Amplio Condominio frente al mar con balcón de gran tamaño. Twin Palms # 504

Nuestro condominio es una unidad de 2 dormitorios / 2 baño frente al mar se encuentra en la 5ª planta del complejo Twin Palms. Cuenta con una planta libre: la cocina se abre a la gran sala de estar con el comedor. Cocina totalmente equipada con encimera de granito bar y encimeras. mesa de comedor es fácilmente ampliable para acomodar a 8 personas cómodamente.

Hay dos amplios dormitorios. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y está frente al océano, tiene acceso al balcón. El segundo dormitorio está equipado con 2 camas queen size. Además, hay un tamaño queen sofá cama y cama otomana en la sala de estar. Hay 2 baños completos en este condominio. Segundo cuarto de baño ha sido recientemente renovado con tocador de lavamanos doble.

El salón y el dormitorio principal tienen acceso a precioso balcón de gran tamaño con vistas a la playa de arena blanca y el mar de aguas del Golfo.

El paquete de entretenimiento que ofrecemos incluye servicio Xfinity digitales por cable con películas On Demand (disponible en HD), conectado a la red reproductor de DVD Blue Ray. También ofrecemos conexión a Internet Wi-Fi y disponemos de una docena de algunas películas de DVD para su disfrute.

Hemos juego de 4 sillas plegables grandes de playa, par de sillas más pequeñas, y 7 pies. Sombrilla de playa para nuestros clientes a utilizar durante su estancia en nuestro condominio.

El Twin Palms Resort está situado en el extremo este de la Ciudad de Panamá, donde el camino de la playa Frente cumple con la unidad de Thomas. Cuenta con piscina exterior, jacuzzi exterior climatizada, piscina interior climatizada, sauna, baño turco y gimnasio. Hay una bonita zona de picnic en el lado del océano con 2 parrillas de gas para su uso.

Nuestro apartamento está en el 5 ° piso (los 3 primeros pisos están destinados únicamente a garaje, i correo, el aparcamiento está por debajo del edificio..) - No hay largos paseos desde el apartamento hasta el aparcamiento en la calle (como en muchos otros complejos). También, hay sólo 5 unidades por piso (18 plantas vivas totales) con 3 ascensores que sirven a la construcción, que se traduce en la mejor relación de unidad a ascensor entre todos los delanteros del Golfo de gran altura en la zona. Por lo tanto - el ascensor el tiempo de espera es mucho más corto.

El total de pies cuadrados condominio es de aproximadamente 1.146 sq. Ft.

Panamá City Beach ofrece una amplia variedad de atracciones para todas las edades y estilos de vacaciones: cruceros de la cena puesta de sol (estilo BYOB), "nadar con los delfines" viajes en barco aventura, alquiler de motos acuáticas, excursiones a la isla de Shell, kayaks, snorkel y buceo , paseos en helicóptero a lo largo de la costa, paseos en banana, parapente, alquiler de veleros, pesca en alta mar, parques acuáticos, mini golf, puenting, parques de atracciones, parques Sea World, Zoológico, restaurantes, conciertos en directo, senderismo, montar en bicicleta / Alquiler , lo que sea ...

 - Hay un centro comercial "Silver Sands" enorme en Destin - en unos 30 minutos en coche

 Estoy seguro de que encontrará algo interesante para ti y para todos en su partido. Hay cupones gratuitos para las atracciones locales en el stand en la planta baja de la estación (en el vestíbulo del ascensor), así como en muchas tiendas locales y quioscos de prensa. Comprobar Internet y / o de la prensa local para cualquier evento especial que puede interesarle happenning durante su estancia entre la playa de la ciudad de Panamá y Destin (que es otra ciudad de vacaciones de 30 millas al oeste de PCB).

AMAZING! We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful and the view was stunning! So many things to do in walking distance. We couldn't have picked a more perfect location to stay. Great Place

I had a fantastic time staying at this condo! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. I truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway!

Very Disappointed

Ocean view from the balcony - beautiful; location - very good; customer service - excellent. Having said this, must let prospective renters know the condo was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The bedding was dirty; they either had not been changed after the last people who slept in the beds left or they were not properly washed/cleaned. The floors were dirty and the dining room table was dusty/oily. The balcony was not clean; in fact, it had an empty beer can sitting on the floor in the middle of the balcony. There was sand all over the balcony floor and the seat cushions were dirty. Upon notifying the condo owners they were very cooperative. They told us to buy new sheets or wash the existing ones, whichever we preferred. They did send out another cleaning crew, but the cleaning crew was unable to come to the condo until the next morning. Other things we encountered included the fact that there were no extra clean kitchen trash bags to use nor were there any cleaning supplies available so that we could clean/disinfect the kitchen and bathroom counters during the week. The one week rental cost was extremely high. For the amount of money we paid I expected a luxury apartment. Yes, I am aware the rentals being charged are higher than normal this year, but there is absolutely no way this condo is worth the amount of money I paid for one week at the beach, especially considering the shape the condo was in when my family arrived.

Dear Les, Thank you for your review. I have to note that guest was extrimely demanding...not to say more.... There are some people that can never be pleased:-))) He expected the housekeeper would come at 11PM when he checked in and start calling/texting me which continuing until 12.30 am. I received 20 text mesages and about 27 emails from the guest:-) showing the same empty beer can under different angle that was left on the balcony (my housekeeper missed it somehow). And after that demanding an explanation about TV (which was working properly, somehow guests were unable to turn it on abd decided to learn it in the middle of the night:-) Next morning housekeeper was there and took care if whatever issue was shown to her. I do not trust the linnen was not change. That never happend with my cleaning team. However i agree that everybody have their own cleaning standards. That is exactly why housekeeper was sent to the unit. Regarding price. The price you paid was not the highest price people paid this season, it was truly avarage for this year. I highly recommend you to rent a hotel next time, not condo from owners. Owners, be aware!:-))))

Beautiful Beach And Condo

Excellent place to stay. The condo is spacious with a beautiful view of the gulf. There is plenty of room for a family. The location was close to everything and parking was secure. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided by the owners.

Enjoyed that condo was spacious. Updated appliances, plenty of room for everyone in our group. Beds comfortable, baths clean with plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked and updated appliances. Only issue I saw was that while floors in kitchen, dining and living room were clean (swept), a good mopping would have been an A+.

Beautiful condo

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our party of eight. The balcony is huge and the view is gorgeous. We had no problems at all with the room or the facility. The owner was very nice and easy to work with.

Wonderful Condo ! The Bucks

This was our first time to Panama City Beach and this condo provided everything we were hoping for and more! It is very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for easy cooking. The view is amazing! We DEFINITELY want to stay in Oxana's condo again. Oxana and her husband are very easy to work with and answer any questions almost immediately. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. The beach is literally right outside your balcony and was part of why we liked staying here. By the end of our month stay, their condo felt like home to us too! Very easy access to visit all parts of the city and surrounding parks, attractions and walks! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Loved it!

We actually ended up staying in 605, which was an end unit. Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. GREAT balcony! With only 5 units per floor you rarely have to wait more than a minute for elevators at Twin Palms Resort! We'd love to stay here again!
