There is a BBQ and outside eating area as well as kitchenette , own bathroom and shared laundry . 2 bus stops outside to WoyWoy train station and the beginning of Ettaling Beach coastal walk. Beaches, boat hire facilities, Stand up paddling lessons - all right here at the doorstep . Cafes, restaurants, Ettalong Galleria markets and Cinema 100m away.

Irmgard was extremely welcoming, asking if there was anything I needed. My phone charger wasn't working and she kindly lent me hers. She also assisted me with transport to where my family was staying.

We liked the location but parking was difficult. The air conditioning couldn’t quite cool effectively. The host was friendly and helpful. Parking was difficult and some milk and sugar would have been nice. The space was nice but the bathroom was very small with not much room to store things and getting dressed in there was not very comfortable. Overall the location was good and we could walk to many venues and along the beach and esplanade.

sub standard/ dissatisfaction

This accomodation was so terrible that I opted to move out after one night and go somewhere else. There was wet washing hanging on the line where I had wanted to sitoutside, The stove switch was broken and I was ner vous of using it, cockroach in the kitchen, food scraps in the drawer under the bed, burst bottle of wine in the freezer, microwave not clean, dust and fluff inside the bed lamps that made me sneeze, host not available for sign in and not on the premises, toaster looked dirty inside. I request a refund from this stay because I had to find alternative accommodation.

This property, was fantastic. Perfect size studio,grèat artistic, homey style with full facilitaties, outdoor furniture in lovely garden at a exceptional price. Near beautiful Ettalong Beach, wharf, cinema, cafés & shops. The Land lady was friendly & helpful. I definitely want to return again.

Hi, My name has German origin and I shorten it to Inga for anyone who prefers to call me that. 12 months ago I finally decided the big city was too much and I packed up and looked around the Central Coast for my next adventure in life. In Sydney I had offered airbnb accommodation for the last 5 years and enjoyed it heaps. So now I try it here in a much prettier and more friendly holiday setting. My main job for 40 years was working for different international airlines like Lufthansa and Scandinavian Airlines. So travelling around the world and staying in hotels and private accommodation has been part of my life forever, since I was 20years old actually. So I have a fair idea how it works...

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

In March 2021 I found this wonderful place at Ettalong Beach. I could not afford a waterfront property, but I still consider myself very lucky with being only 30 meters from the waters edge, the ferry terminal and wonderful immediate walks to Ettalong village (turn right at the ferry terminal) or Booker Bay beach (turn left at the ferry terminal).
The studio is large and friendly with access to a little garden and cozy bbq area, which I would share with my guests at times. I live upstairs year round.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The position of this place is great. Proximity to everything! Starting from M1 to Sydney or Newcastle, ferry terminal to Palm Beach. Bus stops outside to Umina, Kincumber, WoyWoy , Gosford.
And then there is a fun bit: Proximity to all water fun experiences, walks hikes, bike rides.
At 50sqm this studio is very spacious and comfortable with fully equipped kitchenette and outside or inside dining areas.
I am saving up on kayaks and boogy boards for fun water activities. I gather that the real surfers or kayakers bring their own equipment, so whats here is not the latest, bestest. There are kayaking and paddle boarding hire places around the corner and a boat hire place called Andersons Boat Hire in Booker Bay Road. They offer BBQ boats for 10 to 12 people and have reasonable prices.
