Beautiful, clean fully furnished 1500 sq ft upstairs condo unit that is located in a very quiet, well kept gated complex. Easy access to the 101 loop, near Arrowhead Towne Center Mall, Peoria Stadium, golf courses, hiking trails and all the wonderful amenities and restaurants of Arrowhead Ranch. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, bbq utensils, blender, kettle, toaster, coffee pot and Keurig, popcorn maker and more. There is a full-sized washer, dryer, ironing board /iron, vacuum and cleaning supplies. Private covered patio with propane BBQ. Non Smoking entire property and Sorry no pets allowed.
Find sanitized bath towels, pool towels and extra blankets and sheets for your convenience. Bathroom essentials are there to get you started. Master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, dresser and walk-in closet. Second bedroom is equipped with two queen sized beds and a spacious closet with dresser.
Pool/Spa is located across from our building and uses salt water and heated year around.
$2200.00 per month - April through September. $2500.00 per month - October through November. $2700.00 per month - December through January. $2900.00 per month - February through March. Utilities are included in the rent, however the electrical usage by the tenant is capped at $100.00 per month. The tenant will be responsible for payment of all overages on electrical usage. The garage is for the owners use only. 1 parking space is available in the driveway to the unit. There is overflow parking available.
Suggested Day Trips: Prescott (1.5hrs), Sedona (2hrs), Jerome (1.5 hrs)

What I love most about the Arrowhead Ranch neighborhood is the incredible convenience it offers. There are many local shops, restaurants, sports facilities, golf courses and hiking trails within close proximity to our property. It is a well kept neighborhood with parks and walking/bike paths.
Sports enthusiasts will appreciate our close proximity (7 min drive) to the Peoria Sports Complex and State Farm Stadium (14 min drive), home to the Arizona Cardinals and host to various exciting events throughout the year. It's a fantastic place to catch a game or experience live entertainment.
For those who enjoy shopping, the nearby Arrowhead Towncentre Mall, which has the department stores Macy's, Dilliards, JCPenney and many other national stores, Round1 bowling and arcade and movie theatre.
