Es espacioso y muy cómodo y perfecto para reuniones familiares o grupos. Este condominio en el segundo piso cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños. Hay dormitorio principal con una cama king y 3 dormitorios de invitados. Uno con 2 camas queen size, el otro con un rey y el tercero con 4 literas. Hay suficiente espacio para 14 invitados.

I will NOT stay at Omni Beach Walker Villas again. I searched over 50 properties to find one that had DIRECT beach access and pool before booking this property. Of course we paid premium prices to have that proximity and amenities. All that was true BUT Not one picture showed the entire boardwalk to the beach which had MULTIPLE stair cases up and down (at least 6 sets of stairs some with 10 steps up and 10 down) from the villa unit to the beach. There was NO ramp to get our beach carts onto the beach. We had 12 guests aged 1 to 60 so imagine all the chairs, tents, coolers, baby supplies etc needed.

What a beautiful place. Absolutely loved the set up of the condo and the stay on the plantation. We were there for a family reunion and had 11 people staying in your condo. It was absolutely beautiful. The walk to the beach was phenomenal. The pool was pleasant and not too crowded and access to the rest of the plantation was easy and convenient.Our only complaint was that check-in was supposed to be at 4 o’clock, but they didn’t really have the place ready until after five and at that point we just said forget it just let us come in with it not completely cleaned. That was a bit frustrating specially since they’ll charge you extra for checking in early, but They were late releasing the property to us. That was truly our only complaint. The communication was just excellent and I suspect the problem with the cleaning was a rarity based on just the volume of visitors so I wouldn’t let that stop you. Overall, we’ll probably stay there again if we’re in a similar reunion situation because it was such a good set up for us. Thank you very much.

Very clean and well maintained property, appropriate amount of furniture, towels, supplies, etc. Very close to beach, very nice. Wonderful pool! Lots of beach supplies provided. We had a great time!

Great Stay

Property was in a great location on the resort Great views of the ocean and just a few steps to the beach. Home was very equipt with everything we needed including a ton of beach stuff!!! Check in process was seamless and communication was excellent! Excellent stay!

The condo was not very clean, much of furniture in need of repair. Bar stools broken, entire condo in need of painting. We had no WiFi for first 24 hours. Hair dryer didn’t work, light bulbs were burned out.

Excellent last minute get away

This condo was perfect for three adult couples to get away for a few days on very short notice. We each had plenty of space and privacy. The management was responsive via text and answered all of our questions. We used the pool and the beach daily and enjoyed the closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards and pool noodles. You do need a car to get around the island and I wish we had access to the other amenities from the Omni, but our stay was terrific overall.

Not what we expected...

The condo had all the basics and I think the description is somewhat accurate, but honestly this is pretty run down. Replacing the bar stools, throw rugs and tightening up the bunk beds would be a good start. Let renters know that the tap water is undrinkable. Check that the dishwasher is working properly as it had a burning smell at times. I should have really understood where this condo was located visa vi Fernandina and local restaurants, bars , shops etc. That was my error. Thank you however for the good communication and suggestions for activities. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and despite not loving this condo, we all had a good time.Amelia Island is a great place for families.

Family Vaca 2023

Huge condo with lots of room for 2 young families, as well as Mimi and Papi. Nice view, nice pool, and a short walk to the beach. We will be back! 😎

Amelia - Plantation rental

Great location with beautiful beach access. Short walk to the Omni. I usually try to stay in this building when I visit for Amelia Concours weekend. This stay did not disappoint. Ample space and amenities. The couches are a bit beaten and could use a replacement but all in all I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We enjoyed our family Thanksgiving getaway in Amelia. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The only suggestion I’d leave is to better stock the kitchen with pots, pans, serving bowls, casserole dishes, cooking & serving utensils and tupperware. That was quite sparce - especially when trying to serve (and store) Thanksgiving dinner. Overall- the experience was great:)

Great location!

Wonderful appliances!! Had a great visit… The steps to the master downstairs are probably not ideal for Seniors…but we are in good condition fortunately! Also just a heads up the bathroom vanity sink in the right downstairs bathroom has a little leak and we don’t want your water bill to go up… Thank you for the stay!
