- Pets are welcome! The property is fenced and gates can be secured, allowing your furry friends to roam and play safely. Flat fee of $40 for your entire stay. Please kindly ensure pets are kept off the furniture and beds during your stay.

Bring firewood and suppliers to use the fireplace and firepit. You can buy from IGA 5 minutes away from the property.

Strictly no noisy gatherings or parties allowed. Please note there is no loud music and noise allowed as it’s a very quiet neighbourhood. External cameras and noise monitors in the driveway are installed to monitor traffic, ensuring safety without affecting your privacy.

Only number of guests that are booked will be allowed. Guests that are not booked will be asked to leave the premises.
