NUEVO LISTADO

Esta impresionante casa de la Federación / Victoriana en superficie se presenta con un estándar muy alto. Situado en el corazón del pintoresco valle de Yarra, cerca de las bodegas, frente a un centro ecuestre, a poca distancia de Warburton Trail y a pocos minutos en coche de las tiendas y restaurantes locales.

La casa fue construida originalmente en 1910. Tiene una gran cocina modernizada / área para comer, conservando muchas de las características originales. Hay una biblioteca / sala de estar con una estufa de leña, un salón acristalado con un segundo comedor / sala de estar. Tres dormitorios y tres baños.

En el exterior hay un jardín cerrado muy bien presentado con árboles maduros y arbustos. Una terraza con una zona al aire libre para comer. También hay un área de césped plano para patear una pelota de fútbol o jugar al cricket. Hay un huerto, varios árboles frutales maduros y un viñedo que está rodeado por nuestras granjas de fresas en funcionamiento.

As usual our family had a fantastic stay. The home is just gorgeous. I want to live there! Andrea is so lovely to deal with. We really appreciated her checking in during the stay making sure we were comfortable. So welcoming and attentive. We also enjoyed total privacy. As we did last year, we have booked again for next year.

Incredible Stay

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your stunning farmhouse. We had the most amazing wedding weekend and your beautiful house played a special part in that. We had a lot of fun picking strawberries with our daughter and we were even greeted by the cutest and friendliest little dog, Paris!! Thank you so so much!! We will definitely be back to stay again in the future!

Amazing house

Family fun picking strawberries

Gorgeous period property that has been thoughtfully and beautifully extended and renovated. Lovely space to spend relaxing family time. The glass enclosed dining area with views out to the English garden was our favourite room. We can’t wait to return.

Our favorite place to stay near Melbourne!

Our family of four stayed in this home for three weeks last winter to visit family nearby and could not wait to return this year for another three weeks! The home is perfectly located in a peaceful and private setting yet just minutes to shops, restaurants, wineries, and more. The home is just lovely, full of vintage charm and modern comforts! The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, linens are high quality, kitchen is well stocked, the couch is cozy, the large lighted closets are excellent for storage, and the entire home is exceptionally clean! Windows reveal absolutely gorgeous views in every direction with beautiful gardens, mature trees, and strawberry fields. We love hearing kookaburras sing from the trees and spotting kangaroos in the fields. Andrea is a perfect host in every way. The home is a safe, peaceful sanctuary in an exquisite setting and we definitely hope to return again!

Peaceful home & gardens

Beautiful gardens & home, plenty of room for 2 families with teen children, especially with use of the outside 'games' room. Very comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, ample cupboard space. Delicious strawberries were a welcome gift. Great location to access many Yarra Valley attractions, all within easy driving distance. Thanks Andrea for a peaceful stay!

Beautiful property

Stayed here for my wedding and it was so beautiful. The house is lovely and the surrounding gardens and strawberry fields are very picturesque. Andrea was so accommodating and lovely to deal with! She even left us a wedding gift which was so thoughtful. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!

Family Getaway - Expectations exceeded

This beautifully restored farmhouse exceeded our expectations. From the pristine farmhouse kitchen, clean and fully stocked, to the warm and cozy sitting room with a traditional wood-burning fireplace. The bedrooms were a good size and tastefully decorated with crisp, freshly pressed sheets. The grounds were immaculate and the views and scenery outstanding. We couldn't have asked for more including the perfect location to travel about the valley. Our host Andrea, was very gracious and met us at the farmhouse when we arrived. Grooms Accom stay

We stay at this property the night before our wedding and it was the perfect wedding accommodation. The property is full of amazing photo locations and the shed with the pool table is a great place to hang out. We're definitely coming back to stay at this property!

A beautiful stay!

I cannot recommend Andreas property enough! We had the most beautiful stay over my wedding weekend and will be sure to be back! It was so amazing to get ready here with my bridesmaids. The house was so clean, so perfect and the strawberry fields were the added touch! A lovely bottle of champagne was left for me upon arrival, such a nice thought. Beautiful Homestead

Stunning views from every window, relaxing location and we enjoyed picking strawberries together. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy a lovely getaway with your family. Kitchen was well equipped and choice of sitting/lounge room or outdoor spaces wonderful. A garden lovers delight with plants to discover right around the property are just beautiful. Wish we had the time to stay longer, would love to come back again and enjoy. Added bonus the pool room down the back! We had fun playing a couple of games together with our adult kids! Lovely country property within short drive from city.

Beautiful Property

Loved the property, Loved the House. Andrea is a lovely lady. She made us feel extremely welcome. We were there for my daughters wedding day to get ready and they stayed there after her wedding. Absolutely Perfect

Such a gem

Hard to fault our experience - Andrea was very responsive from our initial booking and every interaction from then. We were a family group of 3 adults and two young children. We all loved the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and just like the pictures. Very thoughtful renovations mean that the ensuite bathrooms are such a treat and there is always a quiet corner to settle in for some down time. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and the views are amazing. Outside, the gardens are another welcoming place with a colourful cottage garden and abundant fruit trees. The property is close to the Warburton Rail Trail and there are amenities close by as well. Overall, we loved every part of our stay. Thank you Andrea!
