Taste, quality and sophistication are all part of the guest experience when you stay at Joey’s Crossing. This beautifully styled, architecturally designed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property is set amongst native bushland and is ideal for up to 8 guests. Named to reflect the sighting of local wildlife on the Bentwood Estate and custom designed to convey a sense of calm and relaxation, guests will enjoy all of the thoughtful appointments, light filled rooms, big picture windows and serene interior colour palette. The four bedrooms comprise of 2 luxurious king bedrooms, both with ensuites and walk in robes, and a further 2 king bedrooms sharing the main bathroom, with bath, shower and separate loo. This well-appointed property has ducted, reverse cycle air-conditioning and WiFi, plus an internal laundry.

Joeys Crossing is located just off Broke Road and Hermitage Roads meaning you and your guests are only minutes from memorable Hunter Valley attractions, food and experiences and bike trails. Joey’s Crossing is located 8.8km to Hunter Valley Gardens, 3km De Iuliis Wines, Hunter Belle Cheese Café and Leogate Estate, 6.5km to Tyrells, 5.6km to Keith Tulloch, Muse Kitchen and the delights of Hermitage & Deasys Road cellar doors; Hunters Dream, Degen Estate and Hart & Hunter, and only 16.9km to the start of the Broke Wine Trail. You’ll be spoilt for choice being conveniently located to visit cellar doors, restaurants, golf courses and wedding venues.

Enjoy the effortless layout, level access, generous wide hallways as well as a huge ability suite, suitable for those that need that little extra space. With living areas designed to suit your mood and season, guests can choose to enjoy the formal lounge by the fireplace, a relaxed lounge/dining room looking out to bushland and the covered BBQ area or, for movie watching, sink into the comfy lounge in the media area. Entertaining is a breeze in the modern kitchen with Caesarstone topped kitchen island bench, marble splashbacks, electric cooktop, oven, microwave, French door fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and separate butler’s pantry. The undercover alfresco BBQ area with ceiling fan is an ideal spot for those long lunches enjoying locally gathered wine and produce and taking in the views across to the distant vineyards. For those who like to take a dip or enjoy a game of tennis, the Brentwood Estate swimming pool and tennis court facilities are located a short distance from the property.

Please note, Joeys Crossing has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home only for the protection of the property.  Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.

TARIFFS
Weekend - minimum 2 nights for up to 6 guests $792 per night (Thursday-Sunday)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights for up to 6 guests $594 per night (Monday-Wednesday)

Extra guest charge (Adults and Children) are charged at $101 per person per night

Infants under 2 are free.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit/bond of $800.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

Great property, easy check in experience and really responsivd team. On site facilities were awesome, seeing kangaroos every day was amazing and really close to all the attractions you'd want to visit. Really happy with the overall experience.

This location and the property itself were absolutely amazing. All 5 of us felt completely relaxed and taken away by the property and its beautiful surroundings. Will definitely be back.

Amazing stay at Hunter Valley

This property is next level. From a modern house, to technology, to a beautifuly designed each and every room. The whole house was very clean and tidy. It would be great 8f we had access to the garage so our cars didn't get damaged in the hail. Overall, i'd recommend this property 9.5/10.
