Welcome to Heaven's Folly! This recently renovated (Spring 2024) beach house's prime location makes it a perfect vacation retreat for families and groups of friends. Only a half block away from Center Street, with all the restaurants and shops! Relax in the hot tub, dip in the pool, or hang out by the fire pit—this house offers many areas for recreation and relaxation.
Heaven's Folly features a remodeled interior and exterior, with brand-new bathrooms, furnishings, flooring and bedding. It also has a fully equipped modern kitchen with new appliances, outdoor games, and a putting green. With its ideal location, ample amenities, and proximity to the Ocean, this Folly Beach house is the perfect choice for your next getaway!
Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. The famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25-minute car ride for more historical exploring, offering endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Fall in love with this beautiful island!

Two vehicles can be parked in the driveway, and there is street parking if available.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
Pets are considered at this house: All pets must be approved at the time of the booking. Upon approval there is a $150 (plus tax) per pet non refundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no more than 60 lbs., no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside the house.
Security camera monitors the front door entrance/parking area.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most ten people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends.
