La estación de vacaciones, ubicada justo enfrente de la casa de la piscina y el lago Kai, ofrece un gran espacio de reunión junto con enormes porches con muchos asientos.

El nivel principal tiene un gran salón, comedor y cocina w / conceptos abiertos y un montón de asientos en la gran mesa y el mostrador de espacio para 12. Acceder al espacio de la cubierta a través de la sala de estar o la cocina. Nivel principal rey dormitorio principal tiene su propia chimenea y baño completo adjunto con bañera de gran tamaño de hidromasaje. El nivel principal también tiene un accesible para discapacitados 3/4 baño situado en el pasillo y lavandería.

Hasta el segundo nivel y tiene 3 dormitorios más.
Un dormitorio Queen con baño completo adjunto, otro dormitorio divino king size y un baño completo adicional ubicado en el pasillo abierto por sí mismo.

Una sala de literas con 2 juegos de literas para un total de 4 camas individuales con espacio adicional Dentro de esta sala de literas con un sofá cama doble con nido.

El 3er nivel ofrece un sofá cama doble con una cama nido para dormir adicional.

Amplio espacio de escritorio abierto ubicado justo afuera con una parrilla de gas para hacer que las cenas con la familia sean aún mejores.

The property was delightful and spacious! The views from the second and third floor are beautiful! The bunk room on the third floor is so fun and our group loved the bedding and decor. The walk to Lake Michigan is very short and the house is situated by the pool and sand volleyball court. We had a great time!

Nice but stingy

This property has a nice array of bedrooms for lots of folks. But the living area did not have great seating (outdoor couches?) and was uncomfortable for 10 people. It needs a furniture upgrade, and maybe a new addition.

The house was good and in a good location. It fit our party well. We did have issues with the dishwasher, which we were told were going to be addressed. They were not addressed and we ended up getting it working (mostly) on our own. There also were no blinds or curtains over the windows into the master bedroom, which looks out onto the dining table. Privacy would be nice. The golf cart was a big hit with the family! :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Beachwalk every year and always have a good time. Vacation Station is a no thrills house - there were several issues (disposal and some fans not working) but the location can't be beat. We had 14 People (kids and adults) and sleeping was fine, but there is not a lot of room to hang out inside - the porch is great for that when the weather allows. Overall if you are looking for a basic house with a great location , this is it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location,location,location that’s what vacation station has going for it close to pool beach and fishing/pier. Otherwise it’s very outdated inside. Outlets don’t work upstairs ceiling fans are broken this year we had 3 major maintenance issues no air conditioning on arrival sink clogged in kitchen dryer not working. Also, they need to clean up the screened porch area half of the space is wasted with broken down wagons, floats and toys. They should clean it up and add another table, the screens are always dirty with cotton wood and the screen on door was falling apart. We vacation with lots of family and vacation station is the smallest kitchen area by far

Decent Rental with a Good Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was good not great. There were a lot of little things that would have been easy and cheap to fix and would have led to a more comfortable stay. We had 4 couples, my mother and some kids staying with us. When we arrived we saw that there were basically 6 bedrooms as advertised, but one of the rooms was actually more of a closet (the one that is advertised as "no windows") that you have to go through the kids rooms to access. It had flourecent lighting, but the lights didn't work. We ended up having to have my mom sleep in the bunk bed in the kids room so we could give the other bedroom to one of the couples, which we felt bad about. Other than that it was little things like the lights not working in the pantry or the other closet, the front porch screen being shredded, allowing neighborhood cats and bugs in, etc. That being said, I did like the house. There was a nice screened in front porch that we spent most of our time on eating and playing cards. The house is located directly across from the pool, which was great for the kiddos. We had a nice time.

This is our first time at Vacation Station and we hope to return next year—great, location, house, vibes in general. The access ramps were perfect for a family member with limited mobility. The huge screened-in porch was lovely. We didn't have anything negative to say about this unit.

Reviewer Comments: When we got there smoke detectors were beeping, the place was hot with fans in the bedroom doorways. We had a broken fan in the bedroom, no hot water, grill not working, cracked window, no light over stove, ice maker chute frozen solid, and floors were very dirty. The main floor master bath door was almost impossible to slide and could not open closet door blocked by furniture. NOT a well maintained house.

Dry rot on numerous posts on the 2nd level. Trees need to be trimmed.. lots of dead branches. Cobwebs on the porch screens; dirty & worn seat cushions on porch. Bed linen needs to be replaced as they are very dated. Property felt "neglected".

It's All About Location!

Reviewer Comments: 3Vacation Station is all about location right across from pool and a quick walk to Snack bar & Lake Kai. Otherwise it's a functional no frills house. Kitchen space is cramped for preparing food & oversized 8 sided dining table takes up too much space. Large porch helps but if rainy or cold weather, you'll be cramped in main living areas. Loved # of bedrooms & baths & cleanliness is good except for porch ( could use a power washing). Absolutely no supplies ( ie., no coffee, no oil etc) which is odd for price point & very inconvenient for those coming in who have limited space! It was also frustrating that outside garbage cans were full the entire time during our week despite several texts to mgmt company.

Plenty of sleeping space that the children enjoyed, especially the nook attached to the bunkbed room and the third floor loft. Management company was very responsive to questions. Location of this rental was right across from the resort amenities but not over-trafficked or noisy. Reinforce to your young ones that they need to keep the pool access wristbands on, because each replacement is $15. The grill would not heat up past 250 degrees despite all burners on high.

Another great week at Beachwalk

Being directly across from the pool made things easy when some kids don’t want to swim as long as others. Took advantage of Lake Michigan beach, Lake Kai fishing, the playground and lawn area. Overall, very convenient location, tons of beach & pool toys, three wagons, gas grill, etc.

Great place to stay; beautiful and fun!

We had a great stay at Vacation Station! The house was roomy and lovely, very clean, pet friendly, and in a great location; near the lake, zoo, park and all of the amenities in Beachwalk. The Beachwalk community was beautiful and had all kinds of family friendly amenities. We loved it, and will definitely stay again!

quick family getaway

Reviewer Comments: took the family- ages 7 months to 85 years for a quick 3 night getaway. the house was perfect!! the great grandparents had the first floor room ( with grab bars in bathroom) and the baby had his own little (dark no windows) nursery off one of the bedrooms. the house was clean, could use some updates i.e.carpet but we were there to just escape. the area was quaint- walked to the lake, played pickleball on the tennis courts, kayaked. even went to the near by zoo -which was very nice!! we all had a great time. would have liked the house to have a firepit but knew it did not when we booked. we hope to return!!

Centrally locates, close to everything. The house itself is older, which we didn’t mind, but it was very unkept. Only one TV worked, there was dog hair in everything, including a few bugs in the sheets. We had to request all new sheets (brand new). We were ready to leave on day two, after terrible sleep. The management company worked hard to help accommodate us, but I would not stay there again, for sure.

Vacation Station rates near the top of the various rental properties we've used. The only thing we missed was not having access to even basic cable tv. We could not access regular tv programs. There were no directions for using the streaming service.

Reviewer Comments: The location is great and the convenience of the porch is great for families. However, the oven door was broken and we could not cook planned meals the whole week. We had a daily toilet issue that required plunging. Overall it is accommodating for families space wise, but for the amount you pay for a weekly vacation you would expect a place that would not have these issues right off the bat.
