¡¡Nuevo listado!! Esta propiedad de LakeFront es una excelente ubicación con protección de cala con vistas al canal principal. En 2020, una casa de concepto abierto, en el marcador de millas 13, ha sido bellamente remodelada con un zócalo blanco de 7 ", molduras de cortinas alrededor de ventanas / puertas, pintura, pisos de madera nuevos, encimeras de granito, estación de café, dos hermosos baños con azulejos personalizados y lluvia duchas y nuevos revestimientos y canalones. (Se agregarán más fotos a fines de marzo). Esta casa de 3600 pies cuadrados tiene 4 dormitorios, 3 baños completos, lavadora / secadora, gran área para comer con techos abovedados, nogal, mesa personalizada de 5'X9 'con capacidad para 14, vista por millas, techos abovedados en la gran sala, 2 chimeneas y una cubierta superior envolvente con patio / terraza inferior cubierto completo. The dock and the toys at the dock are the best part of this home. The big and little kids enjoyed swimming, kayaking, paddle boating, and just having a great time. Communication with the owner was great.

Perfect vacation home

Great family vacation home

This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed here and have it booked for next year. Perfect for our family of 18. The dock is awesome and that’s where we spend most of our time! The house is big and has lots of room to spread out. Large table we can all eat at. Had a great vacation!

Sunrise Beach Lake House

Overall great experience. The lake house was very accommodating for our group. Spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with great views upstairs. Our kids enjoyed the bunk room downstairs. Dock was great for swimming, sliding & diving in a quiet cove.

Great spot tucked into the cove, protected, relatively quiet. Great swimming. All the utensils and spices there, thank you! A couple of us oldies had trouble getting into and out of two couches on main floor, might be ready for upgrades there. Also, far lower bed in bunk room needs replacing, springs uncomfortable. One of us had allergic reaction to sheet smell, might consider non fragrance washing pods. All the coffee flavors had expired dates, need replacing. Otherwise, great home, thank you!

Great Vacation in the Ozarks

Our friends/families had a great time in the Ozarks. Host was very responsive to our questions. The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a week. What sets this listing apart from others is the AMAZING dock. We spent every minute on the dock. Fun for all ages. It was great to have an empty boat slip to park our boat. The close marina was nice for quick fill-ups. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for some fun in the sun!

Perfect family getaway!

This home was perfect for our family getaway! There was so much for the kids and adults to do from sun-up to sun-down! The inside was gorgeous and had a home feel! The bunk-beds downstairs were full-size and the kids loved being down there with their own entertainment area. The outside had a variety of entertainment areas. We spent most of our time in the amazing dock and in the water. House and dock were stocked with everyday items. We made so many incredible memories and we would highly recommend staying here; we look forward to going back in our future!

Family Vacation 2023

We are a family of 10 and this house was perfect for us! The kids (16 to 21) loved having their own space downstairs. And having multiple refrigerators, especially on the dock was perfect. We spent most of the time on the amazing dock. There was something for everyone. The owners were great to communicate with and got back to us immediately. It was our first time in the Ozarks and we loved every minute.

Great place to stay

This place has it all. As with any place there are some items that did not work. (ice machine on the dock, that would have been nice to have as we had to make many trips to the main house) The dock is great. Lots of room, stocked with dishes, glasses etc. The grill on the dock & deck are 2nd to none. The kitchen is stocked with more things than you have in your home. Pointe Oasis is just around the corner. Has a place to launch your boat for a small fee. Boat rentals, wave runners, gas & many more items. The staff is great.

June Vacation

We have stayed at this property two years ago, and they have added a hot tub which is a nice feature. Some items are getting dated and should be replaced. The porch has a few rotted boards, the microwave and stove combination is not heating up properly (the button for the microwave keeps popping off as well). In addition the gas grill certainly needs the burners replaced. But overall the property and dock is amazing and afforded us many hours of outdoor family time. The location is amazing and made our boat traffic very easy to navigate. Wonderful home!

Nice house, but not a match for us

We have been spending a week in the Ozarks every summer for many years and absolutely love everything about it. This was the first time we stayed in Sunrise Beach and while the area is lovely, it's a drive to get anywhere and when you do, you have to go over the toll bridge. Not a deal breaker, but something to consider. This older home has recently been renovated. We enjoyed the first floor space - kitchen/livingroom/diningroom - it is open and roomy and great for family meals and game night. The 1st floor bathroom updates are very nice. The beds are comfortable, however the bedrooms are all quite small, and you might need to get creative in finding places for clothing. The bunk room in the basement was nice for the kids, and they enjoyed having their own space, including a TV and sofa area. The location on the water is great - enough room to ski and tube without being too close to the main channel and Lakehouse 13 is fun and right around the corner. The dock is also very fun, we enjoyed the slide and lily pad. There is also an open boat slip, but no lift. Our group was smaller than originally planned so there were only 6 of us in the house and it worked out fine but the bedroom/bathroom layout would make it challenging for a larger group of adults. Overall, this is a nice house but due to location (by land) and cost in comparison to the number of guests that can be comfortably accommodated, not the best match for us.

Thank you so much for choosing our place to visit. It was a pleasure having you. The closest large grocery store is 10 minutes in Sunrise Beach. To get to it, you do not have to cross the toll bridge. Every year, we plan to upgrade our place. By next summer, our plan is to add an outdoor kitchen onto a large addition to the dock. Amazing Property! Great location & best dock!

Thank you Mary! We loved staying in your beautiful home! Best location! Our extended family loved this property. Our group included ages 9-82 and all enjoyed the week. The “kids” (9 aging from 9 to 22) stayed in the basement bunk room (4 bunks with double mattresses…the top bunks were very close to the ceiling, so our younger kids slept on top). Plenty of room for a large family to hang out together or have their own spaces. We had video games on the basement tv along side a billiards game. The deck and water toys were the biggest hits. We loved the dock, kitchen, high dives, maui pad, paddle boat and kayaks. No details were overlooked. We rented a boat & jet ski at Pointe Oasis (in the same cove) and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Home to Make Great Memories

Such a wonderful place for our family vacation, which as grown to 14 people. Plenty of room for everyone & a great cove for swimming in. The home was very clean & so well stocked. We've been coming to the Ozarks for 30 years & by far the most well stocked kitchen we've ever had. The dock is amazing. Almost all meals were cooked there with the grill, smoker & small kitchen. Tons of seating space as well as the great couch swing for naps. All the neighbors were super friendly as well. I definitely recommend booking this home for your next vacation.

Great Location

We had 15 adults and 3 kids it was our family vacation for a week.The house was just as listed. Everything you need plus more. The outside dock was absolutely great! The family loved it. My only complaint is the bathroom situation it's the best. The 2 bathrooms on the main level were very nice, but one is in a bedroom and the other one is in a very tight corner of the hallway. The 3rd bathroom is down stairs in the laundry room. Just to many people for only 3 bathrooms. But otherwise it was a really great place to stay.

Great place for a family vacation!

Our vacation was awesome! We practically lived on the dock. The kids loved the water slide and towers to jump off of. They caught lots of fish off of the dock. The sink and refrigerator were very nice to have out there. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family! We are going back next year!

Great family Vacation

Our family (6 adults and 5 kids) enjoyed our on the Lake of the Ozarks vacation! The home had 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds. One bedroom on the main floor had a bathroom suite. The other bedroom on the main floor (largest size bedroom) had a bathroom across the hall. There was a bedroom loft upstairs. All of the kids slept in the walkout basement bedroom which has four bunk beds and are queen over queen size beds. There is another bathroom in the basement. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Paper products, garbage bags, cleaning products, spices, any and every kitchen appliance and utensil you would need. There were plenty of linens and towels. We brought our own beach towels. We spent most of our time on the dock! We loved the dock! It comes with a slide, two platforms diving platform, a paddle boat, kayaks, a canoe, a Lily pad, two grills (one large gas grill and one green egg like grill). There is also a sink and cabinet area that is stocked with all the plastic plates, cups, etc. that you will need. We spent most of our lunches and dinners out there every day. We rented a boat and jet ski’s from Point Oasis Resort & Marina Boat Rentals. The owners name is Mark. They were very reasonably priced, very helpful and friendly. Also, it is just around the cove from the boat dock. It is so close that we could take the paddleboat, our own paddleboard ride over to the marina. The kids enjoyed the icy‘s and snacks. There are multiple propane gas fire tables. Two of which are on the dock. There is a woodburning fire pit that we enjoyed roasting marshmallows at in the evenings. The kids and several adults enjoyed fishing off the dock. They caught bluegill, bass, catfish, and crappie. They also have a fish cleaning station on the dock. The living room area kitchen and dining area is all open and fit our group comfortably. The kids all agreed that this was their favorite family vacation spot.

Perfect family getaway

This house was absolutely fabulous. The house itself was beautifully finished with a fully stocked kitchen (beyond any property I've ever rented) and lots of extra touches like tons of towels and little soaps. Beds were super comfortable and lots of room for everyone. We have three young kids and there was a whole cabinet full of toys and books for them... enough for the whole week. The dock is an unbelievable treat. Tons of water toys, jumping platforms, slide, and incredible outdoor kitchen. There are four grills which made for phenomenal meals every night. We made many happy family memories here and would rent this house again in a second. It was worth every penny!

Summer Vacation

The home was everything advertised. Great space, loved the dining room which was spacious enough for all 12 of us to dine together. Location was fantastic. Kids enjoyed the fishing, swimming and jumping off the dock. We rented a pontoon for one of days and jet skis another day. My only complaint would be the internet service. I had to work each day and the internet kept dropping so made the work experience a little cumbersome. Otherwise overall great house, area and we all enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic Lake Vacation

Three families rented this house together and we had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean and the dock was amazing! We brought our own watercraft and enjoyed a lot of time on the water. We appreciated this house being in a cove and not on the main lake. We enjoyed our vacation at Lake of the Ozarks!

Mary was fantastic to work with! We had an extended family vacation. There were 6 adults and 4 children ages 2 through 10. All of the "stuff" in the bathroom and kitchen was very nice. The dock was very cool! The diningroom table was beautiful. I will definitely be boking this place again!

Great Property - Great Location

Beautiful remodel home on mm13. Short distance to so many things. Great swimming area (maybe not for tiny ones, due to wake), good fishing, great restaurants in the area. Great cove to ski/tube on as well as quick access to other coves to do the same. Great walk out lot to the water. Has everything you need to do it all or nothing at all!😎 I'm sure we'll be back! Great Spot on the Lake

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We had three families (10 people total) and had plenty of room in the house. Many updates have been done throughout. The massive kitchen table is perfect to enjoy meals overlooking the lake and the kitchen is well stocked which makes cooking easy. Our kids enjoyed the bunk room and loved having their own space. The view of the lake, location, and dock set up make this property shine!
