Esta unidad está perfectamente ubicada al otro lado de la carretera de la popular playa de Flynns, con restaurantes, tiendas de comida para llevar, cafeterías y una tienda de conveniencia / bodegas / oficina de correos a menos de 150 m. 

Esta unidad de 2 dormitorios decorada con buen gusto se encuentra en el primer piso de este popular complejo de seguridad.

Esta unidad tiene todo lo que necesita para que se sienta como en casa.   Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con nevera grande, lavavajillas y microondas. Comedor / sala de estar de planta abierta con TV, reproductor de DVD y acceso gratuito a Internet WIFI en el balcón donde se puede disfrutar de las vistas al océano. 

Hay dos dormitorios con una cama queen size en el dormitorio principal y una litera con una cama doble en la parte inferior y una individual en la parte superior en el segundo dormitorio.  La ropa de cama no está incluida, pero se pueden alquilar sábanas de alquiler. 

Un moderno baño combinado de lavandería con ducha, lavadora y secadora de ropa y un baño separado.

La unidad está ubicada en un complejo de seguridad con un garaje cerrado para 1 automóvil. 

Ropa de cama: reina en el dormitorio principal, una litera con un doble en la parte inferior y una individual en la parte superior en el segundo dormitorio. La ropa de cama no está incluida, pero se pueden organizar alquileres de ropa.

Easy check in process with rental agent & great location. We had a couple of problems eg lights bulb blown, or a quick call to the agent and they where fix ASAP. Would stay again

Washing machine put water all over floor, didn't drain. Apartment above had balcony cleaned and ours ended up with all the soap and dirt on our balcony. Our balcony was filthy

Some of the furniture’s especially the chairs were worn out. Basically dirty. Not worth the money. On Expedia site was one fee, in reality it was nearly doubled when extra fees was added. We did not realised the cost until the receipt came.

Garage is not segregated from other garages so if any other garage is unlocked they can access your property.3. Security chain on internal door is broken.4. Intercom ability to unlock downstairs external door doesn’t work.Safety Issues:1. Broken electrical switch on power point in kitchen.2. Broken tiles on verandah (trip / slip hazard).3. Door falls off in bathroom (laundry) sink door, (Fell onto my foot).Equipment issues:1. Vacuum does charge or work.2. No mop.3. Drawer handle/s in kitchen hanging off.4. Lights in kitchen and over breakfast bar don’t work.5. Washing machine worked intermittently.Hygiene Issues:1. Microwave not clean.2. Toaster and shelf not clean.3. Rear balcony not clean.4. Utensils not clean.5. Only 15-20 sheets of toilet paper on arrival.Comment:Leaving aside the location the price for this week was not reflective of the condition of the unit. We have stayed in another unit in this complex for years and it is better value for money. Will not stay here again. Some of the issues listed are the responsibility of strata to be fixed.

It was a dated unit but kept clean. Garage was very small for family SUV car. Wifi was terrible. Couldnt use the netflix that is provided on the TV as it couldnt connect to the internet as there was no internet at all. Even the mobile phone service was terrible.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is located in a great position. We found a few issues whilst staying at this unit. The vertical bind were missing panels in the lounge room leaving gaps. The bedroom verticals were also broken allowing light to come in. The WI FI did not work so our data ran out very quickly. The vacuum did not work and there was no mop to clean the wet area. The place is old and has old utilities. The washing machine and dryer were new but the rest of the place is old.

Fantastic Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is walking distance to beach, general store and chemist which is terrific. The view was fantastic especially with the balcony. The accommodation was very comfortable, relaxing and spacious. Nice open plan living area, comfortable beds, good kitchen area. Was great having a washing machine and dryer.It was a busy main road during the day but quiet at night. Unfortunately the maintenance to the property was only average eg. leaking shower, some vertical blinds were missing. Hall light not working.There was no guidance as what to do with our garbage and waste recycling. Thankfully a neighbour was able to guide us. There were heavy removable stains on the tiles and cockroaches in the cupboard under the sink.

Across the road from beach which was good, and a couple of restaurants, a few cafes & a bottle shop in walking distance. Comfortable main bed. Good aircon. Good lounge and TV. Good balcony. Easy parking. A couple things need to be fixed: fridge not working properly, robes old and musty (RE notified), & single bed mattress has a few lumps.

Great location

The unit is good with wifi , close to shops and the beaches but the fridge wasn’t working for the first 4 days which made it expensive having to eat out all the time.
