Walking distance to the beach, harbor, amazing restaurants, and all gorgeous Dana Point has to offer! Biking and walking path directly behind the community that leads to beautiful Doheny Beach, under half a mile away! Walking into the updated and open layout which has been completely remodeled resembling a beach style bungalow. The luxury condo has been fully updated with new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, farm sink, updated custom kitchen faucet, high end stainless appliances including Subzero refrigerator, Viking range, Miele dishwasher, wolf toaster. Wood flooring, and shutters throughout. Upgraded tiled bathroom and shower with thermostatic rain head, side sprayers, and seat. Toto warm water bidet toilet. Custom upgraded vanity and bathroom faucet. Vaulted wood beam ceilings, featuring a shiplap decor wall, and wood bead board wainscoting chair rail in dining area. We’ve traveled up and down the state and all over the CA coast and have lived in other beach towns and their natural coves and surroundings are beyond compare. Spend the day at Doheny by the local surfers and the unparalleled Salt Creek Beach where are The Ritz Carlton lies and the Strands Beach where the beauty truly shines.
