Hilton Head Resort ofrece seis pistas de tenis iluminadas de forma gratuita; alquiler de bicicletas disponibles en el sitio con complejo está situado en una fantástica bicicleta / sendero para caminar; seguridad resort 24/7; área de la piscina principal incluye bar / parrilla, artículos diversos tienda, segunda piscina al aire libre situada en Bldg. 4; piscina cubierta, jacuzzi, piscina para niños, gimnasio, caminar interior / pista de atletismo, y wifi cafetería ubicada en nuestro edificio. 3.

Las hermosas playas están a pocos pasos de distancia a través de un paseo marítimo privado. También hay servicio de transporte gratuito desde compleja en el paseo marítimo, que le dejará justo en la playa, donde se encuentran el bar de Coco / Grill es y nuestra cancha de voleibol de arena. Coco sirve bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas, aperitivos y sándwiches y baños!

Nuestra unidad se encuentra en el segundo piso en el edificio. 3. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y su propio baño privado. La habitación de huéspedes ofrece un montón de espacio con un gemelo sobre litera completa y una cama individual. La cocina está totalmente equipada con casi todo lo que una familia pueda necesitar para preparar comidas en la villa. El salón cuenta con un cómodo sofá que cuando una persona podía dormir y un balcón con vistas al campo de golf Robert Trent.

Este complejo situado en el centro es una comunidad cerrada 24 horas conveniente para el golf, senderos para bicicletas, tiendas, cines, restaurantes, y por supuesto la hermosa playa. El complejo está al lado del Ocean Course Robert Trent Jones en Palmetto Dunes.

Todas las comodidades de un hogar para su escapada a la playa en nuestro pequeño refugio.

We stayed for a few days and had a great time. The location is nice and the indoor amenities at the condo complex were great for the cooler weather we had while there. We used the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The condo is simple and had everything we needed. I do wish there would have been some spare beach towels, but other than that everything we needed was there.

Great place

The property was great. Multiple pools, large hot tub, sauna, steam room, indoor track, gym, great boardwalk to beach. Also it was on the trolley line so very easy to get around without having to drive. We go to Hilton head every year and will definitely stay here next year. Communication with owner was great. The beach and amenities were never packed. The indoor facilities were great for the few times it rained. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pictures do not show how great this place was and the awesome amenities.

Our host was very quick to respond and very helpful. Room was nice but could use some updates…I would suggest leaving a few extra towels/washcloths in the room. The Hilton Head Resort most definitely needs to be refurbished and updated. The Stairwell has a terrible smell … not really sure what the issue is.

Nice stay

Room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed the large master bathroom, convenient bike rental, and boardwalk shuttle. Loved Coco's grill & the pools. Beach was wonderful. Couldn't get the tv to work. Wish there were a few covered parking spots for trucks - can't do that with the yellow poles hanging down. Getting carts with groceries and luggage up thru all the doors and hallways is challenging. Overall, cute place. Thank you!

Abundance of ease

This stay marked my 4th time staying at this resort, and this is my favorite condo by far. No issues with owner communication. Ample beach supplies in the outdoor locker space. I love how the unit didn’t have a lot of unnecessary furniture cluttering up the space. The beds were all comfortable and everything was very clean. I especially liked the key code to get in and out of the unit. Made it very easy to allow others to come and go as they pleased. Very close to the elevator, and tucked away around the corner, so it lessened extra sounds of the indoor pool. Excellent food at Coco‘s Beach. Some of the best burgers we’ve had. There was also a lifeguard station right outside the entrance point from the resort to the beach. Was able to have a Walmart delivery brought right to my doorstep. Such a convenience! We had issues getting the TVs to work, but we didn’t really need them. Appreciated the board games left in the cabinet. Thank you very much, Jackie. We all had a wonderful time. Only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer ;-)

Great Stay!

This property was perfect for our trip. Unit is on the end, very quiet and has a balcony. Jackie the property owner was readily available by call or text and she was great!! You can walk boardwalk to beach or take the cart shuttle. Kids loved the indoor pool at night. Thanks Jackie for a wonderful stay!Jeff

Beautiful Property

Condo itself was gorgeous! Better than it looked in pictures. Property of the whole resort was more run down than expected, but the condo was awesome! Perfect amount of room for our family of 5 (including 2 teens). "short" walk to the beach is a bit of a stretch as it is quite a ways away. Overall amazing stay and great property. Would definitely stay again. Host was great with communication and everything went so smooth!

Had a great time. Beach boardwalk is a little long but thank goodness for the golf cart shuttle. Pool was great also. Beach Bear deli a must on property.

Nice overall stay

Property is nice, condo updated and clean, quiet. Beach access is a long boardwalk walk especially challenging with kids and beach gear- had intermittent shuttle rides, only run specific times. Beach cart was rusted and unable to use. There was no beach umbrella to use. Beds and room temperatures were comfortable, plenty of space for 6-7 people. Property outdoor pool very crowded all the time. Convenient location to stores, shops and restaurants.

The condo was perfect for our stay. The elevator was not working but Jackie made us aware of that before we got there. The resort has allot to offer but needs to be updated, but once we got into our condo it was like we were in a whole different place. Would gladly stay there again.

Overall the trip was very pleasant. We enjoyed the room as well the amenities that came with it. The only unfortunate event was the pool closing early for most of our duration. It was the only pool area with a pool for our toddler.

Spring Break trip

The condo was as described, very clean and well maintained. We felt right at home. The host was easy to contact and responded very quickly. Over all our stay was very good, I would like more options for things to do at the resort. The one restaurant on the property had very good food and drinks. The resort was located close to shops and stores.

The property was very clean very pleasant. Everything was in order as far as the inside of the condo. The only thing that I had an issue with inside was the water hot water system inside of the grand bedroom that had the bathroom never got hot it was just lukewarm warm, that need some attention, the kitchen sink, the right and left hot and cold water is in opposite position outside of that, Everything was good. The location was good and it was no noise that I can hear of although we did stay at the end of off-season, but everything was very pleasant.

Not bad, but not great

The condo is definitely dated, but that didn’t bother us as much as the extra cleaning we had to do upon arrival. All the door knobs and light switches were very sticky, and the coffee maker was filthy. I had to take it apart and wash it by hand. Also, the a/c works great, however it rattles 24/7. No clue why!! Other than that, the location is wonderful and you have easy access to everything. The best part was the boardwalk to the beach. It’s an easy walk to and from, but a resort shuttle is available during certain hours of the day to make the trip more manageable for those who need it. Also, the condo comes with a private locker that has tons of stuff for the beach. The only things missing is an umbrella or canopy for the beach, but that’s not an issue if you go to beach after 5pm. Be prepared to see sharks, tho. It was a great experience to see them in their natural habitat, and didn’t take away from our family fun. All in all, we’d recommend the condo even though we won’t be returning. Next time we’ll stay closer to Harbour Town only for the golf experience for my husband.

Decent place for the price

The entire facility is well maintained and and is conveniently located to the major beaches. It does have beach access but you have to walk on a boardwalk for about 5minutes to reach the beach. There is a small trolly available for individuals who can’t walk the distance. The unit was clean and operational but updates should be considered specifically in the washrooms where it is beginning to show its age. The unit is very close to the indoor swimming pool which is convenient. Please note, the door/ walls seem very thin and we were able to hear all the people walking through the hallways going to and from the pool or their room. It didn’t make for a restful sleep for our kids at times. Besides that, the unit and grounds are a great option for families looking for easy and accessible beach/ pool fun.

Good fit for young family

The condo was easy to find, beds and rooms as described. Condo was generally clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the week. The walk to the beach was easy. The pool areas were nice and the pool bar/ grill was nice when the kids wanted to swim in the evenings. Bathrooms were outdated and balcony was not used by us.

it was just okay

It wasn't the cleanest but it wasnt filthy. Needs a little updating, especially the a/c unit as i had it set to 72° but it never got down past 75° despite working its hardest. It was pretty uncomfortable. The beds are comfy and there are plenty of places to sleep. There was trash under the beds and couch and beer left in the refrigerator. We stayed a week and there was barely any toilet paper, hand or dish soap so bring your own. Quick and easy access the the indoor pool and spa.
