Dear Sandra I once again apologize for my neighbor doing some work while you were having your vacation. As I explained, I had no idea he was going to erect a small fence and I apologized and I also have offered you a three night free stay to compensate for this. It’s very disappointing that you felt you needed to put this in a review, I look after my tenants perfectly to the best of my ability, but unfortunately, I cannot control what happens on the road in front or in my neighbors yard. Also , we always use pillow protectors, but the cleaners may have made an error that I was not aware of. If I had known about the pillow, you say, did not have a protector on it I would’ve fixed that too immediately . We put protectors on all our pillows and change our pillows over regularly. I’m a five star host and have been so for seven years. This will be the first time I have ever had a review like this over something I could not control. I hope people will read this and understand. This is not a true review of my property. I’m not in control of the weather, nor am I in control of what happens in my neighbors yard.Real reviews are supposed to be about the quality of my property in which I do my absolute best for people , particularly as I am a very good price point for a beach front location. So sorry you were disappointed with your stay and once again for about the hundredth time I apologize for my neighbor doing some work on his house during your stay. Cheers, Shirley.
