A-frame with spectacular views of the Ten Mile Range

Welcome to BareNecessitiesBreck! This cozy A-frame, perched on a hillside just outside of Breckenridge, offers breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range and Breckenridge Ski Resort. This unique mountain home has two separate living areas and an outdoor deck providing ample space to share with your family and friends. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the views! You'll have easy access to five of Colorado's iconic ski areas - Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mt, A Basin, and Loveland. In the summer, you can enjoy mountain biking trails, hiking, fishing, and boating at nearby Dillon Reservoir. Downtown Breckenridge is a quick three mile bike or drive, where you can enjoy excellent restaurants and shopping. There are a couple of video security cameras located in the front and rear of the home. Our guests are welcome to unplug these, we do ask that they reconnect them when they checkout. Please come and enjoy all that Summit County has to offer!

Perfect getaway in a real ginger house

Beautiful mountain views, spacious and cozy. This is our second time staying here, and we love it. Just 10 minutes from the ski area.

Great place!

This house was so comfortable and roomy for our group of 8. The deck provides outstanding views and the hot tub was large. Wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful house! Like other reviews have said- its MUCH bigger than it looks in the photos. The upstairs did get a bit warm for sleeping, but we just opened some doors to help cool it off.

Amazing Stay!

This was my second time staying at the A Frame with a group of 11, and I'm sure I'll be back for a third! It is the best set-up for a weekend in Breckenridge.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful time, the house is very cozy and cute. It is bigger than it looks and slept 10 of us comfortably. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing! Only about 5 min to the slopes and downtown. James was a great host and very communicative. Would love to visit again!

The best stay in breck!

Absolutely loved the charming house, the amenities and thoughtfulness brought on by the hosts. We cooked dinners, played games, and got lost in the views. Would recommend and WILL come back again!

Quaint Vacation Home with Stunning Views!

This quaint A-frame home is just the cutest! The views of the mountains from the backyard deck were simply breathtaking. The hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had and made our stay feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend!

A-Frame Beauty

This is our fourth time as a group of friends and families staying at this house. The proximity to downtown Breckenridge and local hikes is ideal. The hosts are welcoming and very responsive. This year, we stayed in early October and got to enjoy the view of the aspens changing right from the back deck.

AMAZING

The house was amazing!! Beautiful view and more spacious than it looks from pictures. It was clean and decorated very nice. The hosts had great hospitality and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely will be back for another trip in the future!!

Amazing stay

The A frame house was so cute and was spacious and bigger inside compared to what the listing photos show. Great views from the balcony and always a plus to have a hot tub after a day on the slopes. The house had a lot of cute decorations and was perfect for our group of friends for our yearly snow trip. We all agreed it was quite the find!

Best trip ever!!!

We had simply the best weekend at this cute little house! Despite some craziness with car problems, we felt right at home the entire time we were here! The hot tub was awesome and the VIEW was AMAZING!!!!!! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you James for being so accommodating and communicative the entire time!

A great Labor Day Weekend getaway

We booked this rental earlier in the summer season. Everything about the rental was to our liking. The location north of downtown Breckenridge was the perfect driving distance to all the activities we were able to enjoy, chiefly hiking, shopping, dining and Gondola riding. The hosts were very gracious; we would stay here again. Thanks :)

Our family have lived in Colorado since the early 80's and just love it here. Our kids have grown up but still live close by and like to ski and hike and do all the things that the Colorado mountains have to offer.
