Un dormitorio / un baño amueblado, unidad con aire acondicionado en un barrio residencial de 1/4 acres. La unidad está actualizada y NO fumar. Ubicado en las colinas entre Ventura y Oakview / Ojai junto a la autopista 33. 7 minutos en coche a la arena, 10 minutos en coche a Oakview / Ojai o 20 minutos en coche a Carpinteria. Unidad recientemente remodelada con encimeras de mármol en el baño y la cocina, pisos de bambú, azulejos de vidrio y un combo de ducha / bañera más profunda en el baño. Nuevo refrigerador de acero inoxidable, estufa y electrodomésticos. Internet de alta velocidad / Cable / TV de pantalla plana en la sala. Cuarto de lavado en el lugar compartido con otros dos invitados profesionales. Huerto ecológico comunitario con camas elevadas. Al aire libre, comunidad compartida / jardín, sala de estar con piso de piedra, pérgola y asientos integrados para los huéspedes. Aparcamiento en el sitio para invitados. Tres minutos en bicicleta a las montañas a las playas en bici. La carrera de montañas a playas corre cada año al final de nuestra calle. También somos propietarios de Ventura Family Beach Home Vrbo # 477873 que tiene más de 20 comentarios si desea leer de otros huéspedes su experiencia pasada al trabajar con nosotros. El 10 de agosto de 2018 tendremos un dormitorio amueblado más grande disponible con un patio cercado completo.

Well constructed and appointed hidden gem, with amazing garden ! Spacious, private, and relaxing, but not isolated. Safe parking on property. Owners and property manager were grrreat ! Close to beaches, shopping, Ojai … .

Home Away from Home

There simply isn't enough space to express how much my wife and I enjoyed out stay here. It literally was a home away from home. The apartment is perfect and has everything you need - it is in a beautiful and quiet area with great neighbors. The common garden area is very nice with the added treat of homegrown vegetables. We stayed on the property for 3 months while our own home underwent a renovation and Susan and Jimmy made the whole process simple. They were awesome hosts and even helped us book an extra week when the renovation was still progressing. They were very flexible and kind and we really appreciate their hospitality. In terms of location, you could not ask for a better place. It is a short drive from downtown Ventura and the beach and also a short distance from Ojai. There are lots of good places to dine a short distance away and plenty of grocery stores and anything else you might need close at hand. We are so thankful to Susan and Jimmy and enjoyed our stay so much that we were sad to leave. We would highly recommend staying with them if you need a place near Ventura.

Quiet cottage getaway.

Very nice, cute, cottage. I was looking for a place to relax and unwind. Fit the bill perfectly. The owners were very accommodating. Would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet, comfortable apartment and hope to stay there again. It is well equipped and Jimmy and Susan were great hosts. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful long term rental!

This apartment was perfect. I’m a travel nurse and needed the apartment for a few month. Jimmy and Susan accommodated everything I needed and were so helpful. The apartment was clean and fully stocked. Absolutely wonderful!

Perfect Size!

This was a perfect size for my adventure in California! It was me and my pup for 3.5 months and it was just the size we needed. We also loved the little garden space outside that came with the property and Jimmy and Susan were amazing, helpful, and attentive throughout my whole stay. It's tucked away in a quaint little town and close to the highway so everything you need is only a quick 5-10 minutes away. Great place!

First home in Ventura

I stayed at this location for over a year and truly adored every minute! Relocating for a Project Management position at a local Biotech company - I knew that I would spend the majority of my time at work, so I needed a minimal space that was close to work, came fully furnished and in a safe location. This rental satisfied that and more!! Totally rebuilt with modern amenitites and efficient layout -- it was the PERFECT home for a single - female looking for the convenience of an apartment but the condo/townhome feel. This is a middle unit of a 3-unit complex with one bedroom, one bathroom and a front room which acts as a living area/full kitchen and dining area. Believe it or not -- the space works without feeling too cramped. Impressively full kitchen appliances (refrigerator with freezer, oven/stove microwave and full sink with disposal are strategically placed to allow for a full kitchen feel -- despite the "shared" functional area. Each unit includes a front porch, outdoor storage shed and ample parking. A "community" garden with a picnic area was added in my final year there which allowed for hosting family gatherings as needed. A coin operated washer/dryer is available for use by all units -- and since there are only 3 units -- there isn't much competition. What was most surprising was that even if the unit was between 2 others, you could not hear noise from the other units -- at the time I stayed there, there was a family of 5 (plus a dog) on the right and a single occupant on the left. Location is really tucked at the end of a quiet street and the neighbors are incredibly friendly and quiet. I had no qualms driving arriving home late and walking from my car to my unit. Grocery stores and eateries are within 15min driving distance from the unit -- but there is a local corner store and attached mexican restaurant at the beginning of the street that helps out when you need something really quick. I would recommend this unit to anyone!! It is a hidden gem - perfect for a single occupant or even a couple who doesn't mind close quarters. For those looking for a place to stay for a few days/weeks -- this location is 15min drive from the beach, 5 minutes from the local bike trail, and minutes from downtown Ventura. Literally centrally located to Ojai and Santa Barbara. It is a prime spot to call home base as you venture through the central Cali cities. Quiet, peaceful and homey - PERFECT place to stay.

We have lived in our home for the past 14 years, since our first born was 2 months old! We enjoy running on the beach, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking in the Keys waterways, riding our bikes or walking on the path to the Ventura Pier and nearby Marina Park while our children enjoy taking a ride on the Pirate ship zipline (Marina Park). We enjoy designing and adding upgrades to our home as a couple w/ my husbands profession being a general contractor and myself enjoying decorating and design.

We purchased this property due to its close proximity to Ventura, Santa Barbara and Ojai. My husband surfs and we have family in Santa Barbara and we love walking in the hills, bike riding on the Mountain to ocean bike trail, and enjoy living on a quiet 1/4 acre residential street in the country, away from bustle of city, but yet close enough to enjoy the city when desired
