Rating: I recently stayed at this fantastic VRBO property in Tampa with my family, and I can confidently say it was one of the best accommodations we've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The communication with the renter was excellent, making check-in seamless and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay.The property was well-equipped with all the essentials, including reliable WiFi, which kept us connected throughout our trip. One of the highlights was the arcade tall video games, which provided endless entertainment for both kids and adults alike. Additionally, the beach supplies available made our beach days hassle-free, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful Florida sun without the worry of packing extra gear.Compared to staying at a hotel, this VRBO property truly exceeded our expectations. 5/5 Stars – A Perfect Home Away From Home!

We chose this property for its convenient location near Moffitt Ruskin, but we’ll be returning for so much more—the beautiful accommodations and the incredibly kind, accommodating hosts. The home’s layout was ideal, with spacious rooms that allowed me to move comfortably using my walker after surgery. The beds were wonderfully cozy, ensuring restful nights, and the neighborhood was peaceful and friendly, making us feel safe and right at home. This was more than just a rental—it was a welcoming retreat during a challenging time. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

Good home for people with small dogs

Pros: The house was clean and bug free. The flooring is modern and durable and the primary bathroom is nicely updated. Screen porch and fenced yard were helpful with our two little dogs. We had a glitch with the wifi and the host responded quickly and got it working. Convenient location to publix and some nice restaurants in Apollo Beach.Cons: The neighborhood was a bit messy and seemed to have a lot of rentals which was not unexpected. If you are looking for a newer home that allows short term rentals I think that is typical and there are not a lot of options.There are even fewer choices with a fenced back yard that allow small dogs. The only complaint would be that the back yard is all weeds and a lot of dirt. Fortunately it didn't rain during our visit, but having a towel handy to clean your dogs feet when they come in is a good idea.

So so house

Sketchy neighborhood. Dog next door barks from midnight till 1 AM. Yard is weeds and dirt. No grass. Shower head in mstr bath is pitiful. Otherwise inside home is good. Very clean.

Perfect for my picky Mom!

I brought my Mom to a music festival in the area. She is very picky about cleanliness and, well….everything lol! She absolutely loved staying in this house! It was perfect for our needs! The host made communication easy and the check-in process couldn’t be easier for two older ladies. We will definitely stay here again if we get back down that way!

our stay in Ruskin FL

Updated 3-2 home in Ruskin FL. Plenty of amenities. Not too bad to get to from Interstate 75. Quite a bit of construction going on in the area. All of the home functions worked well and we had no problems. We would stay there again if we are in that area.

This is the second tine we have stayed at this location in the last 6 months. It was just as comfortable and clean as the first time. We look forward to returning in the fall.

March 24-29 stay

We had a wonderful visit. The house was immaculately clean. The cupboards were labeled to make it easy to find things. I loved relaxing on the screened in porch. Quiet neighborhood and close to many parks and the beach. I would stay there again!

Nice neighborhood. Great games room for kids, plus games inside. Kitchen well equipped for cooking and baking. Tons if closet space. Close to restaurants and stores.

Just what we needed

The house was quiet, super clean and comfortable. It has everything needed for a relaxing stay. The back yard needs a little work because there is no actual grass but all in all the house is amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Ruskin visit

The house is nicely furnished and very clean and well-kept. It was also bug-free, which is really hard to accomplish in Florida. The kitchen was well-equipped and had most of the gadgets anyone would likely want to use. The owner responded quickly to all of our inquiries. Overall we had a pleasant stay in Ruskin.
