Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! La casa está caminando o en bicicleta la distancia de la playa y al Mercato, más caliente de Nápoles tiendas, restaurantes y entretenimiento plaza. La casa está muy bien remodelado, equipado con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, y salpicaduras de azulejos. Hay un enorme patio trasero con muebles de jardín y sillas de jardín donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse y disfrutar de sí mismos en el sol. También está a una distancia en bicicleta de la playa del parque estatal de Delnor-Wiggins Pass, donde se puede practicar piragüismo, remo y mucho más. La casa está completamente amueblada y cuenta con dos habitaciones más sala de estar / juego / oficina y un baño y medio. Bicicletas, sillas de playa y mucho más!

Perfect location, perfect weather

The home was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our month here and didn't want for anything. The backyard was comfortable and included a hot tub. The home was within walking distance of Vanderbilt beach and Mercato. Love the area!

Down for a week in Naples for work. I was lucky to find this spot. Great location that is close to many different shopping areas and restaurants. The hot tub was great after a long day. Ample space for many different travels from couples to families. Will definitely book again if available when I travel to Naples

Katie was easy to communicate and responds quickly. Check in was quick and notes about the house were fully explained. The hot tub was an awesome plus for staying here! Very easy to get to the beach and to the shopping area.

Had a good stay for six nights in Dec 2024---spacious Naples Park home with hot tub and firepit (didn't use the hot tub, but enjoyed the firepit!). Well stocked kitchen (lots of coffee for the Keurig). Katie was super responsive to anything!

Well appointed home in great location!

We have had the pleasure of staying in many vacation homes but this one may top the charts. Much larger than the pictures look. Very well furnished (and immaculate) two bedroom plus an office, huge living room and awesome entertainment center. I have already recommended this place to some of my family and friends that frequent Naples. Thanks Katie!

Great location

Walkable to the beach, but preferable to use the included bikes, or drive and pay two dollars/hour to park. Nice 16 inch tile marble floors, modern kitchen and bathrooms, big TV with a nice Bluetooth sound bar, cable Netflix and YouTube, grill available too. Katie promptly replies to any questions. If you like to take an after dark walk in the neighborhood, I recommend bringing a reflective vest, as there are no sidewalks and streets are narrow.

Great Winter Retreat

The house was very comfortable and adequately furnished. We had a few concerns but Katie was very responsive. We were somewhat disappointed in the back yard as it was not exactly as pictured. However, we were able to spend time outside and enjoy the great weather. The location was very convenient to beach and State Park.

Perfect weekend getaway for some tired women from Miami!

Very cute updated house.

The house was bigger than I expected. It was renovated and updated nicely. Would have used the great TV, sound system and foosball table more if we stayed longer. The large sectional is much more comfortable than the smaller bed. Would rent it again.

Charming getaway with convenient location

Had a lovely stay at Katie's - cute little place perfect for our anniversary getaway. Freshly updated decor, comfortable accommodation with great location close to all amenities and just minutes from the beach. Katie was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.

Lovely little home a short bike ride or walk from beautiful beaches

We stayed at Katie's home for the week of March 11-18th. The home is nicely decorated and comfortable, offering all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the use of the bicycles, and we put them to good use biking to closeby beaches and checking out the area. Katie, herself, was excellent to deal with. She promptly returned any emails or texts, and she happily answered any questions we had. She went above and beyond when I discovered I'd left behind a bag, and she took care of sending it my way! The only suggestion we might make (and it's quite minor), would be for Katie to check-in with the cleaning company she deals with. The house was totally tidy, but just had a few minor issues you wouldn't expect from a professional cleaner. We had a great week at this home, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a small, comfortable house in Southwest Florida
