Linda West Seattle Cottage

Nuestro estudio tiene techos altos y ventanas grandes que lo hacen luminoso. Tiene una cama tamaño queen y una cama tamaño queen, que permite un máximo de 2 adultos y 2 niños en un ambiente de estudio. El estudio es especialmente ideal para una pareja o una familia pequeña. (Desafortunadamente, no podemos acomodar a 4 adultos). También tenemos un pack 'n' play, que podemos proporcionar a petición. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "con cable y reproductor de DVD, y un escritorio donde puede configurar su computadora portátil para aprovechar nuestra conexión inalámbrica a Internet de alta velocidad.

En la cocina, encontrará un refrigerador, horno / estufa, cafetera y microondas. Los armarios están llenos de todos los platos y equipos que pueda necesitar durante su estadía. Disponemos de café y algunos artículos de despensa para comenzar. El baño incluye todas las necesidades y algunos extras. Solo tiene ducha, no bañera.

El estudio está situado en el lado norte de la casa principal y al lado de la Torre de Agua de Charlestown. El patio es un lugar agradable para relajarse. También hay una zona de juegos para niños en el patio trasero.

Aunque puede sentirse cómodo y acogedor, ubicado dentro de un estudio tranquilo y apacible, estará a solo unas cuadras del corazón de nuestro vecindario. Camine por la calle hasta el West Seattle Junction, un punto de acceso peatonal con excelentes obras de arte, antigüedades, cafeterías, excelentes restaurantes, una farmacia, tiendas de abarrotes, Sunday Farmer's Market de todo el año y vida nocturna.

También se encuentra a poca distancia de Alki Beach, Lincoln Park y el Elliot Bay Water Taxi. Alki Beach es un gran lugar para la diversión de verano y hermosas vistas del centro; Lincoln Park es ideal para una caminata en el bosque o un chapuzón en la piscina de agua salada. El Elliot Bay Water Taxi desde Seacrest Pier hasta el centro de Seattle es una excelente manera de experimentar vistas increíbles en un viaje rápido al centro y evitar el estacionamiento en el centro. En coche, el centro de Seattle está a solo 10 minutos. O, otra gran opción sin complicaciones es subirse a un autobús del metro y viajar en solo 15-20 minutos.

Beautiful cottage, well-stocked with anything you might need. The hosts were responsive before and during the stay. Great location. Walkable to restaurants and stores. One of the nicest stays I’ve ever had.

This propert was so West Seattle . In alll the best ways. Cool pinball machine, close to the Sunday market. It also has a killer view. I cant wait to stay here again. I loved the surround sound!!

Great Cottage and Great Location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Watertank Cottage. It was the perfect place for us while we were in town visiting family. We would highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again on a future trip.

Great property in a quiet location

Stayed here for 5 days while we visited with our daughter and her partner. Cottage was well stocked and comfortable. Nicely decorated, fun vibe, and easy access to West Seattle. Planning to stay here again on our next visit!

Lovely Cottage

My stay was wonderful! The Cottage was perfectly clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The host was incredibly thoughtful and communicated at exactly the right level (i.e., not too little/much). I would definitely stay at the Cottage again.

Amazing cottage in West Seattle that is perfect for two people. Quiet and convenient location with easy parking and quick access to all of Seattle. The property is super clean and has many special touches including a fabulous shuffle board!

A Great Place to Stay

The cottage was exactly as presented on the website plus more. It was sparkly clean with lots of home touches, including some great games, which added to its overall comfort and options for fun. The hosts were responsive and gracious. As a senior woman traveling by myself, I look forward to returning here for my next stay.

Fun and Charming Retreat in Seattle

This cottage in West Seattle hit all the marks that a vacationer could want or expect. The layout is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The smart TV is nicely situated and comfortable to watch from the couch or the bed. The location is convenient to cool bars and restaurants. And the hostess is accessible and friendly. Highly recommended!

Quiet guesthouse in nice neighborhood

The neighborhood is very quiet and cute, within walking distance from restaurants and shops. The cottage is open and bright and had everything we needed. We might suggest for guests who are light sleepers to bring eye masks since it is so bright. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there even were a lot of games, including pin ball and shuffleboard. We enjoyed our stay!

Charming and Well Stocked

We loved our stay in this guest house. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the Shafis are friendly and welcoming. It's pretty obvious that they put a lot of thought into preparing for guests, as the place is well stocked with the usual needs, plus games and even picnic supplies. There is also plenty of seating in their lovely garden, which alone is worth the price of admission. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again when we find ourselves in the area.

Great location, wonderful host(s)

This cute cottage in West Seattle met all our expectations, and exceeded some. As a person who uses a wheelchair, I can say that this cottage was by far the most accessible accommodations I have ever stayed at. The host was very helpful in suggesting things to do, and three best way of transport to get there. I would definitely stay here if I ever find myself in Seattle again! Thank you, Janet, it was a pleasure to meet up and chat.

Great place!

This place is bright with lots of windows, roomy and comfortable. The bed was great and plenty of pillow options to find the just right one. The kitchen is well stocked. The air conditioning was a nice treat. The garden outside is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. You are close to everything. Constellation Park is a 5 minute drive with great tide pooling. I enjoyed Ampersand Cafe on Alki with great coffee, breakfast items, and a waterfront view. There is also Metropolitan Market nearby with great produce, deli and hot bar. Janet was an incredible and thoughtful host.

Better than advertised

My only regret is not staying longer. The cottage was very nice, my wife and I both said Wow at the same time as we entered. It’s a beautiful place, and the host was fabulous. I never got to meet Janet, but we communicated through the VRBO portal. She seems like she has a very sweet demeanor. She was very responsive and helpful, making suggestions to restaurants and sights. She had notes throughout saying, Help yourself to anything in the cabinet. I felt more like a family member than a customer.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay while in Seattle.

My boyfriend and I just stayed here for three days and we can't say enough about what a gem of a property it is.. The cottage is just adorable and one can see how much the property owners love this cottage by the decor, attention to detail, cleanliness, quality of furniture, lines, towels etc. The property is in a fabulous location (2 miles from the beach, a mile from the Junction (wonderful restaurants and stores), easy ride via car or water taxi into Seattle) and I know the next time we are in Seattle we will be staying there again. Janet and Roshon are the best hosts ever. We were fortunate to have met them in person and spent some quality time talking with them and getting to know them. They sincerely care about the well being of their guests, you just can't get any better. I've been using VRBO for my vacations for a long time and this one was the best ever.

It's a private property, situated well for being close enough to downtown without being right in it. If you are having surgery it is handicap accessible and a good place to recover. It is peaceful and all of the gardens and areas in our yard are wonderful to spend time to relax.
