Everything was great:) Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate so we didn’t get to use the lovely beach or pool.Nicole was very responsive to any questions we had and we’ll definitely be back again next year!

The room itself was decent and as described. We were highly disappointed with the balcony and the beach. The beach had seaweed that was at least a foot deep, came up about 10-12 feet up onto the beach, and stretched the entire length of the beach. We reached out to the owner as well as the property manager and were dismissed. The furniture on the balcony was complete garbage - rusty and cushions were all ripped up with stuffing falling out of them. See pics of both below. I will add the pool area was fantastic. I wouldn't stay again and would opt for the real beach if I could do it over.

This was probably one of the best stays we’ve had while traveling. The condo was extremely clean, in a very convenient location to the beaches and shopping, and had the most gorgeous views from the balcony. Sunsets really are amazing! The pool was very clean and well maintained, the little beach out front was perfect for my kids, and we were able to fish too. Beds were super comfortable and the condo was stocked with necessities to get you started. I have zero complaints. Nicole was a great host. If we’re ever in the area again, this will be our first choice.

Amazing Stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is just perfect! We could sit out on the balcony all day and night. We say dolphins everyday which was so awesome! At night, we went down with flashlights to the beach and there was so much marine night life in the shallow water by the beach. The kids loved it. We brought electric scooters which was great to take over the bridge and explore the area over the bridge. The bike paths are great! The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The king bed was amazing. My husband has a bad back which flares up with what kind of bed he sleeps in and this bed did not hurt his back at all. There was plenty of towels for all six of us. The air conditioning worked great. We had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to come back!

Favorite Relaxation Get Away!

Escaped busy life/cold weather in Minnesota for perfect Florida sun! Nicole was excellent to work with to assure all was ready for us on short notice! My college age kids loved the proximity to beaches, amazing patio, Island Grille, John's Pass, Black Crow Coffee, Tombolo book store, the Hangar restaurant at airport, pool, running trails, Cafe Soleil for almond croissants...the list goes on! Hope to get back some day!

Perfect!

Great location and view! We enjoyed watching the boat and dolphin traffic. The condo is well equipped with paper products, spices, coffee filters, etc. We truly appreciate this in a rental. The pool area was clean and the pool was warm. The grounds are well kept. The condo was comfortable and clean as well. We would definitely stay again.

Nicole was very responsive! Place was clean, and very easy to get in. Could use some updates, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, patio furniture, etc, but overall we had a great trip! We would come back again for sure!

Relaxing and beautiful

The property was very well maintained, very clean, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the great communication about our check in/check out. We enjoyed the amazing sunsets, dolphins swimming in the bay, fishing, and the quick drive to St. Pete Beach. One of the most relaxing family vacations we have ever taken.

Beautiful!

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated with a nicely supplied kitchen. It was nice to have a private beach at our disposal. Nice area for restaurants and shops. Owner was very nice to work with.The hurricane made a dent in the area that is still trying to ralley back. Our buildings elevator was not in service which was difficult for my husband’s heart issues. Be sure to ask Owner for update if this would be an issue for you.

Fabulous View

We stayed in a third floor unit over Christmas week. By far the best part of the unit is the spectacular, tranquil view. We spotted dolphins swimming by everyday as well as picturesque sunsets. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need. There were plenty of beach towels.It is a large complex with many walking paths. Great location to downtown St Pete and St Pete beach. We walked across the bridge to the beach, nice walk. The heated pool was clean with plenty of seating. Nice little beach with lounge chairs.There were a few maintenance issues. The elevator was out of service so if going up and down to the 3rd floor with luggage, coolers, groceries etc would be difficult I would look elsewhere. The hot tub was also out of service. The screen door in the main room does not slide open or closed. The second toilet needs a new seal and runs all the time. These were minor inconveniences and we would return again.We enjoyed Christmas week with our two adult children. Thank you!

Close to St Pete with a view

Clean, comfortable condo just a few min from St Pete beach. Great view of the beach and bridge with a nice balcony. Pool was close as well.

Great Family Stay!

Overall we had a great stay! The location was very convenient to area beaches, the condo was very clean upon arrival and the view couldn’t be beat! Only note would be for the unit to include starter paper products. There was no TP or paper towel, so make sure you bring your own. We would recommend to others and had a very nice time!

Great Spot To Relax

Although there are lots of things to do in this area, WHY LEAVE? This property offers great water and sunset views, beach, pool, hot tub, walking/riding paths and no crowds while enjoying all of this. The electric grill made cooking in enjoyable. As Arnold says "we'll be back". John, Rita & Will

Great Stay!

This was our second stay at this wonderful property. A very clean unit that has spectacular water views. Easy check-in. Nice community pool and beach area. Close to everything in St Pete Beach. The owners a fabulous to deal with. We'll be back!

We loved this property from the minute we walked in. As soon as you enter you can see the beautiful water and beach. The bridge leading to St. Petersburg Beach is visible and lit up at night. The Sunsets will take your breath away!
