Escápese a este mini ático bien diseñado y decorado, a solo 5 minutos en coche de la playa y las tiendas de Umina. Un dormitorio bien amueblado con vistas a la playa y al agua, baño privado, escritorio, asientos para 2 personas y una cómoda cama Queen, WiFi, un altavoz Bluetooth y varias lámparas para adaptarse a su estado de ánimo.
La cocina está bien equipada y la nevera pequeña tiene leche, mantequilla, agua fría, hielo, un vino blanco y 2 cervezas. El salón contiguo tiene un diván de cuero, una silla ocasional, iluminación sutil y un televisor de 55 pulgadas. Hilltop Hideaway

Nice small studio apartment with excellent outlook over Umina and towards Bouddi National park. Great springboard location to explore (by car) the many lovely beaches and walks on the central coast.

Lovely place with amazing views.

Everything we needed. Could have done with a chopping board and a few sharp knives but great place.

Scenic location on the hill above the beach - perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Very secluded, high up the hill but only 3-4 minutes by car to the beach. Plenty room for a couple, with separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with aT.V. As for the manager/owner, Paul has been wonderful. Pleasant to deal with, helpful with info where to go/what to see, restaurant in the area etc. I would definitely book this place again. It was perfect for my needs.

57 Rampart Road, Umina

Property was tidy and clean, was a bit musty when we arrived though. Diffuser didn’t work and there was no coffee machine as stated in listing on Stayz. Very small and compact, great base to sleep and explore the central Coast restaurants and beaches. Great views from the deck although a small one.

It's a very open airy clean space with good air flow so it may have been a hot muggy day, (nothing that can't be fixed in 2 minutes by turning on the air con or opening windows more). the balcony has 2 chairs, 2 stools, a Weber, & a bar big enough for 2 to eat on with great views. there is a new coffee machine now (which replaced the broken one).

Peaceful, great location and lovely views.

We had a very enjoyable stay here, it was so quiet and relaxing, beautiful to look out over the coast both day and night. We were visited by kookaburras and even a cute wallaby down below. Comfy bed and we slept well. We had everything we needed. Paul was very knowledgable and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely come back for another stay here.

A great place to stay with a fantastic view

We enjoyed our stay here and we had everything we needed. Good kitchen with a table and very comfy lounge area. The bedroom was a good size with a gorgeous view and easily fitted the extra mattress we requested. The bathroom was small but adequate. The view from the little deck was great and we enjoyed a sunset drink there. Very private and quiet. Paul was easy to deal with and very welcoming. There were some nice touches such as wine in the fridge and essentials like milk and butter. Close to Umina and Ettalong with lovely beaches and good cafes (although not walking distance - it's a very steep hill!). We would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for the review Belinda, great to have you stay and the fact that we never met in person fits with our policy of being there when asked or needed but always respecting the privacy of our guests first. I've also rated you 5 stars on everything & thanks for being so clean & thoughtful. Yes a car is recommended although we just had a couple stay without one so we'll see how they review. Paul

Perfect getaway

The penthouse was just perfect for our weekend. It is located on a cliff face. There are no neighbours and has great views of the bay. The location is very quiet. The apartment is clean and has all the amenities we expected. Paul was very helpful with access info and tips about good places in the area. We will come again.

Fantastic little hideaway

Communication with Paul was easy from the get go - all information was provided up front, check in was easy and he was attentive throughout to make sure we were having the best stay we could. Great apartment for a couple, comfortable bed and bedding, clean, everything you could need for cooking in and a spectacular view down over the town to the beach. Advice for future visitors - there aren't many ubers around so make sure you know the local taxi number if you are out for a few drinks - it's a steep hill if you want to walk back at night! Thanks for a great stay, Paul!

More than the Subtle Comfort & great Facilities is the Feeling of Being Almost In The Trees, Of Seeing All - While Not Being Seen. Of that Cloud Effect of Filtered Sunlight through Semi-Transparent Blinds. Watch a Wallaby while you relax from the Balcony or a Distant Yacht Race in Brisbane Waters or in the Ocean off Lion Island . Relax in the Bedroom Seating with a Cold Beer or a Tea while checking The Surf at Box Head From The Living Room or Balcony. Maybe Cook a Meal using the Fully appointed Kitchen while being in the same Open Living Space as your Family or friends.

Close to Everything by car, Yet feeling Secluded in Nature - All while you sit at home. I love this feeling when at the Hideaway. You will find everything you need in terms of shopping and the usual services that you would find, say in St Ive's or Mona Vale. for example. The area is quite a Mecca for Restaurants and Cafes. Pub's and Clubs abound, including some awesome upmarket Waterside Restaurants and a great Fishing Co-op Restaurant. There's Weekend and various local Markets, and some great Surf-club Cafe's right at the beach. The local Beach (Umina) is generally safer and smaller than most Surf Beaches, there are also some (low-surf) beaches nearby too. There's lots of bush walks, some to Tiny Secluded Beaches. and Lots More.. Just ask or text me. Thanks, Paul
