Remarkable renovation! Beautiful & beachy 2 bed, 1 bath condo situated in a fabulous location by the beach. Come see why St Pete Beach is the sunset capital of Florida. This condo was recently remodeled with all high end amenities. 3 beds and a pull out couch: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 twin & pull out sofa. Check out the pics!

Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the boardwalk, grab a drink or a burger as you pass by the Paradise Grill, and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sugar sand between your toes!

A poolside condo with gulf views - sunsets are included.
The kitchen has is fully stocked to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

Flexible check-in times.
Wi-fi, cable, & 3 smart TVs included.
Beach chairs, umbrella, volleyball, & sand toys are included (so you don't have to pre-reserve/pay for anything.)

Kitchen was fully equipped to make meals. They had plenty of beach items like beach chairs, umbrella, fishing poles, sand buckets, volleyball, football, etc. There was also portable fans and a plethora of reading material. All the appliances were in good working order. Beach walkway was beautiful, as was the beach!

The facility was fine however we experienced difficulty with Wifi and the television and took over 24 hours to get that resolved on a 48 hour stay. Also, the bed was kind of lumpy.

The location is great - just across the street from St Pete Beach. While the pictures do show a more updated look, when you walk into this unit it does not feel clean and updated. The entryway/stairway of the building looked extremely dingy and rundown. The unit itself smelled musty and smoky. The kitchen has no base boards and appears the new cabinet install was just never finished. There was black mold in the bathroom - as there is no exhaust fan. The pool was dirty. And while there were gates around the pool, they did not actually lock. So it was a false security measure, only disclosed when checkin information was sent. If you’re in a strict budget, it’s a good location for a short weekend. But would not stay again.

Perfect beach spot!

Perfect location across from a beautiful beach with access to everything else you might need. Great communication for check in, easy parking, clean property and well stocked with essential items you might need including for the beach. Kids loved the pool too. Mattress in master seems worn, but worked for 11 yr old. Adults opted to stay in the other room with more supportive mattress. AC was in great condition and kept unit quite cold. Kitchen well stocked and roomy! Being on the first floor was easy for pool and beach access but definitely heard a lot of movement upstairs and as people entered the building. Overall we would absolutely recommend!

LOVED our visit

We couldn’t have been any happier with our stay. Updated clean condo and the pool was just steps from our door. Beach was across the street. Property manager was so friendly and helpful and always communicated back so quickly. We want to book again for next year for our family of 5!!

Great communication

Covid struck me down, cancelling our trip unfortunately. Our Host was wonderful in communicating clearly about Hurricane restoration/FEMA obstacles. And when the late news about COVID came, she even allowed family members to stay in the property, so as to not waste the reservation. My Niece and her family sent pictures of their lovely stay. I look forward to trying the property myself with my family in the future…

Very Convenient

Super great location with easy access to beautiful beach.Clean, easy street parking. The property was damaged in the hurricane and gas not completed its renovation but is close. Good and prompt communications with owner.

Great little beach condo

We've been coming here now for 3 years, and we plan on making the trip again. It's a nice place with a wonderful pool and patio area.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time! Nice, quiet place. Felt very safe to let the teens walk up to the surf shop which as a couple of blocks away. All of the other guests were so friendly. Ground level was really great as we typically stay in the larger high rises and the elevator can be a pain when packing in and out, and for groceries. I was surprised how close the beach was, just across from the parking lot which was never busy. We would definitely come back here!

Perfect for our family

This condo was perfect for our family (2 parents, twins age 17, 10 year old and 8 year old. Roger and Clare were very responsive upon check in and the one issue we had working the TV. The kids loved being able to walk out the back door and jump in the pool and we appreciated the super quick and easy beach access. There were small things like unclean dishes and silverware and the condition of the egg crate mattress topper on the pullout bed that kept us from giving 5 stars for cleanliness. However, overall a 5 star stay for our family and our needs.

Easy Beach access

Condo is first floor with easy access to pool and walk across parking lot to beach. You can walk to almost everything. New bed pillows are needed but overall a 5 star beach experience.

Of all the places we looked at this one was a) the perfect location (right across from the beach, with a bar and grill? perfect) and b) had a great renovation. The condo feels clean and spacious -- your own private sanctuary. When you need a break from the beach, lounge by the pool outside your front door. In the evenings, you have more choices to walk to then you will have time for.
