Great location, good communication with host. Loved the downstairs restaurant, had my best ever haddock meal. Unfortunately they are closing due to retirement!

This was our first time using a VBRO as we have a motorhome and usually travel with it. The communication was so easy and smooth and our hosts answered any questions very quickly. Location was great - close to the lake and grocery stores within walking distance.

As a first time Vrbo user, Robert made the entire process easy. He always answered my emails and was very accommodating for our stay. The area is beautiful and the property was within easy access of everything we wanted to do. I would definitely come back!

Nice accommodation, a little worn but very clean and functional. Spacious common areas with a balcony offering a peek at the Bay. Appreciated the separation of the bath sink area from toilet/shower for privacy while multiple people are sharing the space. Bed comfortable though consider bringing your own pillows.

Condo was clean and as shown on vrbo. The host's communication could have been better. Air conditioning was okay. Wifi was very slow. Pool looked great but we didn't go in.

We had some difficulties with the tvs, written instructions would be helpful. The sink backed up so we couldn’t wash dishes. Easy communication with the owner but not real helpful.The condo was comfortable and in a nice location.

Hi Dale. We've corrected the technical process of the TV and the internet. As far as the kitchen sink , a passed guest poured coffee grounds down the drain blocking up the disposal causing the slow drains. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Good stay

We enjoyed staying here while attending a local event. The property was close to our needs and there were many amenities in the area. The property was clean, exactly as pictured and worked well for our stay. Will definitely use again if we are in the area.

Condo was great ...

...but the exterior of the building was fairly dirty and rundown. Building amenities were fine, including a bar/pool tables, pool, but the highlight was a breakfast and lunch cafe owned and operated by a young family. Food and service were wonderful.

Overall it was pretty good but there were a few problems finding the place there is no sign in front and neighbors above us were a little loud at 2 in the morning nothing to bad just dropping things making a loud bang but i was awake so ...

The building needs some updating. The condo itself was clean. It was just what we needed. I thought the AC smelled a l little musty and the (I think) the drainage pipes for the condo complex (not all) but all night long we heard water draining in the bedroom closet.

Location our top priority

He had stayed in the same condo complex last year so we had a good idea of what to expect. The location to area attractions is great. For those looking for easy access to Weir’s beach, Bank of NH pavilion and also the convenience of a local Shaw’s market and Walmart the location and value are great. Wi-Fi at the condo was reliable since cell service is not. We did not use the pool on the premises so can’t comment on that nor the on-premises support. Would consider staying here again.

Review for weekend of 2/14-2/16

This place is a great location for anything the area has to offer! The condo was clean and cozy. It was hard to leave on Sunday when it was time to check out. I stayed here with three other guests. We went Gunstock for skiing and the mountain was only 15 minutes a way. At night we tried out Funspot, which is only a seven minute drive. Both places were a great time. Both Robert and Ann were great to communicate with. They both were friendly and answered any questions I did have.
