It was great to have 2 bedrooms lounge dining and well equipped kitchen. If ever here again will certainly reuse. Bus stop right outside the front door. Really great place to stay

Good location- but.

Generally a good house in a good location. The things that let it down where: - the caravan with a family and their dog living in it right at front gate. - lack of heating. - washing machine is coin operated- $4 per wash.

Hi David, Washing Machine is outlined in the property description, its a pity you didn't read the information we provided. Our Property has a large reverse cycle airconditoner, which operates hot or cold. Its important to switch to heating when using it . In regard to the Caravan on the neighbouring yard, I see little relevance as your property is fully fenced with a 2.1 metre high fence for privacy. This review is not a reflection of the property, but a reminder that our guests need to read the information we provide, or ask questions during your stay to ensure you have the best experience

Basic accommodation. Free to air TV reception almost non-existent. Could not watch World Cup matches except by live streaming. Only pet-friendly accom that I have used that charges for pets.

Unfortunatley Rod was not proficient with reading the information. The listing does clearly state there is no Free to air tv. We provide unlimited internet and live streaming services. Also pet fee is outlined in the listing. Perhaps rod would find accommodaiton more suited if he read what was provided.

Be warned

Property is as photos show and was clean. It was not communicated until the day of check in that there are people living in a camper trailer directly out front the house. The only way to access the house is to go through a gate in between camper trailer and house, so we had to take all of our things past these people as they were usually outside having a cigarette. Although I had booked and paid for 3 weeks I moved out after 4 nights because myself and my child felt unsafe. I had to call 000 on the 3rd night due to a female screaming like she was being attacked and a heap of banging on the fence (like she was being thrown into the fence) directly out of my bedroom window. Had no idea if it was someone staying or acquainted with people in the camper trailer or someone random - it went on for about 10 mins hence why I called 000. Managed to find somewhere else to stay at short notice Now I’m a couple of thousand out of pocket due to their cancellation policy

Poorly Maintained

Dog hair everywhere, sheets with stains, bedroom doors extremely squeaky, I had to put oil to stop the squeaks. Bathroom door not hinged properly and door gets stuck and kids can't open it or close it, I have to help or they get stuck in bathroom. Toilet roll holder keeps on falling to the ground, bathroom towel rail not secure. NO FREE TO AIR TV, why I don't get it. Ripped skin of my hands trying to open the gate to park my car in the driveway overnight. The large gas element on the stove was hardly working with little flame, I had to fix that. I also cannot for the life of me understand why we cant have visitors. I would have liked to invite my sister over for dinner but NO Visitors. Rules are harsh and strict with penalties if broken. Its more like a bording school than a holiday house. Your to busy worrying about the rules than enjoying your stay. It did say if you leave a good review you get a gift, guess I'm not getting one for being honest. Would I stay there again, NO WAY, wasted my money. Does not even compare to the previous holiday houses I stayed it.

Your experience is an isolated one and you did not complain during your stay, so we could not address any concerns you may have. We have 4 and 5 stars and I can't see the issues you allege you had, other than perhaps you reviewed the wrong property

Great secure yard to stay with dogs giving piece of mind they are secure whilst there.

All essential items provided within house, nice large comfy bed to sleep in. Good size front yard to park trailer and vehicle whilst staying, local shops within walking distance. Highly recommend to stay if in the area and traveling with dogs.

Advertised as “entire house”, however it felt like a video game….. the more you pay, the more doors get unlocked. Spend $200 to install an antenna for free to air.

Clean and comfortable

Kerry was great with communication and instructions were clear. Property was clean and comfortable with good facilities, and access was trouble-free. Great location for getting around easily, but on the down side there's quite a lot of traffic noise. (Not so good for country bumpkins like us.) Overall this accommodation served our purposes well and we enjoyed our stay in Morphett Vale.
