This was a return trip to this property and it was just as great as it was the first time. The home exceeded our expectations; immaculate, everything we needed in the kitchen, and a screened in porch is a plus!

From the moment we walked into the property we knew we were going to have a great stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for the next 28 days. The mattress was excellent; I wasn’t sure if it was the mountain air our the mattress for our good nights of sleep. We so enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the covered screen porch every morning while watching the visiting birds feed on breakfast. We did not use the main floor nor the basement but it was very nice and easily could accommodate 5-6 additional people. A television in every room to stream your shows on. We did not use the fire pit on the property but it is very nice. A grocery store was within a 10 minute drive which was very convenient. The property was centrally located near many small towns; Helen, Blue Ridge, Highlands, and Blairsville, to name a few. A lot of hiking can be done, but from Brasstown Bald to Young Harris was our favorite. During our stay we reached out to the owner and she was always so quick to get back with us, at one time she wanted to make sure we were doing okay after an electricity outlet. We are sure to return to this property since my sister lives there. One more thing, the home smelled of Christmas and I loved the Christmas trees on the main floor and basement. Thank you for a relaxing, no stress visit to Hayesville NC!!

Great location and great communication

Owner was super responsive. The air upstairs doesn’t really get it super cold, and the basement is freezing if you turn down enough to make the upstairs room enjoyable. It’s in a great location, convenient to everything and the internet worked great. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Vacation House

This home did not disappoint! It's beautiful and well taken care of. The fire pit was awesome as well. The grandchildren had a great time playing games and watching tv...lol. I loved the jetted tub! The house was so big and private. It was close to Bell Mountain and the Georgia Fair. We will definitely stay here again! You must try Mirlolino Italian Cuisine. Best home made Italian food and the prices were great. Only a few miles down the road. Overall I give this house an "A" rating!

Beautiful and Peaceful place

Enjoyed the house and the kids loves running around the property. It is located in a peaceful community and located nearby lake chatuge which we have not been able to explore due to weather, however this does not stop us from coming back!! Much thanks hjto Beth for the accomodations and it is one of the best home away from home stays!!!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chatuge Village. From making s'mores using the fire pit outside, to huddling around the table for card games, to making meals in the well-stocked kitchen, this property had everything we needed. We played Twister and my hubby cooked on the grill. It truly felt like home. Beth responded quickly to our questions and was so polite. There were 6 of us and we had lots of room to spread out. The master bedroom on the 3rd level was great. My mom enjoyed her own space in the 2nd master on the 2nd floor, and our kids had a their own space downstairs. Each space has its own TV. The house was big enough that we could hide from each other and do our own thing or all come together for games, good, and conversation. We were so comfortable here that we never left the property. Maybe we'll explore Hayesville on our next visit. :) Thank you so much for a wonderful family trip. We will definitely be back!

Thankful Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for 3 generations for our Thanksgiving getaway! Plenty of room to prepare and eat our big meal and everything we needed to keep us all entertained. The ping pong table was a huge hit! Best of all, it is relatively close to Our home in Georgia, but away from the hustle and bustle!

Everything was just as we had hoped. From the easy drive in( nothing to steep or hidden drives), to the comfort and beauty of your home. We had 3 families with us and had plenty of space as well as enough room to gather for dinners and some down time. Everything we had planned to do while on vacation was just a short drive away. Great place to stay!

This house was great! The double master suites was perfect since we had 2 families. All of the kids slept in the downstairs bedrooms and had their own living room and tv which was perfect. Beautiful property!

Nice home with everything you could want for a comfortable vacation get-away. Screened in porch is great for an evening of fresh air with no bugs. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely property

The house was beautiful, very quiet area, near stores. We would certainly consider staying here again. The only drawback was not being able to get the TV working in the master bedroom & the 1/2 bath toilet kept flushing. We contacted the agent without much luck in trying to correct these items. Very clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your stay.

Not so much a cabin but house. Missed the cabin feeling.

Property appeared to be more of a house than cabin. Some of the pots needed replacing. Some of the towels & wash cloths were dingy. The bottom level was cold & being heated by electric heaters. The pictures in the drawers & cabinets of the items were in poor taste. The house was very dusty. I could tell the main things were taken care of, bathroom and beds.

Great lil stay amongst the trees

House was very nice and equipped with a lot of kitchen needs. Easy access to load and unload made it a breeze to pack and unpack. It was a little loud with vehicle traffic in the mornings from 7am to 830ish and company trucks starting there early runs but not bad enough to hear with the windows closed.
