While I have a seccessful career in real estate now, I am a former teacher, University Professor, interpreter and translator including the United Nations.

Your privacy (like your happiness) is my first priority, and it will always be respected.

I don't live on the premises and thus will never be too close for comfort :). I live 10 min away and will always be available if you need any help, etc.

Norwalk is perhaps less known than Stamford, but these two towns are minutes away and it may take more time to commute from one Stamford location to another than from Norwalk to Stamford.

Unlike larger Stamford, Norwalk is a cozy & more relaxing town with such a close proximity to NYC & NY state, famous Calf Pasture beach as well as adjacent Shady Beach with its picnic and grilling area (about 10 min away from the house).

The house has 2 queen beds, one bunk bed (twin over twin) and the other bunk bed (full over twin) as well as two high-qulity strong foldable beds and a sofa-bed. All beds, mattresses are brand new like the rest of the furniture as well as rugs, decor, etc.

This house has 3 floors: entry-level floor with an Eclipse (=Elliptical) workout machine (which is a combination of a bike, rowing machine and treadmill), 1st floor with a living room, huge kitchen and deck behind the sliding doors, and 2nd floor has two very spacious bedrooms.

We provide everything you may need: soap. body wash, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, powdered creamer, a spice rack, paper towels, toilet paper, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels.

You will also have wifi and a large-screen TV. We want you to feel at home,

Those of you who have children or babies, will get toys, cribs, high chairs.

These 2 colonial houses have been recently furnished and decotated from scratch since we have never lived there (no leftover decor, mattresses, beds and other funiture from the past, no family photoes, out-of-tune pianos, etc. : ) ). 3-Level Large House has unique benefits of being located right in the middle of everything and 5-10 min to everything whether it is Stamford, Train Stations, NYC or famous beaches and thus it couldl be a perfect place for those who would like to come on vacation as well as those who are in the area on business.

The house is also as close as could be to all the stores.

Another thing which makes this house unique is the fact that unlike most HomeAway houses, this one has never been a home for the owners and thus we bought everything new for this house. It makes such a big difference staying in a house with used furniture, old and inconvenient beds and mattresses and leftover decor as opposed to being in a freshlly painted house which has everything new and where attention has been paid to every tiny detail since we started furnishing and decorating from scratch and hired professional designers/decorators.

Also, a big plus is the fact that the house has a garage in addition to the private parking space and it is located on a quiet stree off the main road.

And the last, but not the least you will have a host who will take the best care of you :). Have always done, will always do :).
