Christopher, so sorry to hear that you were unhappy. I called you immediately, after finding out from my guests who arrived on December 18th 2020, what QM Resorts had done to the studios, In what they called their renovation program. When I bought my timeshares, one of which was Northlake Lodges and Villas, in Incline Village, all the studios had queen sized murphy beds in the wall, a sofa with a pull out queen bed and a large table where 4 people could dine comfortably. The one room studios were well suited for 4 guests. With the two beds only taking up space when folded down. The studios were roomy and a good value. When I called in 2019, before placing my listing with VRBO, QM Resorts assured me the only change made was that the murphy bed was now a queen sized bed on the floor. I inquired specifically, about the queen sized pull out sofa bed and the kitchen table and QM Resorts assured me those were still inside each of the studios. When I found out on December 18th 2020, from a phone call from one of my 2 guest couples what QM Resorts had actually done during their renovation. I offered the couples a full refund and then called QM Resorts to see if I could arrange for each couple to have their own separate one bedroom villa. After explaining what I had been told differed from what QM Resorts had actually done, they agreed to give each couple their own one bedroom villa at half the price. The couples were very thankful and I was happy, that I was able to arrange more suitable accommodations for them, In light of what had happened, and at a considerable discount, so they could enjoy their Christmas stay. After doing so, Christopher, I called you, explained the situation, apologized and offered you a full refund. I also let you know, that I had already booked a hotel room, to make sure your family had more suitable accommodations, as it would be New Year's Eve you were arriving and places were filling up fast. You said thank you for calling and letting you know and that you'd like to think about it overnight. I said that was fine. The next day you called me and said that you wanted to keep the booking. I asked, are you sure and you said yes. You said the kids are small, they'll be fine and the . smaller table might even work out better. I said okay, if you're sure. Then I wished you and your family a pleasant holiday stay. Christopher, I offered you many choices even a full refund. I'm sorry you're unhappy, I don't know what more I could have done.
