¡Esta es la escapada perfecta! Ya sea que usted sea una pareja que busca un retiro pacífico para el fin de semana o una familia que necesita espacio para quedarse y jugar, esta casa maravillosamente actualizada en Round Rock, texas, seguramente lo dejará diciendo: "¡Esto es increíble, ya!"

Te encontrarás diciendo "guau" mientras caminas por esta exclusiva casa de Round Rock y entras en el amplio y tranquilo patio trasero con una gran piscina (no climatizada). Realmente es un oasis donde puedes disfrutar de total privacidad. La casa está completamente renovada y bellamente decorada. Tami no deja ningún detalle intacto para ayudar a que su estancia sea cómoda y memorable. El gran patio trasero y la piscina podrían hacer que quieras quedarte aquí todo el día y olvidar los motivos por los que incluso viniste a visitar para empezar.

El barrio es una joya, cerca de la I-35 y 45, pero escondido en un parque pintoresco como área con jardines bien cuidados y aceras en abundancia. Visite el idílico centro de Round Rock con boutiques y fantásticos restaurantes a solo unos minutos. El dominio está a solo 10 minutos en coche, como IKEA y las tiendas outlet de Round Rock. También está muy cerca del centro de Austin, que es un salto de 25 minutos por 45 minutos.

Simply Elegant!

Tami- We enjoyed your property so much! Before we even booked, Tami was responsive and helpful. Leading up to our stay, she made sure she was thorough and checked in. Throughout our stay, she checked in, recommended places and even helped us out. Her Round Rock house was centrally located, well laid out and beautifully decorated. Tami had everything labeled so it was easy to find and many notes were left! The house was soo clean and maintained. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch with our coffee and lounging in the back yard while our daughter played. A bonus was the hot tub! During our stay, the lock to the door was running low on batteries and Tami promptly came over to fix it. Our one grievance was that the pool wasn't heated and it was just tad too chilly to swim. However, the hot tub was a great option instead. We will be booking again next year! Thank you, Tami and Family!

Excellent Property

The neighborhood is beautiful. The house was immaculate and the beds were SO comfortable! The amenities were excellent (pool/hot tub/ ping pong table/ fire pit). Can’t say enough good things about this property. We will definitely stay here again.

Small Town Gem

Tami and this property are both gifts of relaxation and calm. The house is so comfortable and peaceful. The pool is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It’s our second time to stay here and we will be back.

Great house, pool, and communication!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was our favorite part though! We spent a lot of time swimming and the backyard felt very private. Tami also communicated very well, which was great. We'll be back again soon!

Wonderful House

This house did not disappointed! House just as described and pictured. Clean and well decorated. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Gathering in and around the pool during hot days is a must. Backyard was big and very private. Tami was an amazing host and responded quickly. We would love to visit again in the future.

Return Stellar Stay

This is our second summer at this property. The pool was the centerpiece of the stay Our grandkids swam everyday. The home is clean, well organized, and has many little extra touches. For example each shower has a wall dispenser which contains shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I highly recommend this property.

In town for the weekend

We needed a property that was located close to my daughter's house in Round Rock that had enough room for me, my spouse and 3 of my children. The house we rented fit the bill nicely. The house was easy to find, located near all the local amenities, and still had a quiet, bucolic feel. The backyard was large and the pool was very nice. The house was welcoming and everything was as promised. The hosts were helpful and friendly. Thank you

Family Launching Pad

My three daughters, granddaughter and I stayed here in late April so that we could attend my fourth daughter's baby shower. Very comfortable, stylish and clean. It had all the amenities you need. Tho' it was a little too cool to enjoy the pool, the backyard was perfect for lounging and playing games. Communications with owner were very easy. I highly recommend the property.

home away from home

This house was exactly what we were looking for. As a family of 5 and a kiddo with food allergies it is so nice to have a home where we can all get some good sleep in our own bedrooms, and a full kitchen where I can prepare safe meals for our family. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The pool was a bit cold but that was to be expected due to the season we visited TX. The hot tub was so nice and so easy to use. The owners gave clear instructions on how to use it and when we had a question we were able to reach out and get help right away. Having the deck, back yard, and grill were so nice for our family. The kids loved being able to be outside running around. The Garage space with games was an excellent added touch. I will say the board games were not very family/kid friendly. A few options like sorry, clue, or something similar would have been fantastic. The TVs were all simple to use with clear instructions. Internet worked great even with all of our devices connected. We traveled to TX to visit friends who had recently moved back to the area from MN. Being able to have them over in our rented home was perfect. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Rules for check out were very easy to understand and follow. We really appreciate you sharing the house with us. It was the perfect home away from home for our whole family. If we ever make it back to the area we will check here first to see if the house is available again! Thank you!

The "3 C's" Comfortable-Clean-Colorful

Our stay at this property eptiomizes style and comfort. Tammi, our host was very gracious and worked with us over a power faiure in the neighborhood offering to pay for our hotel stay overnight while the outage was being repaired. The interior is tastefully decorated with an emphasis on Austin Flair and shows the owner's sense of style and decor. The backyard is an oasis with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with a gas grill to satisfy every appetite. You will not be disappointed by this wonderful property which shows the best of what Autin has to offer.

Great House - 5 Star Stay!

Enjoyed our stay in Round Rock - home was perfect for a family weekend. Hosts were very helpful providing suggestions for rainy day activities and notifying us of bad weather headed our way. Would highly recommend and re-book next time in Texas!

Excellent Experience for our family

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is well laid out for the square footage providing plenty of room for our family to hang out and sleep. The rooms are well appointed with a clean and simple look. My kids loved access to games, books and a pool. Plenty of comfortable bedding and towels are available. The master suite is lovely and the master shower has amazing water pressure! Communication with the owner was clear and only as needed. All of the check in and check out procedure was easy to understand. Little things make the property exceptional for stays such as; WiFi enabled TVs with streaming programming available, some unexpected condiments and kitchen items available which saved us time and money, and comfortable sleeping mats for extra children instead of air mattresses. We would happily rent from them again.

Wonderful experience!

We spent Christmas at this property, the place is well maintained with a feeling of staying in a 5 star hotel. The beds are super comfy, kitchen and dining stuff are provided, even hair dryers, iron are available for use! Thank you Tammy! You have a wonderful house and we spent a memorable event with my whole family! Will surely stay in this location on their next visit.

A great vacation

We had such a great time! The house was perfect and the pool was icing on the cake! Tami was so helpful and great to work with. I will recommend this house to anyone staying in Round Rock or Austin. The neighborhood was so quiet and the house was very clean and comfortable!

Hi! We are a fun loving family that loves to travel. We purchased this property as our second short term rental property after discovering how fun it was to host guests. We have over 50 Five star reviews on our other property although we must admit that this one is our favorite! We live in Austin and this home will also be our "escape" from the city with our family.
Tami owns a healthcare recruiting firm in Austin and Dave works in IT/financial security. Tami's son, Triston, helps maintain and manage the properties so you may see him from time to time taking care of the pool or yard. Along with Dave's two kids, Isabel and Philip, we have a very busy life but we still find time to travel the world and have fun along the way.

This property is so fun and so unique. Tami has decorated with an Austin flare and made sure the home has just enough character and comfort to make it a great escape.
The back yard at this property is so peaceful and really feels like an escape from reality. It's very private and a great place to unwind with a book (or even a skinny dip (shshhhhh). It's also unique because it is a quick hop to downtown Austin, the Domain, the outlet malls, Round Rock Express, F1, even the Cedar Park Events Center, yet it's also in a quiet neighborhood removed from the hustle and bustle.
If you can't unwind here, you can't unwind anywhere. :)
