Este condominio estilo centro turístico es de propiedad / operación familiar, en el canal y se encuentra a poca distancia de ... ¡TODO!
¡Acabamos de actualizar nuestra unidad para dormir 12 personas cómodamente!

Mantenga su bote o moto acuática en la playa para acceder fácilmente o estacionar en el estacionamiento seguro / cerrado. Todos los muebles nuevos tienen una temática de vacaciones y crean el ambiente para una excelente estadía en la que posiblemente sea la mejor dirección en Lake Havasu City.

Tiene una vista del agua, un gran patio que es ideal para pasar el rato con familiares y amigos, hacer barbacoas y ver los cruceros por el canal.
La suite principal tiene una cama king de California, un gran armario con puertas de espejo, TV con cable y reproductor de DVD, y un baño privado de tamaño completo con ducha / bañera y una nueva lavadora y secadora apilables.
El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen size, mesita de noche, (2) literas completas sobre colchones con colchones de espuma viscoelástica y puertas de armario con espejo con su propio baño al otro lado del pasillo.
La cocina cuenta con horno plano, refrigerador, lavaplatos, microondas, tostadora y cafetera, además de tazas, platos, ollas, sartenes y todas las comodidades de su hogar.
La sala de estar cuenta con TV de pantalla plana, un NUEVO sofá reclinable de lujo grande y un love love a juego (¡cuatro personas pueden recostarse a la vez!) mesa de café y mesas auxiliares para que te sientas como en casa.
También acabamos de agregar una unidad sólida de pared de roble que contiene una lujosa cama queen size además de otro armario para guardar ropa y tres cajones.
Juegue en el canal en la playa o relájese en la piscina climatizada, ¡este condominio tiene todo lo que necesita para sus próximas vacaciones en Lake Havasu!

Communication with Host was great, readily available. The condo was clean and ready to be used. The location is prime. The view from balcony was limited to the lake but the shore was within walking distance.

The pool was nice to sun used it twice . Tv we were not able to get to work. Garbage disposal was out but was replaced in a couple of days. coffee machine did not work but was replaced toward end of stay. Place is nice and spacious Patio area is very nice but not private. Nice view of the London Bridge. Without a working TV I would not stay there again.

Spacious, Comfortable Condo in Great Location

Our family of 6 stayed here for a couple of days over the Christmas break. Although dated, this condo had everything we needed and was in a great location within a short walk to London Bridge. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. The patio is huge and had a perfect view of the London Bridge all lit up for the Christmas season. We definitely recommend it.

great location, clean

The location of this condo was great. Easy to walk to the London Bridge and different restaurants. There was no hair dryer in the unit. I haven't stayed anywhere forever that didn't have one so I had to go buy one. I left it behind so the next occupant will have one. The sheets on the king size bed would not stay on and the water heater would only give out enough hot water for 2 showers at a time. This would probably pose a bit of a problem for a large group. I was too lazy to try another set. I would stay here again for sure. The owner was super helpful with any questions.

This condo is a great place to stay for groups. Plenty of sleeping spaces without having to overflow onto an air mattress. Lots of seating for dining both indoors and outdoors. Kitchen has all the basics. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Needs repairs and replacements

Leather chairs flaking off. Sofa worn out. We washed the floors and vacuumed the rugs which were really dirty. Culdnot run the fan in bedroom without the light on. Blinds don’t work in bedroom. Tv remote batteries put in wrong. Satellite tv didn’t work properly cable ok.

Amazing Trip

Have stayed at the Kingsview Condominium numerous times and hands down this Condo was amazing. The Condo was very clean and plenty of room to sleep everyone in the family. The host was also very accommodating and great communication every step of the way. I will definitely be back to stay at this Condo. Thank you

My family & I had a great time and stay here at the condo & there was plenty of room for 7 of us to sleep comfortably. Disappointing

We didn’t stay. We drove 6.5 hours to the location, walked into the condo, determined that it was not habitable and drove 6.5 hours home! The beds had no sheets.. oh wait they were on the floor of the bathroom in a dirty pile with the towels, the floor was dirty, the counters were dirty, the kitchen was dirty and the bathroom, well I will refrain from posting what the toilet looked like! The view from the balcony was a view of the rooftop in front of us.. but in reality that was the least of it. Honestly, I do not like posting bad reviews, and if the hosts were in anyway receptive, I probably would not have listed all that I have. When I texted them when I arrived I received no answer. It wasn’t until I called them that I received the response “well things happen, I guess. For all I know they had an accident. The cleaning crew did have a funeral last week!” Considering I was in contact a few days before we arrived, I would have appreciated it if the host had told me that they could not accommodate us this weekend. Although disappointing it would have been better than having my 93 year old father travel 13 hours in the car. The host did refund our money but claimed we decided to stay with friends instead. Not true! Maybe it was a bad week for the cleaning crew, and I do understand things happen but the lack of concern and communication were really the worst of it!

Short visit with friends

We really enjoyed our stay here but I wish I would have looked at the pictures closer. I thought this property was right on the sidewalk in front of the channel and on the far corner of the building. I was surprised to see other condo roof lines in front of our channel view and we were in the center of the building. We did appreciate the view of the bridge and even though it was understocked we still enjoyed ourselves on this 2 night stay.

Perfect location in Lake Havasu

The location was perfect to walk to the Village and London Bridge. We also had our doggies with us which had great walking paths under the London Bridge and to one of the replica lighthouses. Views from the condo of the London Bridge were lovely and this time of year at night showcased the holiday lights to really get you in the spirit. The condo was well equipped, super clean and well decorated. We will certainly come back in the future.
