Hello Annie, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay in our apartment. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment, its location, and the resort's amenities. However, we're sorry to hear that you felt the apartment was overpriced, and that there were certain aspects of your stay that you were unhappy with. Firstly, we would like to clarify that our apartment is not a hotel but a self-catering property. As such, we provide the first set of amenities, such as toilet paper, soap, and towels, but guests are expected to purchase additional supplies during their stay. Regarding your comments about the property manager, we apologize if you felt uncomfortable during the check-in process. Our property managers normally provide a warm welcome to all guests, and we are sorry if this was not your experience. Regarding electricity consumption, we do require guests to keep their usage within reasonable limits to avoid any additional charges. As you mentioned, we do not charge extra if our guests use electricity normally, and we only charge extra if guests exceed the usage. Electricity is incredibly expensive in Curacao, and we do our best to ensure that our guests are aware of the importance of conserving energy. Regarding the lack of kitchen table inside the apartment, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. However, we do have a big dining table on a covered porch, which is perfect for outdoor dining even when it rains. We understand that the weather is beyond our control, but we try our best to provide our guests with comfortable amenities. Lastly, we apologize for the lack of user guide in the house. We do have a Welcome guide and also all the guides for the kitchen are in the apartment in several languages, but unfortunately, it seems that our property managers did not inform you about it. We will make sure to communicate this to our future guests to avoid any confusion. We regret that you did not reach out to us earlier so we could have solved some of the issues during your stay, such as providing an extra key and showing you the guides in several languages.
