This was our first air B&B rental. Overall the house was fine. The pool was great although it does need some work. The host told us about that after we arrived. When going over the sleeping arrangements and the availabe beds we were disappointed that what the listing said was not accurate. We ended up making it all work although challenging. The house itself needs some TLC. I understand its a vacation air B&B rental but in my opinion some things just need a bit of maintaining.

NY Yankee Spring Training vacation

The location was perfect, 12 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to Steinbrenner Stadium. The accommodations were excellent and we had all we needed. We would love to stay here again next year!

Great Vacation Spot

Centrally located to Busch Gardens, Clearwater and the Tampa Airport. Rental was clean and nicely equipped. Great vacation home. The kids loved the pool!

You can tell this home was very well loved and has a few fun stories it could tell too.. our host was very responsive. The home was stocked with almost anything you could want and if you didnt have it, you could go within a short drive to get it. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Some parts of the home could use some tlc & updating. But the host did everything to make us comfortable

We enjoyed the stay

The large kitchen island was very useful for setting up food/snacks, the living room with the tv had plenty of couches for us to sit together without feeling cramped, the dining area was useful for our tabletop games, and we enjoyed being able to adjust the thermostat during the night. It was also convenient being close to a Wawa.

Great Place!

A warm and wonderful home for the family to relax and make memories! Anything you could need is here…and close to Walmart, Publix, and Target so you can stock up on groceries for your stay! Laundry, kitchen, all the kitchen gadgets you can imagine, swimming, TV/movies/wifi in the evening… We loved it! Thank you for such a great time!!!

A great place and a great time!

My family went here for a special Christmas trip, we are from Michigan, New York and Colorado, this location fit our needs perfectly....but, the pool was very cold, they did state up front that it is NOT heated, so we were aware. I would definitely stay here again, it had everything you could need in the kitchen and is ready to be enjoyed by all.

The pool heating equipment doesn't have enough clearance between the home and the fence so we couldn't get a contractor to install it but the pool is still swimmable for those from up north :) and our summers in the pool are fantastic. Come visit us again!

Me and my daughter's had a great time. The pool was great and tons of games for the family. The house was dirty, which I reported. Justin was amazing for the small issues.

Homey but needs quite a bit of care.

This property was adequate has good potential, roomy, pool was nice. We had fun however the total upkeep of property was not what we are used to.

Deborah booked our rental impulsively for her kid's tournament but instantly wanted to cancel complaining about her VRBO booking experience. It's hard to please someone with an unhappy nature complaining about things beyond our control prior to her stay. To our future guests, we hope you will look at the recent and very positive reviews we've received and come over for a fun and relaxing time in Tampa in our very homey and very spacious home.

Very relaxing, comfortable

Nice property with some great amenities, the pool is fun! The exterior needs a bit of TLC, things like updating the furniture in the yard and pool area and having someone take a good look at the landscaping that has been let go. None of this would deter me from staying here.

Great stay pregraduation getaway with my oldest neice

House was beautiful and very comfortable that being said although the house was not dirty per say the counters and casio were a bit sticky so maybe talk with the house keeper about doing a bit more care in wiping things down. And maybe abit more care for the yard maintenance.overall was a great place to stay we enjoy our time in this lovely home and would come back again

Decent place

The place did the trick for my group. The bedrooms were decent, the TV room was nice, kitchen was ok, and pool and yard were average at best. We didn’t actually use the pool because it was too cold. Communication with renter was ok as well. Overall, if you’re not looking for something fancy, this place is a good value.

We lived in this home until just a few years ago when they both left for college and now they are back managing our vacation rentals in Florida.

This is our wonderful home centrally located 1/4 miles from the Veterans Expressway which connects to Interstate 4 and 275 for an easy commute to downtown and everywhere in the Tampa Bay area. We are offering it to those in need of a centrally located pied-à-terre in Tampa FL, while keep the comfort of home with vaulted ceiling, a huge kitchen with 2 granite counter tops, an ensuite bathroom connected to the master bedroom, WiFi, a fire pit outside and a fireplace inside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you can think of to make wonderful meals with your loved ones. We have a waffle maker, electric crepe maker, griddle, rice cooker, pressure cooker, air fryer, fondue pot, blooming onion maker, crockpot, creme brulee torch, Ninja & standard blender, indoor healthy grills (G Foreman), electric hot air popper for popcorn...
