Carrito de golf de gas para su placer. Completamente cercado, mucha privacidad. ¡Agradable jaula con mesa para comer y sillones para relajarse o leer su libro favorito! Enorme cocina con área para comer y barra de desayuno. Cocina a gas! Pantalla plana en living y master. Servicio de wifi y tv. Comedor asientos 8. Tienes que venir y quedarte aquí, no querrás irte. Hay una zona de bar en la piscina, siéntate y disfruta de tus cócteles. Mucho espacio en esta casa para el entretenimiento. Además, se incluye en esta casa una parrilla de gas.

The property was as advertised. We enjoyed everything. The pool was fantastic. The house was clean, well organized and everything worked. We want to thank the owners and the rental agent. We will be back.

Wonderful repeat visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to this property. It is beautiful, clean, and well-furnished. The house is convenient to local attractions and in a well-kept neighborhood. We highly recommend it!

Our stay in Fenney.

The property was all that we had hoped for. Everything you needed was included. The heated pool was fantastic especially since it was quite warm when we were there and the golf cart got a lot of use. Only issue we had was management company charged us to repair dishwasher which we never used. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Beautiful house.

We enjoyed our four night stay in the Villages visiting family. The house was beautiful and very clean. It has nice gathering spaces, inside and out. There were plenty of dishes for preparing and serving family dinners. The pool and lanai were beautiful. The pool is heated by solar heat so it was freezing as it is December but that did not stop the kids. I would guess that most people stay for longer but we were surprised that there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. Also, the kitchen sink has no plug for washing dishes. My biggest complaint is that the king sized bed was super creaky. You wake the other person up just from rolling over. But overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Beautiful Home

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful with an outstanding backyard view of the pool and fantastic outdoor entertaining space. We will certainly rent this home in the future.

Beautiful place......However??

The property was overall beautiful, however there were several hiccups, that i believe was poorly handled. I was never sent the code to retrieve the key, so my first rental night I had to rent rooms for my guests and myself. So by the time we landed it was after 730pm. and unable to reach maonagement. When called following day, all they kept telling me was their records show it was sent @ 304pm. No empathy whatsoever.

My vacation that wasn't home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, the home was beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood... My initial thoughts were positive... Once it was time for bed the hardships began... The bed was like sleeping on concrete and there wasn't enough extra cover in the house to use... The next day we received a call from the property management team saying they received calls about music playing loud during the night... We'd traveled far and had driven so many hours 16 we arrived at 3 and were in bed by 9 tired from the journey... We were in a wealthy golfing community and clearly, they had problems without our presence. the next time another call came in because we were being watched they were informing us of our company, and vehicles in the driveway.. Unnecessary complaints about constantly even though we were compliant with all the rules.. The AC went out on the 2nd day and didn't begin to cool the house again until day 4... We enjoyed the pool it was beautiful and relaxing. The living room furniture was filthy pillows and cushions are stained it could at least be shampooed and cleaned since it's such a turnover of guests... I never had a good night's sleep the beds were so hard worst mattresses ever... Everything was cheap except for the pot set we bought cover spent so much extra money to be comfortable and the price of the rental it didn't match my comforts of home.. I would not stay again mainly because that community doesn't care for people of color. I never experienced that type of racist behavior ever just by being somewhere freely but unwanted simply because I was black... We were watched and reported on every day we were there... Very disappointed 🙁 so much planning it was beautiful make-up on a pig... Beautiful home filled with cheap beds, bedding, accommodations, and a racist neighborhood.. 😞😞🙁🙁🙁

Gorgeous Vacation Home in the Villages

This house was so beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. The pool was amazing, it's where we spent most of our time! The house was very clean. It was stocked very well with linens, towels and kitchen supplies. The only issue we had was with the king size bed in the Master Bedroom, it was not comfortable at all. My husband and I both had an achy back after sleeping in it. Make sure to check out The Fenney Grill while staying here. Only a couple minutes away from the house. The food and service was really good. And there is a beautiful nature trail there too that's worth checking out! ,

Impeccable Home!!

We enjoyed our stay at the home! The communication was quick and precise! The house was well maintained and very clean. The pool was extremely well kept and so many great outdoor chairs and loungers. I do wish that all bedrooms had a tv in them. Other than that, would rent this home again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the location and the house. Went down for a family wedding and to celebrate a 50th birthday.Couldn't ask for a better place. Never had a chance to get in the pool(despite the fact we're from New England and it's in the 30 degrees) the air and water here was too cool to get in). Just a couple of suggestion... squeegies for the showers to wipe down and towel bars or racks for wet towels would be nice.

Home Away from Home in The Villages

Overall, our experience was excellent. We rented this home as a trial for becoming “snowbirds” in the Villages. We loved the experience of the community and the neighbors were more than friendly. The only drawback about the house was that the pool had no heater. Again, the accommodations were more than acceptable… in fact, they were spectacular. That said, if one would visit in the winter months when it is cooler at night, the water temperature is downright cold! In the future, we will not pay the extra money to rent a home with a pool. We did not realize that there were plenty of pools (heated) in the area. If the pool doesn’t matter, then we highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful home w gorgeous pool. Easy check in. Not a single problem. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Even extra towels. Very happy. Will stay again. Golf cart cruise out to breakfast was fun too.

Wonderful, Clean Pool Home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was very clean open floor plan has 3 big bedrooms with a huge en-suite in the master bedroom. The best part we rented the home for was the pool. Huge free-form pool with a waterfall and 2 other waterfall features. It also has a very nice built in seating area with built in table and umbrella! We spent every day in this beautiful pool. They offer many pool floats and noodles to enjoy. The grill is located just outside of the wonderful lanai. It's only a two burner grill but plenty for the two of us to cook an entire meal like steaks, corn on cob.The kitchen has most everything you will need to prepare meals with except for spices, understandable in Covid times.The home is super clean. Very nice with standard decorating. The couches are very comfortable to watch an evening show on the nice big 4k TV.The home is only a couple of years old and feels new. Also a golf cart is included,just make sure you fill up gas can, previous renters did not so was empty for us but no biggie. My only negative is that the masterbed support platform is broken or something. It crunches everytime you move like sleeping on potato chips.i think it's a plastic base inplace of a bowstring. The mattress was very hard ,for us, but that's just our preference. Great home, lots of space, will definitely rent again next time I'm in villages.

Can't wait to book our return

Overall, this property is amazing. The pool is the reason that we will return to the property. A few things: I had to reach out to the property management company to find out about checking in (the management company was extremely helpful); pool towels did not exist so we had to use the extra towels in the linen cabinet; the property is about 15 minutes from Brownwood Square - a Publix is about 8 minutes away; however, restaurants and shopping have not gotten to this newer section of The Villages; the pool guy appeared on Thursday and told us that he was shocking the pool and because of the chemicals we should avoid the pool until after 1pm. He indicated that he notifies the property management company but never knows if the renter is aware. We were not notified by the management company. Pool rafts were provided; laundry soap was provided. We did not use the golf cart.

Great house and location in newer section of the villages

This house was beautiful with the pool as a bonus.. It’s not within walking distance of anything so we rented electric bikes for 3 days otherwise you need a golf cart or car to get around. The house was furnished tastefully and the kitchen was well appointed. We would rent this house again!

Relaxing Stay

Very nice and relaxing property. The pool/lanai area is beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. Overall a 4-star stay. Nicer cookware, heated pool, and more comfortable beds would make this a 5-star property.
