Belle Vista # 2:

Un moderno estudio frente al mar, con todos los elementos para una perfecta escapada junto al mar.

El estudio está situado en el corazón de la activa y vibrante playa de Seacliff / Brighton, a pocos pasos de la arena y el surf.

Seacliff Beach es famosa por sus actividades como el stand up paddle boarding (que puede ser contratado desde la costa), kayak, windsurf, jet ski, pesca, natación o simplemente pasear por la costa. Si no te queda arena entre los dedos de los pies, el famoso Paseo Marítimo Costero de Marion comienza en nuestra puerta, para dar un paseo con vistas que te dejarán sin aliento.

El estudio en sí cuenta con una lujosa cama de matrimonio con colchón con una almohada, un sofá cama, una pequeña cocina con fogones, una mesa de comedor, una nevera y un microondas. El calentamiento y enfriamiento del ciclo inverso lo mantendrán cómodo durante todo el año.

Esta propiedad ofrece wifi gratuito para todos los huéspedes. Una gran TV inteligente de 55 "con acceso a Netflix es suya para usarla con solo presionar un botón.

Amazing Location and Accommodation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderfully located within metres of the beach and a five minute walk to the train to get into the city centre. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and modern. Bed and sofabed both very comfortable for adults. Would totally recommend this property.

The property was well appointed & very clean. Host was very approachable & helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in this location. The photos are a little misleading in that the view of the sea is limited. However it is just a short 50 metre walk to the sea & a beautiful swimming beach.

Lovely seaside stay. Very clean property and comfy bed. Not far from Marion Shopping Centre by car. Enjoyed walking out the front door to the beach for long walks and great couch to kick back for watching big screen TV with Netflix at night.

A lovely seaside apartment

This apartment is in a fantastic location, it is very well appointed and has everything you need. Shirley is a warm and welcoming host who ensures that her guests are comfortable and have all the local knowledge regarding places to eat, shop and sightseeing to enjoy their stay.

Happy to stay again

We enjoyed the location, having a view of the ocean, (albeit through buildings) and being able to go for walks along the beach. The location near the Seacliff Surf Life saving club and Yacht club meant good access to reasonably priced food but also a lot of traffic, but the unit seemed well protected from the noise. The location was also convenient to attend a family event at Brighton. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Perfect we loved it

My son and I stayed for 3 nights and it was HOT HOT HOT but the location so close to beach and right across from the surf club and yacht club just made things so convenient. the pics are exactly what the place is they are true reflection of how clean tidy and up to date the place is. we be trying to book this again when we come back.

Like a boutique hotel!

Shirley has made sure everything is provided for in her beautiful and spotless seaside apartment located right on the edge of metropolitan Adelaide making (with offstreet parking) for easy access to the McLaren Vale wine region. It’s a pretty little place, perfect for a couple and up to 2 kids with the fold out couch. Although we didn’t use the kitchen much as we were out most days, it’s very well appointed with all the basics. Best of all, we loved the thick plush bath towels. Also the fact that she’s considered the environment by doing away with those horrible tiny shampoo etc bottles & offered good quality toiletry items. Thanks Shirley!

Bella Vista 2 was an exceptional property. I stayed for 6 nights for a work trip. It is a 15 minute drive (in traffic) to Flinders University and Flinders Hospital. With a view of the ocean, it is the perfect spot to retreat at the end of a busy work day. The host Shirley was fantastic and made sure all of our needs were met. The kitchen was ideal for a longer trip and the lounge area was spacious. The location of the property is in a quieter beachfront area, moments from the water and the Seacliff Life Saving Club. Beautiful walking tracks snake along the seafront. The accomodation is in a prime location with plenty of options on Uber Eats. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was strong. A magic little getaway.

Great location, facilities exceeded expectations!

What a great little apartment! Very clean and tidy with all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Coffee machine and Netflix was a welcome bonus. Seacliff is a lovely, quiet spot. The view from the front door was amazing and loved having the surf club across the road for a meal and nice coffee. We arrived fairly late on our first night and discovered the hot water was not working. A few messages to the owners daughter (with many apologies from her!) and it was promptly fixed the next morning. Nothing that could have been helped on their part but we were very grateful for the prompt reply and action! Will definitely rebook if we are back this way again.

Disappointed

The next apartment section of two, three storey homes, with what was possibly a garage converted to a single room apartment with an ensuite. The apartment was nice, although the pillows did not have protectors on and I could smell sweat. The apartment overall had the necessary appliances for my stay. The problem was on my second day it became a construction site on the adjoining driveway with a petrol saw used to cut milblock bricks for a base for a garden and fence line. To make it worse the workmen continued in the rain with my beach walks and bitter cold winds and rain confining me to stay indoors. The noise was next level. So, yes I was disappointed in my 5 day stay I saved up for.
