Nestled into the Ventura Coast, Paradise Retreats Sea La Vie is the perfect family get-away. The Entry Way instantly welcomes you with a beautiful bench and the perfect place to hang your beach bag! Walking through - the Living Room is a great place for the family to hang out and watch a good movie on cozy entertainment seating. Located right next to the stairs is a Single Sofa Sleeper, perfect for a good nights rest.

Sea La Vie's Kitchen is fully equipped to please the chef in any crowd with casual Breakfast Bar Seating accompanied with an intimate more formal Dining Table. Off the Kitchen you will find a full Bathroom and additional access to the Backyard.

With the beach within walking distance, don't forget to make a stop in the Garage and grab your beach essentials before heading out. Once you return from the beach please remember to always rinse off using the outdoor shower.

Stepping onto the Patio, soak up some sun on resort like Lounge Chairs while dinner sizzles on the Grill. Enjoy dinner under California's breathtaking sunsets accompanied with romantic patio lighting, or take your meal upstairs on the Rooftop Deck where there is additional Dining seating available. After Dinner, the whole family can relax on the plush patio furniture under the stars.

When its time for bed, climb the stairs of Sea La Vie to find a bright first Bedroom just off the stairs. Located on the second floor you will also find another full Bathroom. Lastly, located upstairs, is the main Bedroom with a TV for the perfect late night movie. Sea La Vie is sure to be your Family's favorite Vacation!

We really loved the place, it was such a cozy home to come back to after playing around all day. Great kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds and it was nice to have a big private patio to hand out in. It was the perfect size for 3 people. We’d love to come back again!

Comfortable, sunny beach house

We enjoyed our stay at the home. The bed was comfortable; the location was perfect for us (near the beach and family nearby), and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. We hope to return!

Great beach vacation!

We had an amazing time at this beach house. It was very clean and very organized which we loved. Restaurants are walking distance a couple streets over and of course the beach walks and sunsets were incredible.

Peaceful beach getaway

We had a great time in the charming beach house. The kids loved the location, the roof top patio, and the outdoor shower. The house is adorable. Highly recommend!

Lovely, Quiet Stay

This beach cottage offered everything we needed. Steps from sand and many restaurants I believe we experienced it all. We hope to return to Sea la Vie one day soon.

Relaxing, and stress free

A wonderful stay, with lots of walking on the beach! Quiet neighborhood and beautiful home. The bedding is cozy. And the decor soothing. We had a lovely stay, and the management was quick to address questions.

Relaxing stay after a race wknd in Newport Beach.

Perfect for our needs, very homey house amenities like home. It was just the two of us so the space was quite roomy. Would be a little tight for four (as advertised), best for two to three. Conveniently located to beach and drives, comfortable outdoor backyard with very clean bbq. Would recommend!!

AMAZING!

We had the BEST time at Sea La Vie. It was perfect for the 2 of us. We loved the beachy vibe and the whole home was clean and comfortable. Sea La Vie is located a few houses away from the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer gtaway

This is our second time here and we plan to come gain next summer. It is a great getaway from the summer heat. The location is great and adjacent to the walking/cycling path along the beach. The rooftop deck is awesome!! We had a great time!

Wonderful Home

This house is beautiful, well maintained, well stocked and comfortable. The rooms are bright and sunny and the home feels spacious and cozy at the same time. The property management is excellent. The location is unbeatable with a great walkscore and quiet street. We had an idyllic experience and would love to return one day.

Great location

Great location for easy beach access, highways, and lots of stores closeby if needed. Some of the dishes had food on them and tucked in with the clean ones so we ran the dishwasher with those just to be safe.The house was well stocked and equipped for all the beach activities, towel, bedding, etc. It was a quiet area with a 2 min walk to the beach. Be cautious of the step next to the stairs with the small couch that converts into a bed. The tile blends into one another and you can miss it. My nephew tripped on it the first night and my mom fell off it and busted her lip.

Family Reunion

I’m a Santa Barbara County resident and my daughter was visiting from Chicago with her family, so we stayed here for the week and loved being so close to the beach. We watched multiple sunsets from the rooftop. (Only thing is table is quite rusted, and not safe for little kids, so we didn’t eat up there.) We cooked plenty of food and you provided all the tools needed! We even tried the little yogurt stand on Pierpont Blvd. My grandchildren loved playing in the little nook area, the space was perfect for all 5 of us. We thought parking would be difficult, but it was actually easy! Will recommend to friends or family!

Hometown weekend

This house is so perfect for a family visit and ability to walk to beach whenever we wanted. The kitchen and family room open plan is really perfect and really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.
