Ski Tip Townhomes are in a beautiful neighborhood with serene views. Located only ¾ mile from River Run (Gondola & Village in Keystone). The open floor plan features oversized stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight from the floor to ceiling windows giving a beautiful view of the White River National Forest. Keystone is a complete package resort with skiing, golfing, hiking, biking, ice skating, restaurants, shopping and more.

The main level open floor plan features oversized fireplace with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight from the floor to ceiling windows giving a beautiful view of the White River National Forest.

You are walking distance to the historic Ski Tip Lodge where you can enjoy a 5 star meal. Walking to River Run via the well maintained paved walkway during the summer months is quick or hop on the complimentary shuttle with your ski gear in the winter! Keystone is a complete package resort with skiing, golfing, hiking, biking, ice skating, restaurants, shopping and more.

The Neighborhood:
Ski Tip Townhomes are in a beautiful neighborhood and the views are serene. Located only ¾ mile from River Run (the Gondola and Village in Keystone), the property is close enough to be convenient but also away from the hustle and bustle for a true mountain getaway experience.

This property is large and can easily accommodate a large family. The main drawback is that the location is not within easy walking distance (1.0 mile) to the main Keystone village shops and restaurants. Major grocery store was 8 miles away. Otherwise, a lovely, quiet home in the woods. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazingly Peaceful Getawa

The property was beautiful and well appointed. Very relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again. Check out the settlers Trail for a beautiful easy walk around the neighborhood with a great view.

Escape to the moutains

Family of 5 adults enjoyed a late ski trip in March. So much snow still. Temperature stayed in the 20's. The location of the home was perfect. The shuttle was always on time. If we had questions, the VRBO host was always responding in reasonable amount of time. Some of us like better pillows, but other than that, we loved it.

Great place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our week staying at your home for the week. The location was perfect, very close to shuttle to River Run Village. House was clean, and had everything you would expect at a rental home. There were a couple of very minor issues and after messaging the renal company, the issues were resolved very quickly. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, nice views and hiking trails close by. Lots of wildlife to see, especially the resid

Really nice clean property at the end of a street with great scenic views and wildlife. There is access to the Snake River right off the back patio. Lots of walking trails and access to close by businesses at Keystone Ski resort. There was something for all members of our family from teens to adults to keep them entertained.

This is the one!!

We loved everything about this rental. Comfortably fit our family and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The location to Keystone was perfect and convenient. We loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Lisa was quick to answer any questions and was very communicative. I definitely recommend this rental for your family vacation.

Great Keystone Condo

I highly recommend this place. My family and I had a great week in Keystone staying at this condo. There were 7 of us, and we had plenty of space. The area was very quiet. We loved opening the windows and listening to the sounds of the nearby river. The scenic view is great from the huge family room windows (you are not looking out at other condos). The kitchen had everything we needed, with plenty of dishes and glassware.

Wonderful winter stay!!

Stayed here with family (mix of young children and adults) and it was superb. The layout is great: the dining and family space is downstairs, and all the bedrooms upstairs. Somethings that stand out to me: *The half bath downstairs as well as the heated garage. We fit our grand Cherokee L in it no problem. *gas fireplace and the huge windows- you can star gaze from inside on a clear night *full size dining table for shared meals *the proximity to the resort is perfect *plenty of warm bedding This was also one of the cleanest properties ive ever rented. Hats off to the staff!

Serene Retreat

Went up before ski season started. Being only a few minutes from the ski village I was surprised with the quiet get-away feel. Yet plenty to do within minutes and Dillon only 15 minutes. Took advantage of that at the coffee shop in the village for a few afternoon minutes in the sun. Condo has everything we wanted. Well stocked for cooking and even some 'emergency' coffee and tea to get going on arrival. The giant windows really invite the woods inside (and the moon at night). Sorry we weren't there long enough to use the grill on the deck. Made great use of the big dining table and rearranged a chair so we could coy around the TV for a movie. Only thing that didn't seem to function was the jet tub in the master. Had to count down for that but we'll be back.

Comfortable and well stocked townhome

First of all, in terms of COVID, it was really nice to stay in a stand alone townhouse that doesn't share hallways or elevators with anyone else. We took a few family walks along the plowed sidewalks and walked one afternoon to the village for some shopping. The townhouse is set in a woodsy, peaceful part of Keystone, which again is nice for COVID and social distancing. You feel like you are in your home neighborhood, vs staying in lodging. We would see people out walking their dogs or just walking and everyone was always very friendly and said hi (from a distance). The location to the shuttle was close and convenient, and most of the time, we were either the only people on the shuttle or there was one other family. (We had initially planned on driving to the slopes and parking because of COVID and not wanting to take public transportation.) The condo was very well stocked with kitchen items, games, paper products (garbage bags, tissues, etc). I can't think of a kitchen item we needed that wasn't supplied. Sometimes we have to bring along our own items like cheese graters, but one was there. We cooked all our meals in except for one night of pizza and lots of space to eat and prep food. (By the way we highly recommend Last Chance Pizza). It was really nice to have a garage to keep our skis in. And so nice to have a washer and dryer to wash ski masks in! Beds were comfy and everything was clean and well maintained. Neighbors were friendly, kind and considerate. Definitely a family area, not a party area. We look forward to staying here again in March 2021.

Keystone Spring Break Vaca

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect as we always stay in this area. Condo was perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils, pots, pans, etc. The ONLY issue for us was the master bedrooms king mattress. It was very, very firm so we put the sleep sofa mattress on top which made a HUGE difference. If you prefer firm then it will be great for you! We definitely recommend and would stay here again! Great getaway !

This family owned residence is spectacular! Two friends and myself spent 10 nights here in January of 2022. We have all been vacationing in Summit County since 1972. This beautiful townhome is one of the BEST that we have ever stayed in all those years. I'm fairly sure we will be returning to this gem of a home in the very near future!!!

Great Location

Our first trip to the Keystone area and we weren't disappointed. This townhouse had everything the 4 of us needed for a wonderful time. Loved hiking the creek areas and the neighborhood. Lots of good places to explore whether you want to shop, eat, drink, or hike. Frisco, Dillon, Keystone are all close by and the scenery isn't too shabby!!!!😉

Wonderful place for a family

This space was absolutely perfect for my family, as we were looking to escape Texas summer heat and be cautious about Covid. The house is beautiful, but the view is just incredible. My kids (2 and 6 years old) loved exploring the woods behind the property, complete with a little creek. There were walking paths, as well. We were a nice distance from Dillon, Breckenridge, and Frisco to enjoy some of their amenities (free gondola, stables, more restaurants, playgrounds, etc.), but far enough away not to be in a crowd. The property manager was very quick to respond to messages, and everything was very clean. Hope to come back again next summer!

Place was great. Running stream can be heard from the deck - which is awesome and relaxing!

Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were super comfy. Garage is a tight fit if you have a big vehicle - but plenty of space down the road to park. Place was very comfortable - enjoyed our stay immensely !

A great vacation place to stay!

We loved our stay in Keystone! This was a beautiful home that had everything we needed, was in a convenient location and had gorgeous scenery right outside our windows. I had made a mistake with our reservation, which was 100% my fault, and the owners couldn't have been nicer or more understanding about my mixup. I would definitely book again in the future.

Awesome, once in a lifetime vacation.

Awesome! Minutes by car or shuttle. Beautiful views in quiet neighborhood. Condo immaculately clean w/ windows from bottom to top floor in main den. Nice gas fireplace and Netflix. Great to have a garage as our car never got icy, and the entrance from garage has an area for wet boots, and hooks/sheleges for equipment. Bathtub immaculate so actually used it, which is unusual for me. Shower with perfect pressure and instantly hit. Fully stocked kitchen items/utensils for cooking. We enjoyed an afternoon in nearby Frisco where we shopped and ate at a pub with the best pulled pork nachos. Wonderful experience all the way around!
