Welcome to newly built, completely private, bright, warm and safe walkout basement apartment located on a quiet family court in South East Barrie.
The apartment is very much cozy but also modernly designed. We planned every detail to offer the best experience to our guests.
Absolutely private (no shared spaces with anyone else) and independent one bedroom+ full kitchen apartment with separate entrance, comfortably accommodates 1 or 2 guests.
Functional and comfortable accommodation for short or long stays offering:
☆ 500 sq. ft. of newly built and modernly designed space.
☆ Full size kitchen, with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cook-top, microwave, toaster oven, kettle & stocked with cooking essentials.
☆ Queen size bed with cotton bedding and extra pillows.
☆ Netflix / Prime / YouTube / Roku / TED / on a 50" TV.
☆ Wi-fi.
☆ Office chair and table.
☆ Personal washer and dryer.
☆ 2 cozy sitting areas.
☆ Private entrance with a keypad.
☆ Private washroom with standing shower, towels provided.
☆ Central (and in unit) heating & central AC.
☆ Carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher.
☆ Convenient access to the unit equipped with night solar lights.
☆ Outdoor sitting area.
We are located in the south east part of Barrie and a short drive away from any store or any of Barrie's beaches. Please see more details about driving distances in "getting around" section of the listing.
We offer our guests complete privacy from check in to check out, but always available if needed.

Please make sure you are comfortable with the following, before booking:
1. Please register the actual number of people staying, when booking.
2. Only registered guests are allowed during stay, at all times, no visitors please.
3. Do not use the premises for any illegal activity, no illegal internet content downloads.
4. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment, smoke outside only.
5. No open flame allowed, no candles, due to fire safety.
6. We are not accepting third party bookings, please book for yourself and accompanying guest only.
7. If you are bringing a bicycle please do not bring it inside the unit, it damages the floors. We have posts next to the unit's entrance the bicycles can be chained to.
8. We ask our guests to monitor noise levels during the night time, to respect our shared family home.
The guests enjoy a private access to the apartment (on the opposite, from the main entrance, side of the house. The staircase leading to the walk out basement equipped with night lighting for convenience and safety. The private entrance door has a keypad.
A personal entrance code is sent on the day of the arrival.
2 tandem parking spots are available on our driveway.
We like to give our guests complete privacy from check in to check out, but always a message away if needed.
We live on the main floor and will react promptly to any request.
