uns einen sehr schlechten Start für unseren Sydney Aufenthalt beschert hatte!Den Blick zum Hyde Park, auf das was wir uns gefreut hatten, hatten wir auch nicht!

Die Küche war ok
Nicht schön und keine Bettwäsche für 5 Personen
Das Bad war noch das Beste

Centrally locates, this apartment was within walking distance of the Royal Botanical Gardens, opera house, Harbour Bridge and The Rocks. The apartment was clean and quiet and washing machine was a nice addition.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

Very happy with our choice of this apartment for our short stay in Sydney. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us, it was clean and comfortable, and everything we could possibly need was provided. Only minor issue we had was a malfunctioning hairdryer. We put in a call to the owner in the afternoon about it, and by the next morning we had a brand new hairdryer. Owner is very attentive and responsive. Location truly is perfect. Most major touristic sites are within walking distance (Opera House, Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Darling Harbour, Royal Botanical Gardens, Sydney Tower Eye etc...) We really only had to take the bus to get to Bondi Beach. Loved every minute of our stay in Sydney.

Excellent location

Apartment location is excellent. Close to underground rail, buses, parks and shops. Not cheap one but it is Sydney. Not impress with cleanness and size of apartment. It is good size for couple not for 5-6 (as was advertise). Also, it was very dirty, with hair and dust on window, smelly bedroom, sofa bed is awful to sleep on. The whole apartment has no proper clean for weeks (seems to). Would not stay again for sure.

Great location with a view of the city. Spacious apartment with everything you might need (except dryer). Beds are comfortable. There is plenty of closet space. If I have to mention a problem is the two elevadors that service the building are always crowded and slow. Easy check in and check out.

City Living at its Best? Give the photographer a pay rise.

Honestly did not start off on the right foot with this place. We arrived early with a lot of luggage and were hoping to be able to store it until the room was available. Nope. I sat over the road on a park bench for 3 hours until the key was ready. There was a funky smell to the building that was a bit off putting and when we made it to the room it a bit of a let down. It just had a dirty feel to it. The microwave was filthy, my son sat on a chair and the leg was broken, the bin was dirty and the windows were really dirty. The toilet had 0 toilet paper, that is zero. Not a square to spare. The photo of the bathroom must have been taken a loooong time ago as it does not look like that now. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, the location was good and it was nice to have a washing machine.

Close to EVERYTHING

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was within walking distance of parks and entertainment. The view was amazing and the apartment was clean. It would have been nice to have bath soap and shampoo provided but the grocery store was only a block away. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay!!!

Central location with nice view of park land. Bathroom is not clean as it was in the photo which was a disappointment. Only 2 toilet paper rolls were provided so we had buy more for our 4 day stay.

Das Appartment hat eine super Lage - direkt am Hyde Park. Leider stellte sich dies auch als Nachteil dar. Die Fenster sind einfachverglast und daher kommt man nachts kaum zur Ruhe. Auf den Fotos wirkt die Wohnung recht modern - aber dies täuscht. Das Appartment befindet sich in einem Hotel das schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat und schon ziemlich heruntergekommen ist. Fenster sind in den letzten Jahren wohl nicht mehr gesäubert wurden. Da es sich um ein privates Appartment handelt, zickt das Hotelpersonal ziemlich rum: Wifi gibt es nur für Hotelgäste und wir durften noch nicht einmal unsere Koffer am Abreisetag lagern (Tipp: Das Nachbarhotel war da hilfreicher).
