El edificio en el que se encuentra nuestro condominio está justo en la playa. El condominio está en el cuarto piso y ofrece una vista al mar absolutamente excelente. (Ver imagen arriba)

No te preocupes por subir escaleras con todas tus cosas. El elevador te deja a unos pocos pies frente a la puerta. Esto permite un fácil acceso a la playa y la piscina.

El condominio en sí tiene capacidad para seis. Hay un dormitorio principal con una cama doble y un amplio armario y cajones para su ropa y otras pertenencias. El dormitorio principal también está equipado con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas.

El sofá en la sala de estar se despliega en una cama de matrimonio y hay dos literas adyacentes al comedor.

La cómoda sala de estar totalmente amueblada cuenta con un súper centro de entretenimiento que incluye, Internet inalámbrico, un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas con cable, reproductor de DVD, sonido envolvente, Play Station, reproductor de CD y un excelente sistema estéreo.

El baño tiene una bañera para relajarse con una ducha realmente genial que seguramente disfrutará.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas las ollas, sartenes, platos y utensilios que necesitará. El refrigerador tiene una máquina de hielo para mantener sus bebidas frescas. Además de la estufa, hay microondas, tostadora, cafetera y más.

El gran balcón tiene un gran columpio en el que es fácil perderse. Es un gran lugar para sentarse a cualquier hora del día o de la noche y disfrutar del aire del océano ... ¿Y mencioné que la vista es maravillosa? No debemos olvidar la gran piscina justo en el océano. ¡¡Es maravilloso!!

Este condominio es muy agradable y limpio, muchos extras ... ¡Cocina y baño recientemente remodelados!

Relájese en un entorno menos comercial, más privado ... A solo minutos de todos los restaurantes, atracciones y campos de golf de la zona de Great Myrtle Beach. Muchas actividades para todos los grupos de edad ... ¡Algo divertido para todos!

This room was absolutely perfect for me. It had everything I needed and the carts and elevator was a huge plus! Easy access to the beach and pool and i loved that the area to clean off your feet was under the building out of the sun. The location was absolutely perfect as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location right on the beach

Stayed here with my husband. 2nd year staying in this condo and it was great both times. You can't beat the price for the location right on the beach. Great for kicking back relaxing with a drink. Deck is great and so is the pool.

Girls' Week!

My mom and I stayed at this condo for a week in May and we enjoyed the accommodations close to a lot of restaurants and right on the beach. The updated kitchen was perfect for those who liked to cook. The condo was just the right size for the two of us. We discovered Express Watersports in Murrells Inlet, where we parasailed and enjoyed a sunset happy hour cruise. So many activies we are already looking forward to next year!

This is a great little place suitable for two people or so. Nice location, clean, well appointed. Only issue is the parking situation…it can be pretty frustrating! Not nearly enough adequate parking for all guests at this condo. That’s not the fault of this particular unit, just something to keep in mind. Would stay again…thanks!

So Glad you enjoyed your stay! Parking is an issue at certain times for all resorts on the beach.. “Especially During A Holiday Weekend like Memorial Day.” Because of the long weekend, more beach lovers are attracted to the beach than on other weeks. Guests do come and go and there is usually adequate parking at the resort. There is also ample parking close by. I wish I had known, I could have directed you to all the nearby additional parking. WONDERFUL STAY!!!

This was my family's first real vacation and this was the perfect room for us. The balcony swing was to die for. I fell asleep in it a couple times. Just standing on the balcony when we arrived and watching my boys take their first steps into the sand and into the ocean was a memory i will not soon forget. Love this room and hope we can come back again this year. Thank you for such great hospitality.

Stay was fine needs some updates on the whole property. Elevator stopped working for a day or so. Property’s. Are small but have what you need as long as they are kept up to date.

Thanks for the review! I’m so sorry that the elevator had issues. This is not the norm. They were working diligently to fix it. It was a control board that the elevator maintenance company had to replace. Our condo has been recently remodeled. Granite counter tops new kitchen cabinets, flooring, etc. Everything inside is up to date. I sure hope it was satisfactory. We strive to keep our place nice for our guests! Perfect Vacation

My husband, mother-in-law and I had a wonderful vacation at your condo. It was so nice to get to meet you in person while you were in Garden City. The condo was great. Beautifully decorated with the beach theme. I felt right at home. We especially enjoyed being so close to the beach. The weather was great and beach was not crowded. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Fully furnished kitchen with everything we needed. And the hammock on the deck was a special treat. Enjoyed listening to the waves while drinking morning coffee and dozing while on the deck. The only complaint we had was when we had to leave!!! Would love to come back again and we highly recommend this condo for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thanks to Kim and his wife for helping us have a great vacation.

This was the perfect place for our family for a quick vacation. The condo had everything you would need to sleep there as well as cook any meals. A very short walk to the beach and convenient to most places. The patio offered great beach views first thing in the morning all the way into the evenings. The check in process was very easy and the instructions given were clear. We had a great time and will definitely go back.

I wasn’t a fan of the parking. People walking by your window at 1am that didn’t care if they woke you up or not. Walls are paper thin. Overall, the condo was nice. Great price & location.

Great and convenient location for the beach. Condo was just as pictured. Communication with Kim was great. The only negative I have about anything was the parking. Parking was very slim (not enough for 1 vehicle per condo) so if you went to the store to get groceries or to pick up take out you usually lost your spot. Located by public access but you couldn't park there overnight. Other than the parking our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you again Kim and Patti for allowing us the use of your condo.

The condo was great and Kim was very responsive and helpful. It was the perfect size for our family and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need plus more. The balcony has a great view of the beach and it’s only a one minute walk to get to the water. Pool area was nice as well. The only down side is there isn’t much parking and the spots are tight if you’re in a truck or suv, but we always lucked out somehow and got a spot. This would not deter me from staying there again though. Thanks Kim!
