It is the perfect place to stay for family, friends or wedding guests with groups of 8-12 people who want to enjoy a spectacular escape in the Hunter Valley. This magnificent estate is sure to impress with its central location in a private acreage setting, sophisticated elegance, high-quality appointments and a flowing contemporary layout. No other property in the Hunter can boast Jindalee's magnificent 180 degree views of Brokenback Mountain, vineyards, and proximity to local attractions while delivering a luxurious, eco-friendly experience.

Staying at Jindalee Estate means you are spoilt for choice with things to do. Visit neighbouring Our Italian Table to experience their handmaking pasta masterclasses and antipasto picnic boxes or take a gentle stroll down Mistletoe Lane to The Mill Restaurant, Thomas Wines and 4 Pines at The Farm brewery where guests can drink and dine as well as experience horse riding, Segways or hire an electric bike to enjoy the popular Hermitage Road cycleway (and wine taste along the way). Discover the boutique wine tasting cellar doors on Deasys Road or roam the iconic Hunter Valley Gardens, only an 8-minute drive away.

Set high on 30 acres, Jindalee Estate provides you with stunning sunsets and grazing kangaroos; the property also features a main house that is ideal for up to 8 guests and comprises of 4 luxurious bedrooms all with natural landscape views, 4 bathrooms (one with a bathtub), a fabulous gourmet kitchen with coffee machine and an open-plan living room with gas fireplace. The dining room is ideal for effortless entertaining and flows seamlessly from the indoors to the outdoor BBQ terrace where you can pop the cork on a bottle of your favourite bubbles and take in the majestic mountain views and ever-changing colours of the Brokenback Range. With the best bocce/pétanque court in the Hunter, a fire pit and an outdoor shower, you’ll regret that you didn’t take a longer break to stay just a few more nights.

A brand-new sparkling swimming pool has been installed with stunning views for guests to use during the warmer months, with a poolside cabana still to come!

Jindalee is the contemporary and luxurious way to experience off-grid living in the Hunter Valley.

Please Note: Jindalee is an off-grid property, meaning that electricity supply is strictly limited. Using the property’s electricity to charge your EV is NOT permitted under any circumstances.
Electricity consumption is monitored externally; charges may apply if daily limit is exceeded.

Even more guests can enjoy Jindalee Estate with two additional beautifully crafted one-bedroom guest cottages; Aldora & Yarrimbah Cottages. In total, Jindalee Estate can be booked for 12 guests with 6 Bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms in total.

THIS LISTING IS FOR THE HOUSE ONLY (4 Bedrooms). Please view the listing for Jindalee Estate for groups of over 8 or if you wish to book all buildings on site. The cottages cannot be booked separately.

Please note, Jindalee Estate has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home only for the protection of the property. Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.

TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 8 guests from $1477 per night (Thursday-Sunday)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 8 guests from $1108 per night (Monday-Wednesday)

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

Please note if Sunday/Public Holiday check in creating a back-to-back booking, then an additional cleaning charge will apply for your booking (amount will be calculated and advised by staff)

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $800 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
